Central Station on Orange

I’ve lived at Central Station on Orange for about three years now, and I can honestly say the maintenance team has been one of the best parts of my experience here. They’re always friendly, respectful, and quick to respond. Joao and Felipe, in particular, go above and beyond. They not only fix issues promptly but also clean up thoroughly afterward and even remind me to change my air filter every month. When they don’t see a request for it, they still come by to make sure it gets done. Thank you guys for consistently being supportive, timely, and dependable. It makes a huge difference as a resident to know the maintenance staff truly cares.

I would like to recognize how outstanding Victoria is. From the very beginning, she has consistently shown kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. No matter the situation, whether it’s a small question or a more urgent concern, Victoria approaches everything with patience, attentiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Victoria goes above and beyond her responsibilities. She doesn’t just address issues; she follows through to make sure everything is handled properly and that residents feel supported. Her communication is clear, respectful, and always timely, which makes a huge difference in creating trust and peace of mind. It is rare to find someone who combines warmth with such a high level of professionalism. Victoria’s dedication contributes greatly to the positive atmosphere of the building, and I am genuinely grateful for her support and commitment. She is an asset to the management team and to all of us who live here.

I’ve been a resident at Central Station on Orange since 2022 and have renewed my lease every year since! The property managers and leasing agents are always friendly, helpful, and make the whole process easy. The maintenance staff is responsive and professional, taking care of requests quickly. I love the location! It’s right in the middle of I-4 for easy access to everything in Orlando, and the affordability for being in such a prime spot is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Aja went above and beyond to make our apartment application process smooth. She even stayed a little late to ensure everything was completed. Throughout the process, she was calm, patient, and incredibly genuine never pushy, just warm and sincere. My spouse and I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness, and we’re excited to call downtown our new home. 😇

I’ve had a great experience with Victoria and Aja. Victoria is an excellent Assistant Manager who takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and resolves issues efficiently. Aja is friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents and future residents feel supported. Their teamwork makes a noticeable difference in the overall experience here.

Love it here at Central Station on Orange! One person here that has been a go-to to get things taken care of is Victoria-she has helped make moving in a smooth transition. She is always there to answer questions and provide help with anything that is needed. Her and the rest of the leasing staff, along with the maintenance team, are always friendly and responsive. Whether it's an event they plan for the month or letting us know what's going on in the city, they truly care about their residents. The amenities are nice, clean, modern, and maintained well. My apartment has the same quality and has an amazing layout. Great location as well, with easy access to everything I need.

I had excellent experience with Joel and Felipe! They were professional, efficient and incredibly thorough and fixing my appliance issue in my apartment. Not only did they address all the repairs quickly, but they also took the time to go over and resolve a few discrepancies they found in the unit. Their attention to detail and dedication to getting everything done right made a big difference. I really appreciate their hard work.

First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Aja Freeman, who has been an excellent person and administrator at Central Orange Station. Her work has been exemplary: always charismatic, professional, and attentive to each of our requests and questions. The condominium offers a privileged location, just steps away from the Lynx station and with easy access to I-4. The construction materials are of very good quality: the kitchen has a modern design, the windows are large and allow you to enjoy outstanding views with excellent natural light, plus blackout blinds that ensure proper rest. The thick walls provide privacy, as no noise from neighbors can be heard. The amenities are also remarkable. The bedroom and closet are carpeted, making them cozy. One detail we truly appreciate is that the community is pet friendly: there are many pets around, and our cat is very happy here. In conclusion, we are very pleased with our new home. For those who want to live in Downtown Orlando and enjoy the best of the city center, we definitely recommend Central Orange Station.
