CENTRAL SOPOT

Very bad customer service and too noise! Hotel has a good location and reasonable clean but for sure not comfortable if you are on vacation. It can be good for one night stand but more than 2 days I don’t recommend. If you arrive before check in hour (3pm) or leave the hotel in checks out (11 am) there is no place that leave luggage. Stuffs are not friendly, Manager is super rude and there is no investment in basic products for a hotel, for example washing soap. If you are a group of friends and want to party, I recommend the place. If you are a family, couple or people who wants to have a good time in Spot, not recommend it.

The hotel is minutes from the railway station and the town centre. You can hear the trains from the hotel but they do not run through the night so the noise aspect was not a problem to us. Our room was a good size and was surprisingly well equipped with TV, fridge, kettle and an iron. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower room was quite modern with plenty of hot water. This seems like a place in the process of being improved and little things which would make it better include a wardrobe and better curtains to keep the light out. There isn't 24 hour reception but that was not a problem.||For what we paid our room was excellent value and we could not have been in a more convenient location.

Very dirty rooms, poor organization. Street very loud from partying people, trains and trucks cleaning the street. We had a problem with our room because there was no curtains in the window and everyone could see us from the street (weird). We called the hostel and luckily there was a different room. We had to struggle tho because we couldn’t find the guy who can give us the keys and then once we found him he didn’t know where the keys to another room are. We finally got another room but in way lower standard. During our stay we met two other groups of people who had problems to get in their rooms at arrival because there is no 24/7 front desk. Will never go back there

Place has a very nice location - close to railway station and city attractions. One remark - it is a hostel, thus you need to be ready for typical noise & midnight talks, which you hear well in private rooms too. Please expect hostel level of tidiness as well. Otherwise - very nice place.

I stayed in private room and no kidding, it was like 3 stars hotel standards, probably for about half / one third of the price. The room was excellent - very spacious, nice decor, TV, mini fridge, towels, free mineral water tea and coffee, kettle, and a private terrace! All very clean, modern bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, not even mentioning the location. If I ever stay in sopot again I will definitely want to go back there

The location is quite good but the trains running outside are a bit disturbing. Also the service was lacking, everyone looked uninterested in their work. No a/c, fan or good ventilation. Funny smell and not a working drain in the bathroom. big comfortable bed and a nice balcony (room 108). Also missing dark curtains so bring both ear plugs and eye pads for a good nights sleep. for 1-2 nights ok but not more. Also was missing glasses and no water in the fridge.

Clean rooms, money been spent to do the hotel up, and amazing value for money. If you just want a hotel room that is central then stay here, yes it is next to a train station so you can hear trains but that didn't disturb us.|Thomas the hotel manager is very helpful and was outstanding in helping us find our friend who was taken to hospital. His professionalism and customer service is brilliant and we thank him.

We spent one night at Central Sopot at the beginning of October. Location is great right on the Main Street and next to the train station. The room was exactly as described online and only 112pln for the night which is cheap considering we walked in off the street. We had a double room with an ensuite which was great. Train tracks are right behind the hostel but we didn’t find it an issue, you can hear the trains but not too noisy. We also had a small fridge in our room. Room was small and a bit cold with only one small blanket on the bed, but you get what you pay for.
