I had a very satisfying stay, and I'd certainly recommend this hotel to others for the view of the park, its ornate furniture, and being close to useful amenities. But if I had to nitpick, I'd drop half a star as the building was showing its age, which was most noticeable through the condition of the elevators and the room's windows.

We have stayed at this hotel before, always taking the suite room; we have never tried the regular rooms. The value is pretty good for the money, and the view is fantastic. The beds are comfortable, and there's a large bubble bath. However, the hotel is slowly falling apart; loose electric sockets, peeling wallpaper, and the bathroom door latches don't work well. Despite all that, I would still recommend the suites.

Clean, peaceful, grand Cinderella like fixtures, we had a twin and queen room , it comes with a tub. For the price it’s a great deal ||Its all about location: right next to Incheon Central Park, Costco of all places is a 5 min walk, local restaurants, nail salons, cafes, bakeries, and a pet cafe is in walking distance. Also a tradition Korean village replica is across the street so do pop in and walk around and ask questions because it’s breathtaking. If you don’t like walking use an e-bike or scooter. Pro tip: book online from a 3rd party site b/c it’s way cheaper, and if you want to extend do the same thing and then show them at the desk for the same price. ||This hotel will hold your bags if you are before 3pm check-in. We had a lot of bags as a family of 3. Didn’t eat there b/c we were way more interested in exploring. Download Naver and Kakao for walking directions and local taxi’s b/c Google doesn’t work in Korea. Uber does though. Inside the room they have a automatic window to let the heat out of the room on cool days if you prefer natural air but close at night b/c there are mosquitos

The service is really bad. We stayed at this hotel for one night only because we needed to be close to the airport. April 20th , their air conditioning wasn’t working. The room temperature reached 26 degrees and we had an awful night. The mattress is really bad. We had our baby with us and lots of luggage and no help was offered to bring our bags to our room. We asked for a baby crib , they charged us 20 000 and the crib had no mattress. Only a thin blanket … no way I could let my baby sleep on that. I told them I refuse to pay for that , they charged me anyways. They don’t speak English well or they pretend that they don’t. The girls at the reception are really snob and not helpful. I stayed in 3 different hotels in Seoul and this is the worst 5* hotel ever.

Convenient location. Front desk was helpful when we needed to book a taxi. Pleasantly surprised about the glass ceiling. Great authentic Korean breakfast selection with vegetables.

Hotel is feeling a little tired now (worn carpet, peeling wall paper, chips in furniture). Comfy beds and bedding , good shower and bathtub, nice views of Central Park if you're on that side of the building

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful ornate rooms. Lobby restaurant does not serve breakfast (or at least opens late) and AC in room was broken

Nice, clean hotel, convenient location. Receptionists do not speak English very well. The rooms are dated and need refurbishing. Bring your own travel iron, I had to wait 3 days for room service to bring mine. Bath tubs have a jacuzzi function which is nice. Overall nice hotel with dated furnishings, but don't expect flawless customer service.
