It's nice, not too crowded. The place looks and feels spacious. There's a woolworths and Priceline on the lower level. The Daiso on the 1st floor. The toilets are ok, on the lower level near woolworths.

Cool 👌 place to shop, coffee or drink 😁cool vibe for hanging out Get set for next level entertainment, shopping and dining from dawn till dusk and beyond at Central Park Mall. Over 40 retailers housing dozens of brands, designer fashion, diverse eateries and fresh game time experiences await. This iconic precinct is bordered by glorious green space for outdoor events, I love the vertical garden and spice Alley!Central Park Mall, located in the vibrant Chippendale precinct of Sydney, is a dynamic hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Known for its striking architecture, including the famous vertical gardens, the mall offers a unique and inviting atmosphere. It's a convenient and well-rounded destination for both locals and tourists. The Mall and Its Shops Central Park Mall isn't a massive, sprawling shopping center, but it's well-curated, offering a diverse range of retailers. You'll find a good mix of fashion, homewares, and specialty stores. * Fashion and Retail: The mall features popular brands like adidas, Superdry, and Glue Store for streetwear and casual looks. For footwear, you can check out Hype DC and Foot Locker. Other well-known names include Daiso Japan for homewares and unique finds, and W Cosmetics for beauty products. The presence of a Woolworths Metro on the lower ground level makes it a convenient spot for grocery shopping. * Dining: The food scene is a major highlight. The mall's eateries cater to various tastes, from casual bites to more substantial meals. You can find a good selection of Asian cuisine, with options like Sunny Seafood Restaurant for authentic yum cha, and Uobei Sushi for high-quality "kaitenzushi" (conveyor belt sushi). Other food choices include Anita Gelato for a sweet treat and a variety of cafes. * Entertainment: Central Park Mall goes beyond just shopping and dining. It's home to Palace Cinemas, a great option for catching a movie, and Fortress Sydney, a gaming complex with PC gaming, board games, and an arcade. These entertainment options make the mall a popular destination for a full day or evening out. Nearby Attractions Central Park Mall's strategic location in Chippendale means it's surrounded by a wealth of attractions and points of interest, all within walking distance. * Arts and Culture: A must-visit is the White Rabbit Gallery, which houses one of the world's most significant collections of contemporary Chinese art. The gallery is a unique and captivating experience. The Seymour Centre, a performing arts venue, is also nearby, offering a range of shows and performances. * Dining and Nightlife: The area is a foodie paradise. The famous Spice Alley is just a short walk away, offering a vibrant, open-air hawker-style dining experience with a variety of global cuisines. You'll also find a number of bars and pubs, including The Lansdowne Hotel, known for its live music scene. * Shopping and Exploration: A short stroll will take you to Chinatown, a bustling cultural hub with an incredible array of restaurants, markets, and shops. The area is also close to other major shopping precincts like Pitt Street Mall, World Square, and The Strand Arcade. * Parks and Outdoors: For a bit of fresh air, Chippendale Green is a pleasant outdoor space within the precinct, perfect for a break or a casual stroll. You can also explore the larger Victoria Park nearby. Excellent mall with quality shops, cinemas and good eating options. Palace Cinema located on the top floor and Fortress gaming across multiple floors. There is an Anita Gelato located by the entrance, Starbucks and the Hype store has awesome sneakers. There’s no parking at the centre and street parking can be difficult to find. Abercrombie Street is the best option when it’s not a clearway.

The shops are a bit sparse, not sure if this place is newly opened or not. The food court area looks great and they have a supermarket, cinema, and also a gaming centre. One of the shops on the ground floor has a very long queue. There's a back outdoor greenery area (same level as the supermarket) that has some restaurants.

I love this place. I go there every week but almost never to shop. I just like how multipurpose of a business facility it is, with GP and PT location, both regular food and sweet shops, massage/acupuncture store, hair cut store, nail salon, movie theater, as well as ample recreation outdoor space outside. Some of these are the lower basement level, which is partly outdoors. That area also has a bubble tea and sushi store, Woolies and Priceline Pharmacy. It is a really beautifully presented location with decorations and fairy lights both indoors and outdoors, and I still feel like I have not spent enough time there. A lot to look at while outside and it is a mere 15 minute walk from the Cleveland st business area in Surry Hills, which I also frequent.

Yelp
We heard mall and decided to check this place out while we waited for our hotel room to be ready a building away. Honestly, I didn't think it had a lot of good shops in it, I wouldn't come back here to "shop" necessarily, but it is a beautiful space with an indoor/outdoor feel. Although I love "the cheap junk shop" Daiso and would come in again to buy stuff from there. We came in a few times during our stay. My partner forgot to pack his belt so we went looking for a new one. We could not find one at all in this mall, even with all the men specific shops there are. The closest was actually Daiso. They had belts but my man's a bit hefty and they didn't fit. We did watch a movie here and bought supplies in the grocery store and pharmacy in the "underground" level. I did also check out the food court for snacks. Not one place we dined at in this mall wasn't good, so there's that. The little park that the food spaces open up to that is small but lovely with interesting art work and some seating.

Yelp
Being in an Airbnb while traveling to Sydney earlier this year before Covid 19 we were luckily to be near this area with its art, simple greens for being outside and the lovely plant covered building that we used for our central point to get back to our place. The area is filled with small shops and the mall nearby along with the grocery store downstairs we found everything we needed. The space had some undesired graffiti but during our stay saw that it was covered up with a fresh coat of paint while the church was being remodeled. Lovely place and easy to get to the busier places of the city.

Yelp
This has become one of my favourite malls in Sydney, because its not as crowded as Westfield, its still very brand new and modern, and it has decent speed wifi with lots of tables to hang out and work/study. Although I have not found any power yet, Its still a good enough place to escape from the usual digs and actually get stuff done. The food court seems a lot more reasonably priced (I guess they are competing with Chinatown and also need to get business from the nearby university), there is a largest Daiso in the mall, a supermarket downstairs, and a few more fancy restaurants downstairs.

Yelp
I like this living mall concept. The mall operator is very proactive in organising events throughout the year. Install their own app for more updates on the monthly offers. Their food court is pretty good, but it's mostly closed after 5pm. The sushi train next to the food court has $2 per plate after 5pm. Check it out! There's a cool creative space upstairs at level three with a piano and art gallery.

Yelp
Central Park is a decent little hub across from the UTS tower. As far as food goes, it's got a heap of great options including Thai, Japanese and burgers as well as some top-name chains like Coco Cubano and Din Tai Fung. As for shopping there a a few quality outlets like Hype, Athletes Foot and Addidas, but the other shops leave a bit to be desired like the massive cheap junk store (Daiso) on the second level. All in all, this doesn't really spring to mind as a place to go shopping. Getting food on the other hand, it makes for a great location!
