BELIEVE THAT YOU DESERVE MUCH BETTER AND STOP VISITING THIS THEATRE.
This theatre easily offers one of the poorest movie-going experiences in Canada. While I appreciate your effort to represent regional cinema, the overall experience at this venue is quite disappointing.
The theatre lacks proper seating arrangements, visibility is obstructed if someone sits in front of you, making it difficult to enjoy the movie. It feels like the theatre was built just for the sake of having one, without any proper planning, research, or consideration of how people actually watch movies.
On top of that, I must say that, considering what they offer, the ticket prices are still pretty high, with absolutely nothing to justify the cost. It’s clear they are unwilling to invest even a small amount in improving the viewing experience, yet they expect people to keep coming back and spending money.
Moreover, the customer service is poor. Guests are often made to wait longer periods before entering due to delayed cleaning and crowd management after prior shows.
Another concerning issue is the handling of Tuesday half-price ticketing. While this is a much-anticipated deal for many of us, the theatre neither displays showtimes on their website nor confirms them in person on
Tuesdays. We suspect this is an intentional move to avoid honoring the half-price policy, which we feel is unfair and disappointing.
It almost feels like they believe customers will simply accept and tolerate this substandard experience. But honestly, why would anyone pay hard-earned money for a
theatre where you can’t even properly see the screen?
Mississauga deserves better. Until they fix these fundamental flaws, this theatre is not worth your time or money.
