We loved absolutely everything about the hotel, which has great location and amenities (spa, massage, jacuzzi - fantastic for apres ski!) and very confortable and newly refurbished roomes (love the Persian rugs!). Loved the Nona restaurant and easy access from hotel's side. Staff is absolutely amazing, they let us use our room even though we arrived a bit earlier than check in time. We have a suggestion regarding check out and breakfast hours, to move it to 12 for check out and 11 for breakfast during weekends, to allow guest to sleep a bit more. We are coming back again!

Location is amazing. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast is perfect before a day on the mountain. Room was clean and a decent size and we were allowed to use another room to store baggage and shower in even after checking out. ||||The food served in the Japanese sushi restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Not what you would expect given the type of hotel and being in the mountains but so good and reasonably priced. We ate there two nights in a row and couldnt have asked for more.||||I knew about it already but the opaque glass walled bathroom might not be everyone's cup of tea! Fine for me and my wife but a little odd when travelling with mates! But definitely not the end of the world! ||||Just FYI, there is no lift. Not a problem for us but maybe an issue for some.

This is not a 3 * hotel, the way it was sold to us on Bookings.com. There is no reception, no staff present at all times, no lift, no communication whatsoever! |The rooms are very outdated and we paid for a room with a spa bath, but were given a room with bunk beds and a shower cabin. |The most disgusting thing is the breakfast , which is served in the neighbouring bar (absolutely unacceptable!!!) and consisted of the cheapest rubbish products like ham, eggs, croissants, jam. |I have contacted Booking.com for a partial refund, which was ignored, but if my claim is not satisfied I will complain to Trading Standards in the UK. This is simply not what we paid for, as there is absolutely no way this hotel to be rated as a 3*, simply because they don’t have the facilities required!

Had a LOVELY stay here with my mother! Beautiful views, perfect location, lovely room and great staff! Breakfast had a good selection and I was fueled by fresh croissant the whole week. Really appreciated all the creative storing solutions. The drawers under the bed especially :) A great stay!

We had a lovely stay here whilst skiing. The room was lovely, had everything we needed (and more with the jacuzzi for our aching muscles). All of the staff were lovely and very helpful - Jas even kindly lent us her plug adapter as ours didn't fit. The food is amazing, the best sushi and the bar is the only in Verbier to serve Birra Morreti on draught and at such a reasonable price too!

When I visited with a group of my Friends for our yearly ski trip (that we have done for the last 5 years), we found Central Hotel Verbier or know by the locals as Tbar; was the perfect locations. Our days started with a hearty and filling breakfast before we hit the slopes. The exceptional staff lead by Neil and Jimmy gave us great advice about the mountain and the restaurant to spend our lunches. After our hard day skiing, we were happy to find hot baths and showers, with very fast internet (always a huge bonus). In the evening we were made to feel like we were at home, with very friendly bar staff, happy to help us we any of our needs. ||I can't say enough about the Standard of the rooms, staff and the location (5 minutes walk from the main lift station. ||We have skied all over the world as a group of friends from Canada to the Alpes, and have not found a better value for money and friendly staff than we have found at Central Hotel Verbier. We have decided to book again for this winter. I would recommend emailing them directly and cutting out the middle Man for the best booking experience. ||

The location is very good: 10 minutes walk to the slopes (bus also available), and located in the middle of the town. The rooms are tiny and the condition not as good as suggested by the hotels own pictures. Breakfast is in the bar which is located below the hotel. Breakfast was OK but one day the dishes were super dirty. Be aware of the noise in the evenings from the neighbouring bars.

We just completed a two month tour of Europe, skiing in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Andorra, Liechtenstein and more. Of all the places we stayed, this was by far the most disappointing hotel. If I could give it zero stars, I would.||1) First of all, it is not a hotel. It is a hostel. It is an appropriate place for a 20-something person to be staying, not a couple approaching 60!||2) The owners are trying to run the place without being present. There is no office. If you have any questions or need anything, they will not return phone calls, so good luck. Your best bet is to find the manager of the downstairs bar to help you after 5:00 p.m. There will be none of the usual hotel service you might be accustomed to.||3) There is no parking that comes with the hotel. You have to park up the street at a parking garage. When it came time to leave the parking garage, it took my husband over an hour to get the car out because the machine accepting payment at the parking garage did not "speak English" and did not accept credit cards, only cash in particular denominations!||4) There is no lift. There are lots of stairs - both outside and inside. Loading and unloading your luggage is a real chore, especially for us with over 300 pounds of luggage!||5) My chief complaint is noise. The hotel touts being centrally located. This is not necessarily a good thing. There is inescapably loud noise coming from a disco down the street until they close at 11:00 p.m. Then there is live music from the T-Bar bar downstairs until 1:00 a.m. Good luck sleeping! It then makes sense that breakfast is not served until 8:00 a.m. ||6) There is a long uphill walk to the ski lifts with your ski's. Once you get to this lift, it's not over. Be prepared to continue carrying your ski's uphill several more times from gondola to gondola. I still have bruises.||7) The room is very tight, with the bathroom separated from the bedroom with only sliding glass windows on the shower. If you were not close with whoever you're sharing the room with before, you will be afterwards.||8) The people running the hotel have a different standard of cleanliness than I do.||9) We were as disappointed in the town of Verbier as we were in the hotel. There's not much of a town, no shops that we were interested in visiting. The restaurants were very average.||10) No kleenex provided, must use toilet paper instead!||11) You're staying in a hostel, but you're not paying hostel prices, you're paying hotel prices.||12) They make you prepay. Beware! Good luck getting your money back when you're not happy!||We had prepaid for 5 nights but disliked the experience, including Verbier, so much that we accepted our losses and left after 2 nights! We will never return to Verbier!||This is full disclosure! Stay at your own risk!
