The staff at The Central Sport Hotel are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good facilities although I would love a kettle in my room. The food is sometimes excellent, and always good. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with additional dishes cooked to order. Dinner is inventive, with some superb touches. No-one leaves hungry! The manager in the dining room runs a very good team, sees everything and manages very effectively, without being over-zealous. I would single out Franco and Maurizio in particular as huge assets to the hotel in the dining room and Anja on reception.

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartments in winter (for skiing). 2 rooms, 4 full-sized beds (2 of which transform into wardrobes), mini-kitchen and a bathroom -- all you need for a very pleasant stay. It really feels like home after a long day. There's a ski-room in the apartments block cellar and another one in the main hotel building. The hotel's pool and sauna were available as well, which is really nice.

We are regular visitors and are made very welcome when we arrive. It is a very comfortable hotel , high standards , excellent food and a lovely swimming pool. We enjoy it very much . The staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.

This is an old under invested hotel. The carpets have been there for 2 decades so do not expect much more. ||Also be careful about the location of the ski lift. There is one very nearby but it is not connected to the Parsenn and Klosters ski area. ||Staff were friendly and the parking guy very helpfu l

The location is good, the rooms very pleasant and quiet and the service at the reception and in the restaurant and bar is excellent - they do everything they can to help. The food is good and mainly a wide variety.||It’s a shame that they no longer provide complimentary cake with tea in the afternoon - it was a nice gesture. And tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be extremely welcome. As a non-skier I spent a lot of time working and it would be very useful to be able to have tea on demand.||Housekeeping is a little basic for a hotel of this level - again extremely pleasant staff, but towels aren’t refolded, toiletries (and toilet rolls!) not replenished other than on request, and the floor is not hoovered. That said, the cleaniness other than the bedroom floor is excellent.||My criticisms are all small and we would visit again.

Very clean and tidy, very comfortable. couldn't fault the staff - always helpful, smiling and polite.|Part of a coach party, the evening meals I found to be fine, though underwhelming, whilst other members of the group were somewhat dismayed by the offerings.
