I regret so much booking this hotel. The room was stuffed with old smell and it’s unbearable. The smell was only inside the room, other than that, the hallway and lobby was fine. The heat is turned on and you cannot use the air conditioning. The only way to get rid of the smell is opening the window. But when I opened the window, there was a big spider looking at me, so I had to give up the idea. After spending a night in the room, I left the hotel with a headache in the early morning because of the smell. It is really bad and affected my day.

For the last few days I attempted to complete the reservation through your website, but encountered an issue preventing me from finalizing the booking despite filling in all required details. There are no contact details on hotel's web site, and 'contact us" form doesn't work out either.

It was a nice hotel, located in a central location. Lots of amenities around and plenty of food. Comes with free onsen and breakfast.

The location was great with free parking. Comes with pyjamas and free onsen. Free breakfast as well, but limited choice.

The breakfast has a nice selection of food, but it will get crowded and the serveuse will make you wait outside. The onsen is quite small. Overall we had a great time.

The staff are very friendly, and extremely helpful. Their English is superb as well. We had asked if there was a local bar near as we did not want to eat. The staff not only gave us directions but also called to make sure that it was open. There are leaflets about local restaurants in various languages including English. As we were going by bus to the pottery village, the hotel kept our cases for us. We did not have breakfast, although it was included in the price of the room so cannot comment on food. The room was small but not smaller than I was expecting. The location was great 2 minutes from the railway station. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are small, but cozy enough for one. Mine was the standard room arranged. FRee breakfast and wifi is a plus for all visitors ! Laundry services is good too. alot of eateries around the area as well to get food, 24hrs AEON mart, etc.Nearby the train station also for accessibility. Overall not a bad place to stay.

We stayed here one night during a visit to the porcelain area. This was the cheapest hotel during our trip, approx £65, but it exceeded my expectations and did not lack facilities. Washing machine and driers (detergent already in the machine), microwave, supermarket and breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful.||||The room was small, only one side of the double was accessible but for a one night stopover it was perfect. ||||The place was full of people, but soundproofing good.||||One minute to the station and four minutes to an excellent French restaurant (Bouillon). ||||It doesn’t pretend to be anything other than it is. The porcelain area is really interesting and I'd stay here again and use as a base, though to note that the Japan Rail pass does not cover the journey to/from Arita

Yelp
Yes this is a very typical Japanese business hotel, small room with not much space to do anything other than just sleep after getting back drunk from all the dinner and drinking after work. However, they offer several different added service to make your stay comfortable. Location: conveniently located next to the Imari station on matsuura line. Two mins walk from the station and lots of restaurant within walking distance. Amenity: free wifi. Yes Free! It has been difficult to find any free wifi spot in Japan. Most hotel offer free internet with LAN cable but not wifi. They do have wifi but only specific to a cell phone provider in Japan. Several pillows. They have a standard pillow in a room but if you are picky, just pick your favorite at the lobby area. Additional air purifier. Each room has a desk size air purifier but they also have a larger room size if you need cleaner air. Room: typical single size bed room doesn't offer you any room to open your suitcase or anything. Ask for deluxe single room just for $2 more and you get full size (US size) bed and a room to open your suitcase. Price: $60 with breakfast buffet. Clean room, free wifi, complimentary breakfast... What else can I ask? When you wake up 4am due to jetlag, you can actually use your phone and start writing yelp review with free wifi! Lol
