Central Park Sydney

Who's running the show at 3 Carlton Street. It might be time for a fresh start and recruit a new management team for the building. Water is shut down every other month. Garbage shoot out of action for multiple months now. Pool temperature, broken, always ice cold. Pool Jacuzzi jets not working. BBQ out if action Dangerous cladding on building exterior has been secured but hasnt been repaired for years. Shocking.

Very interesting architecture in a beautiful part of Sydney! Admiring these buildings by night, while sitting back in the park in front of these apartments is a must try experience for all Sydney siders.

A truly beautiful part of Sydney - so much so, that you forget you’re even there. It really makes you feel like you’re overseas; the architecture is amazing, and it’s unbelievably quiet considering you’re in the CBD. Great shopping facilities nearby, and the parks/gardens found throughout are very calming and help create a peaceful tranquility that this city could definitely use more of.

A nice little development in Sydney with a shopping mall, food court and park area. The most exciting bits are out the back, where you'll spot some pretty cool artwork and can sit in a relaxing grassy area. In the underground of the complex is a second food court area and a grocery store. The area also has a few nice cafes. You'll also want to check out Spice Alley which is right next door!

Absolutely beautiful part of Sydney! Admiring these buildings by night, and grabbing an ice cream from Anita’s while sitting back in the park in front of these apartments is a must try experience for all Sydney siders and visitors!

Such a beautiful building I have ever seen till now in my life. Wow how beautifully plants 🌱 looks on this building. Walking 🚶 on the street and looking at eyes 👀 blowing views. Thank you for reading my review. Check out my upload pictures.

It has a lot of excitement in terms of magnificent architecture, and high-end stores, but it lacks the variety that we would often associate with a mall or shopping complex. Called a resident student accommodation is more suiting :)
