Central Park Hotel

Excellent location. I stayed 5 nights in this hotel.Here I am writing my genuine review 1. The room was not good as I expected. Room and bathroom are properly cleaned. I can see many hairs in the door and bathrooms on my first day itself. 2. Inside room, the tables are not properly cleaned. While opening the fridge I'm getting some bad smell of old kimchi. 3. During checkin time the first impression was not feeling happy especially from the reception side. May be my passport is not that much strong. But the hotel staff during breakfast time were very friendly. 4. The outside view from the hotel is excellent. But the glasses are not clean. So can't take good pictures.5. Rooms and bathroom are looking great. But need to improve the neatness.

Nice, clean hotel, convenient location. Receptionists do not speak English very well. The rooms are dated and need refurbishing. Bring your own travel iron, I had to wait 3 days for room service to bring mine. Bath tubs have a jacuzzi function which is nice. Overall nice hotel with dated furnishings, but don't expect flawless customer service.

I came here for a company event. The buffet is delicious, and the staff are friendly. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in. The view from the third floor (where the restaurant is) is beautiful. It's a bit far from the subway station but right across from the bus station.

CYC ( 24.12.12 )|My family stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The location is a little ambiguous, but everything else was satisfactory. It is a good hotel to stay nearby, such as service, room condition, cost-effectiveness, etc. The parking lot is good, and there are restaurants and other shopping malls if you walk for about 10 minutes. The bathtub is also satisfactory, so it is a good hotel nearby.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was beautiful and well-equipped. The hair dryer wasn’t working, but I called the front desk and they brought a replacement right away. The front desk staff were not as proficient in English as I would have expected in an area with so many tourists. My room on the 16th floor had a skylight with a retractable sun shade. I would absolutely stay again!

It was okay to stay only 1night. but hotel should focus on cleaning room more detail.i saw mold in bathroom, behind water tab and shower booth, hair in the drawer for towels and dirt on toilet.it was pretty disappointing to see that.also accessibility to any shops will be difficult, you will have to walk a lot.

nice location and good hotel structure. no sense of customer care. how is possible to pay the toothbrush as extra and extra money if you loose the keycard? this is miserable management service. the GM should be shamed of this. he can go to manage the bathroom of the park with no front of the hotel

Songdo Central Park Hotel has a lot going for it. The view from the 10th floor over Central Park was stunning, and the location is ideal, especially if you’re attending a conference at Convensia, which is within walking distance. The room, while old-fashioned, had a charming character, and I found it well-maintained despite previous reviews about it being dated. The cleaning service was excellent, and the bath, complete with jacuzzi features, added a nice touch of relaxation. The WiFi connection was strong, and free water was provided daily. It was also convenient to have a microwave, cutlery, and glasses available in the common areas, making it easy to prepare food and eat in the room. There were a few downsides, however. I arrived two hours before check-in, and although the room was ready, I was charged an additional 33,000 won, which felt excessive given my longer stay. The bathroom had no towel racks, and while the room itself was spacious, the closet was surprisingly small. The TV offered only one English channel, and the electrical ports were loose, making it difficult to keep adapters plugged in securely without propping them up. Finally, I found the coffee prices high, nearly double what you’d pay at a local coffee shop. These small inconveniences affected the overall experience, though the location and views remained the highlights.
