Hotel is just opposite to the station and supermarket. Night gowns and other amenities are to be borrowed at the reception by the elevator. Though there is no stairway,no long wait for the elevator. The room is warm and the window can be opened. Nice view over the mountains and good pressure in the shower. Wash towels are already in the bathroom. There are gummy slippers to go to hot spring and 2 plastic bags to carry your things which is very practical. The bed was firm and nice, but u find the blanket is too small to share, but we managed. But the best selling point of this place is the breakfast. Everything is tasty and plentiful. You can drink tea/coffee and soft drink from 14-22 in the same lounge area where the breakfast is served. If it is overcrowded in the morning then you just simply sign your name and room number and number of people and just sit comfortably and wait just by the entrance. It doesn’t take long and helps to manage the flow of guests.

From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day.The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable.I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway, a cultural experience, or just a fantastic place to stay, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way.

Pretty standard business Hotel. Their morning breakfast… I would say it’s a little better than average maybe. The sauna/onsen are really outstanding though.

The staff are very friendly, and extremely helpful. Their English is superb as well. We had asked if there was a local bar near as we did not want to eat. The staff not only gave us directions but also called to make sure that it was open. There are leaflets about local restaurants in various languages including English. As we were going by bus to the pottery village, the hotel kept our cases for us. We did not have breakfast, although it was included in the price of the room so cannot comment on food. The room was small but not smaller than I was expecting. The location was great 2 minutes from the railway station. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Lovely hotel with a lot of great amenities. The atmosphere is a little bland, and the rooms look a little dated, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free access to the great onsen next door, which is well equipped with a hot indoor bath, hot outdoor bath, ice bath and sauna. Free drinkfountain available for afterwards. Breakfast is included. It was advertised as both Japanese and western, but we felt the "western" part of the breakfast was a little lacking. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Free parking available for customers.

I recently stayed at CENTRAL HOTEL IMARI and was disappointed by the cleanliness of the toilet area. The walls were covered in black and brown spots, likely mold or dirt, and the edges near the door frame had noticeable staining. The towel rack and mirror area also showed dust and grime, making the space feel poorly maintained. Additionally, there was an odd smell that lingered, and breathing in this environment seemed harmful to the human respiratory system. The toilet standards were far below what I’d expect from Japan, where hygiene is typically meticulous. I hope the management addresses these issues soon.

clean and nice place with breakfast and good service the spa is great next to the hotel and the hotel is right next to places to eat and a market the rooms are very small and no ventilation the bathroom has mold and the mold smell is in the room

Yes this is a very typical Japanese business hotel, small room with not much space to do anything other than just sleep after getting back drunk from all the dinner and drinking after work. However, they offer several different added service to make your stay comfortable. Location: conveniently located next to the Imari station on matsuura line. Two mins walk from the station and lots of restaurant within walking distance. Amenity: free wifi. Yes Free! It has been difficult to find any free wifi spot in Japan. Most hotel offer free internet with LAN cable but not wifi. They do have wifi but only specific to a cell phone provider in Japan. Several pillows. They have a standard pillow in a room but if you are picky, just pick your favorite at the lobby area. Additional air purifier. Each room has a desk size air purifier but they also have a larger room size if you need cleaner air. Room: typical single size bed room doesn't offer you any room to open your suitcase or anything. Ask for deluxe single room just for $2 more and you get full size (US size) bed and a room to open your suitcase. Price: $60 with breakfast buffet. Clean room, free wifi, complimentary breakfast... What else can I ask? When you wake up 4am due to jetlag, you can actually use your phone and start writing yelp review with free wifi! Lol
