The gym is decent, the routes are reset often but not kept very clean so you usually have to clean them yourself. The prices for attending are expensive compared to other gyms in the area and they sell you electronic passes that expire soon after you buy them. If you are looking for a rock gym that has good vibes and staff that cares about your experience more than they do about making money, I would advise you go elsewhere.

My first time bouldering was at this location. I came with my partner and we had a fantastic time. The atmosphere is welcoming, but I will say there is a substantial male majority (I heard it is different at the Kennesaw location where it is a 50/50). The front desk ladies were incredibly kind and supportive. The facilities are clean. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to get into rock climbing! I was very sore the next day, but it was so fun. I will be going back sometime soon!

This is definitively the best rock climbing gym in the Western Hemisphere. Kletterzentrum Innsbruck: Das Ki in Austria might be a little better but otherwise SSM is basically the pinnacle of indoor climbing facilities. Overlook? Mats are too hard. Wall crawlers? Sucks. I love Stone Summit Midtown.

This is my go to rock climbing gym. The walls are changed frequently so there’s always fresh things to do. The coffee shop upstairs is well stocked and reasonably priced.

Great small bouldering gym! Spectacular setting and everything you need to train. Entrance is on Peach street and you go to the elevator down one floor straight there!

Usually climb at their Kennesaw location, but wanted to try this one out too. This location only had bouldering (which is a positive or a negative depending on who you are.) It’s smaller than most of the climbing gyms I’ve been to, but there are plenty of routes packed in, and the people here are really friendly. Definitely would recommend to people who want to boulder - no matter your skill level.

I'm a member of Stone Summit, and go to midtown about once a month. The setting is a little easier then the other two gyms. There is a great young professionals group of people here, easy to make friends, very fun to work on boulders together. There is only bouldering here. There is a lot of slab and straight walls, not much overhang. The quality of the walls and holds is very good. The gym is good for new climbers, but not the best place for kids. Kids will have a better time at the other two locations.

Nice gym with good setting, nice community feel, good music, and pretty clean. A bit small, no system board, and holds are old and chossy. They need brushes bad.

Yelp
Small gym, but that's to be expected when it's located in the city. This place is hard to find - I had to look at other people's notes on Google Reviews to find this place. It was giving "looking for the outdoor boulder" vibes. So here's my notes for anyone that will likely need them. PARKING: Trust your GPS to guide you to the entrance of the parking garage. The entrance and exit are two separate doors, so do not think you can enter and/or exit through both of them. The garage is for the 715 Peachtree building and CRG has a sign on the garage that lets you know to park there. Once you pull a ticket and get inside the garage, park anywhere. Don't forget to take your ticket with you to validate inside the gym! GYM ACCESS: Once you park, get to the same level that you entered the garage. Follow the garage signs to enter the 715 Peachtree building. Do not be alarmed if all the lights are off. Continue down the long hallway until you see the elevators on your right. If you hit the coffee shop, you've gone too far. Go DOWN on the elevator to LL. Once you exit the elevator, you'll see the gym there. General Notes: I would advise budgeting at least 10 minutes to get out of the building and garage. Keep this in mind since parking is only validated for 2 hours! Exiting is also a bit of a doozy, but ultimately just follow the garage signs. If possible, CRG should put up additional signage within the 715 building to direct people. I felt like there was no way I would've known to go down on the elevator a floor without the advice of others. The gym itself is solid - it's mostly inclined walls and a few slabs. One interesting area that I've never seen is one of the walls is set at a greater than 90 degree angle, and is quite scary since it relies a lot on feet. Great wall to train on. I appreciated how much cleaner this gym is compared to the Chamblee locations.

Yelp
Like others have mentioned, it's a bit hard to find once you're in the building, but security was able to tell me where to go. Didn't know they set new routes on Tuesdays so it was packed when I went on a Tuesday night. Only got a few climbs in before leaving. Tried again Wednesday morning, and was able to do more. It is pretty small, but enough to get a workout in. Definitely bring your own water, no vending machines or store to buy some. Did spy a water fountain towards the back of the building, but one of the traditional ones.

Yelp
1. The place is impossible to find. one sign out front....you have to go through the coffee shop to the middle...turn left to the elevator...take elevator down...turn right. we had to asl 3 people. Seems some sinage would be a help. silly me I mentioned this....why? 2. Not a dropof water in the place free or bought.
