Central Hotel Post Chur

The building is over 500 years old but very modern, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The host was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the area and helpful. Because we had an early train, he made the effort to get our breakfast early for us. Loved our stay there - with the history….so much better than staying in a huge hotel. We were 2 weeks in Switzerland and this was one of our favorite hotels.

Great location on the edge of the old town. The hotel is above a shopping zone but is quiet at night. Breakfasts are good and staff pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the railway station, so is easy for travellers to access. I would stay again.

Excellent hotel a short distance from the train station. Just right after spending time doing a lot of walking. Excellent restaurant nearby recommended by the staff, who are so helpful.|A pleasant clean room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from.

This is our second stay at the is great hotel. Rooms have everything you need whilst awaiting the glacier express train. Station ten minute walk. Great location. Breakfast buffet was really good . Hotel staff were really helpful and suggested a bus ride out to Flims , which we thoroughly enjoyed. Beds in the hotel comfortable. Towels nice and fluffy. I recommend this hotel.

The entire team at this well run hotel were very friendly, approachable, helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to stay there again if visiting Chur. Plus the added bonus was the free Guest Card which gave us a number of benefits including half price to take the cable car up the nearby mountain. Very impressed and thanks to everyone for making our stay a great one!

We stayed here for one night before going on the Bernina Express. Hotel is quite basic, but suited our needs perfectly. Location is a 7 minute walk from the station, very close to the scenic old town and cable car lift up to the snow. This is well worth doing if you have a few hours to kill. The hotel staff gave us a voucher for half price cable car ride and free entry to museums. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and sensibly priced for Switzerland. Highly recommended.

We loved the hotel & the staff. They helped us decide on our running locations since we were there for La Ultra Switzerland ReTreat, a father-son exploratory running holiday.

We have a pleasant time staying at this Hotel. It is located in the old town of Chur so everything is walkable from here. The staffs are very friendly and amazingly speaks many languages. It is clean and everything is neatly in place. We have a great stay here.
