Amazing staff, Amazing Property! I recently moved to Orlando for work and the staff have been so helpful and welcoming. I’m constantly impressed by the care everyone takes in managing the property, communicating to residents, and addressing issues quickly. If you’re looking for a community rather than just an apt, Central Station is for you!

I’ve lived at Central Station for almost 5 years and I wish I could take the maintenance team with me everywhere I go! Joel, the maintenance team leader, Felipe, and everyone else on the maintenance team have been great. They respond to any maintenance request fast and with a smile. As a woman who did not know much about appliances and apartment problems, this is always something that I cherished about central station! I recently left a review praising the maintenance team but I did want to do my best to leave an unbiased review regarding the complex as a whole. I lived at Central Station for almost 5 years and I absolutely LOVED the one bedroom A2 unit. It is perfect for one person with lots of storage and a layout that makes sense when furnishing and decorating. The walls are also pretty well insulated with it being a newer build. I never heard the neighbors above me. You can hear the neighbors that you are sharing walls with but only if they are talking really loud or playing music, not on an everyday basis. Maintenance is amazing. They will do the best they can to fix your problems. Office staff was also very accommodating with the move out process. No hidden fees, which I much appreciated. Now for the not so good parts. The hot water seemed to be in and out for the last 2 years of my residency. Sound does carry through if you are living on the inside unit. If there are people at the pool, you will hear everything. Sound also carries through from the hallway. My last neighbor loved to play music for 6-7 hours a day and yell into the microphone. Unfortunately nothing seemed to change after I complained to the Manager upon resigning of my lease. Thankfully I couldn’t hear him once I was in my bedroom. Ultimately, it was the fire alarms that finally led me to move out. They went off about once every 2 months and at completely random times. I started to develop insomnia and increased anxiety because of them. The alarms are INCREDIBLY loud in the units and it WILL go off in your unit every single time. It’s a shame because I could deal with everything else if it wasn’t for the fire alarms. I think it truly depends on what you can and cannot deal with.

Don't live here. Known issues that have been around for years that management won't fix: - Hot water is frequently out. You will take cold showers multiple times a month. - Fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night at least once a month for the last year. - Trash smell throughout the hallways because of a service you will be required to pay $30 a month for (not optional) for people to leave their trash in the hallways and it will get picked up (makes hallways smell like shit, you will feel like you're walking through a dumpster to get to your apartment) - Bugs present everywhere (likely because of the trash filling the hallways) - Management will mischarge your account and then apologize when you call them out on it. They will refund but you have to make them. - There is a loud train that comes by at 4am every morning. You will hear it. It will wake you up. - If you made it this far kudos, you clearly don't mind paying $1500-$2000 a month for subpar quality. Good luck. 3 months after posting edit: - trash smell is worse than ever in the halls - elevators are now out - about 5 more fire alarms since the original posting - hot water does now work! - My $1650 apartment ended up averaging $2050/month over the last year after all of the monthly fees this apartment added to my rent. The best part is you get charged twice for electricty. ~80/month for your unit and then another $50 for “community electricty” This place is a scam. Low quality. High fees. Terrible air quality. Don’t let the beautiful leasing entrance area fool you. Once you get past that to the hallways leading to the apartments it is all downhill

I would like to recognize how outstanding Victoria is. From the very beginning, she has consistently shown kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. No matter the situation, whether it’s a small question or a more urgent concern, Victoria approaches everything with patience, attentiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Victoria goes above and beyond her responsibilities. She doesn’t just address issues; she follows through to make sure everything is handled properly and that residents feel supported. Her communication is clear, respectful, and always timely, which makes a huge difference in creating trust and peace of mind. It is rare to find someone who combines warmth with such a high level of professionalism. Victoria’s dedication contributes greatly to the positive atmosphere of the building, and I am genuinely grateful for her support and commitment. She is an asset to the management team and to all of us who live here.

Google
I’ve had a great experience with Victoria and Aja. Victoria is an excellent Assistant Manager who takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and resolves issues efficiently. Aja is friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents and future residents feel supported. Their teamwork makes a noticeable difference in the overall experience here.

I’ve been a resident at Central Station for 5 years and have enjoyed my experience. The size of the units for the price gives you a great bang for your buck. The Assistant Manager, Victoria, and her staff offer great customer service and is always accommodating. The maintenance team is also experienced easy to work with.

Aja went above and beyond to make our apartment application process smooth. She even stayed a little late to ensure everything was completed. Throughout the process, she was calm, patient, and incredibly genuine never pushy, just warm and sincere. My spouse and I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness, and we’re excited to call downtown our new home. 😇

I had excellent experience with Joel and Felipe! They were professional, efficient and incredibly thorough and fixing my appliance issue in my apartment. Not only did they address all the repairs quickly, but they also took the time to go over and resolve a few discrepancies they found in the unit. Their attention to detail and dedication to getting everything done right made a big difference. I really appreciate their hard work.

LaDonna R.

Yelp
Love it, the maintenance does a great job, came and resolved my refrigerator issue in a very timely manner, very polite and left everything in great working order, resolution time was so quick! apt 424

Yelp
Personally I thought this place was going to be the "luxury" it poses to be. For starters, don't let them put you in an apartment on the first floor. It's been an absolute nightmare. The first night I moved in I had a homeless man charging his phone on my patio lol. There's been multiple occasions where I've caught homeless people casually hanging out on my personal patio. Is there really anything the staff can do about that? Not really if they put you in a bad location. The first month I moved in there was a moment where a Tennant needed my help to get inside the apartment because a man was following her into the garage. And wanted to take her dog. It's the most unsafe apartment I've ever lived in. Currently I'm dealing with a huge leak in my bedroom. To the point where the carpet is soaked, and I have to have a huge container under it to catch the water. Is this a pressing issue to them during a pandemic when working from home is important? No. It's going to be a week now that the leak first started. And all the maintenance men do is look at it with a flashlight. Mind you, I now have a huge hole in my ceiling with water pouring out. They keep saying it's fixed but don't do anything to the pipe? Then when I tell them it's leaking again they act surprised lol. This is while covid is happening too. Do you really think water coming down from other apartments is okay? Who knows If anyone has the virus and has flushed their dirty shower water into my bedroom. Because supposedly that's where it's coming from according to them. There's really loud construction going on with the lot next to us. Which I think is yet another "luxury" complex. Sooo, if you're not woken up by the sound of the sun rail, then you'll def be woken up by the construction(which started halfway through my lease). Or the homeless people on your doorstep if you live on the first floor. Save your money sis, choose a better apartment. Avoid an apartment complex with the tag line being that it's luxury. It's in a terrible location. The complex doesn't care about major apartment issues like leaks. I could go on about other things but those are the main key points I'd say to run from when deciding on this place.

Kevin B.

Yelp
Since I've been staying a central station for the last 8 months, Alex has been very professional and helpful whenever I needed something. I really appreciate her and would always recommend her if you need assistance !

Yelp
The complex kicked us out with some arbitrary clause in our lease saying they can do so with 60 day notice. When I called for an explanation as to why they won't let us renew after 1.5 years of on time payment and no complaints, they said "We just want the apartment back for no reason." Which basically means they're kicking me, the BF and our roommate out so they can raise the rent on our apartment - (Trolley II which we paid $1605 a month which also included a free month) and rent it to some poor sucker for $300+ more a month. No offer to renew. Just..."We don't need a reason. We just want our apartment back." Also, please don't believe the illusion the apartment complex cares. No. I don't have any questions. Any help would've been appreciated when I first spoke to you, not after this bad review. Your employees were quite clear when they said "We don't need a reason to take our apartment back. We don't have to make an offer to renew. We don't have to tell you a reason." Please take your fake concern elsewhere. It doesn't help. A devious and underhanded apartment complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Yelp
The apartment is nice but prepare yourself for a very unprofessional living experience. For one, there is no security. My roommate and I had our cars broken into 3 times. There is also no cameras in order to help catch the criminals (in a populated downtown location with homeless every where). The automatic garage doors that attempt to keep people out of the parking garage was broken for the better part of 6 months. Random people could go in and out with no obstructions. The UCF and Valencia campuses opened there recently. It's very populated with college age kids. So just be prepared for all that comes with that. We were very good tenants, paid on time, every time with zero issues from us. We moved out, had our place professionally cleaned, patched all holes...everything. They nickel and dime'd us on the way out with completely bogus charges. They were not a lot of money but the fact that we left the place in VERY good shape for them and they applied these charges, and wouldn't budge, upset me greatly. To me, it's very bad business and completely unprofessional. Long story short, you'll be able to find something better in the downtown Orlando area and have a better experience. As you can tell by the other reviews, I am not the only one that has had a poor experience with this place. Buyer beware!

Yelp
Great location and beautiful apartments. The price of rent is reasonable for the area. Beautiful gym and pool. My first day moving my furniture into my apartment, I had furniture stolen from the loading area that I rented from them. After reporting this to the leasing office and asking them to review the cameras, I never received a follow up response. The maintenance staff is extremely rude and makes you feel as though you're inconveniencing them when you need help. My fab key once wasn't working and when I called maintenance, he frustratedly attempted to suggest I find somewhere else to spend the night because he lives 1.5 hours away. Why the 24 hour maintenance man doesn't live within 30min of the complex is beyond me, regardless, I ended up waiting 3 hours. Maintenance also will open your door and walk into your apartment unannounced and ask you personal questions such as if/why you live alone and how can you afford the rent. The absolute worst part of Central Station on Orange has to specifically be Jacqui, one of the leasing agents. She's rude, stuck up, and constantly crosses professional boundaries. I've heard her say "that's my n*****", when she thought no one was around. She fraternizes with tenants, including romantic relationships, recreational drug use in their apartments and also lunches and dinner. Finally, when you move out, she'll let tenants into your apartment to choose items they wish to have and then will still charge you for furniture removal by a company that never occurred (: Would not recommend moving into theses apartments.

Yelp
This is the only building in Orlando I've ever renewed a lease at and I'm currently on my 3rd lease. The management and maintenance team are attentive and friendly! The building is very dog friendly. The units have high end finishes and do not feel like cheap apartments. Location is convenient and walking distance to anything downtown. Overall, I'm very pleased and content living here. I've read the other reviews and would advise to take those with a "grain of salt" per say. If you choose to live "downtown" there will be noise and other things to expect. Also, having lived near one of the individuals that posted a very negative review about not being able to renew .... if your apartment always has a bad odor you can smell from the hallway and you ALWAYS leave trash outside of your apartment .. not to mention having watched you steal road signs and bring them into the building while intoxicated... I myself would not want to renew your lease either.

Yelp
Moved into central station 3 weeks ago and Victoria Ayala was amazing help she was very straight forward and helped us a lot to get approved for the apartment I would recommend her and this apartment 10/10

Yelp
UPDATED THOROUGH REVIEW: My lease is coming to an end, and I'm deciding whether or not to renew - I thought I should update my review! PROS: I LOVE LOVE LOVE my apartment so much. It's beautiful inside, I like the layout and color scheme, I love my balcony and the UNBEATABLE view of the city lights and the courthouse (there is some construction right now though, so this will disappear soon sadly...). I love that the SunRail station is right next door. I love going on bike rides around the cool little neighborhoods just east of the building. I love being able to walk to the bars downtown. This was the perfect building for me this year because of the location and because it's fairly updated inside. The rooftop is nice as well! I love the security guards - they are cool and extremely kind people. I also love Robyn and Jacqui from the leasing office, they've been really helpful and kind and pleasant with resolving issues and helping me figure things out, especially when I make really silly mistakes! I like sleeping by the sound of the train. It's a really special location, even if it isn't considered the safest. If you're used to a big city environment, or even craving it, I would recommend this place as one of the closest things you'll get to a big city experience in Orlando - this is my opinion as someone from Toronto who travels a lot. Once you're moved in, there's no real structure set up for residents to give feedback, but the property owner does respond to bad reviews and occasionally steps in to resolve things, which I really appreciate, and that's part of why I'm updating my review. CONS: Apart from the people I just mentioned, there are some other members of the staff team there who can be rude in my experience, and who don't care at all about your experience. They basically try to do the bare minimum, seem very fake, and don't care if you walk away unhappy. Secondly, I almost never use any of the amenities. There are hardly any machines in the gym, and the pool almost never gets any sunshine - most "luxury" places do a little better in these departments. The rooftop is a good time, and the lounge is pretty, but the music playing there 24/7 (which is supposedly impossible to adjust) bothers me too much, so I just avoid it - plus it closes at 10pm which is a huge bummer... Sometimes there are also homeless people wandering in and out of it, but that's just what you get downtown, so not a big deal to me. Now that I've done more research, I've found that there are other places (though to be fair, not many) that have 24h private study rooms, nicer 24hour lounges, 24hour free printing, sunny pools, etc., for similar prices. On another note, the move-in process isn't super smooth. They don't try to make it easy for you at all (I actually just overheard a guy getting frustrated about how he was trying to move in but the staff were making it really difficult...). The furnishings aren't high quality (1/3 of my cupboards came off their hinges the first time I used them and the tub was stained with grime that took hours to scrub away when I moved in....) but of all the things to compromise on, this one didn't seem too bad to me. Overall, minus a few frustrations/compromises/disappointments, which you will find everywhere in some form, I've really enjoyed my time here and it's difficult to decide if I want to leave or not, though there are a few more luxurious apartments out there with seemingly more motivated staff teams for similar prices. The real advantage of this place is the location, if you're looking for a cool spot downtown with nice apartments! Especially if you don't care much about amenities! I also have to say, I think I got really lucky moving into the best unit for that magical view, and living on one of the top floors helps avoid a lot of the complaints raised by people living on the first floor, so keep this in mind as well!

Cameron T.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor and DONT move here. I have lived here for 27+ months and this place is going nowhere but downhill. No renovations but want to raise your rate ridiculously every time if you want to extend your lease. This is the least "luxury" apartment in downtown Orlando which is getting less classier by the day. The office is rude and unprofessional and they truly don't care about any residence. Also they like to change things without telling you that can lead to you getting towed out of the garage you pay $75 a month to park in and they will not reimburse for there mistake. Building was on lockdown four days ago with US Marshall surrounding it trying to get someone out, can't go downstairs without being approached by bums. I have lived in different apartments downtown for 6 years now and this is the least luxury you will find. I HIGHLY regret renewing my lease during the pandemic.

Arianna H.

Yelp
Throughout my whole move in experience, Victoria has helped me with every thing I have needed. Additionally, she went above and beyond when I was moving furniture today and helped me when she didn't have to. I appreciate her more than she knows and am very interested in living here multiple years if she is going to be around.

Yelp
I forgot to update this post. So I ended up moving to 55 West instead but after I posted this the Property Manager personally called me and apologized about my experience she was very sweet and I genuinely appreciate that.

Yelp
Major break ins on resident vehicles. My car was damaged from someone trying to Jimmy my car open in the garage. Damaged window and paint. Repair cost around $1,000. Thanks for no gate or security Crescent Station. It is good that the leasing office just left us a note on the door about safety. They recommend if you walk outside of the property at night to use a buddy system and do NOT leave the premises alone. Good to know and very frightening. Be safe and God Bless if you are around the Crescent Property. The garbage compost piling up on the yard across is starting to stink and attract a lot of bugs. Broken glass everywhere as well so be careful Unsafe. Items and deliveries stolen off my porch often. Homeless plug their phones into residents outlets while sleeping on your front porch. While leaving heaps of garbage and carnage behind. Find the homeless sleeping in the garage too, where they check car doors for an unlocked car. Landscaping is horrible. The grass never gets mowed and in some spots its as tall as me. A HUGE eye sore when guests come over. That along with all the dog shit people dont pick up. Can't wait to move
google avatar

Juan B.

Yelp
Went to get a quote and look at the units here about a month ago and the lady with the real blond hair who just got engaged (congrats to her) was extremely rude and unprofessional. My realtor met me at the complex and after speaking with the lady from the Leasing office she told me the same thing I was thinking, "how rude was the lady who works there?!". Even if the location and price was great, I would not have moved in here due to the Staff alone. My suggestion, get rid of her, she's turning away business.
google avatar

Carlos A.

Yelp
Despite being parked in "secure" garage in the 6th floor, my vehicle was broken into twice and i have lived here less than a year. My car was severely vandalized to the point where it was rendered a total loss. The apartment complex is very unsafe. The pool area, rooftop barbecue area, and gym equipment is poorly maintained. I will not be renewing my lease here.

Nicole M.

Yelp
Terrible building. Don't waste your time moving into this apartment. The floors and elevators always smell like dog poo. The dog park is EMBARRASSING. The train you hear every 15 minutes. The bums and crackheads will be your favorite neighbors. Drunk people coming from downtown love to pull the fire alarm at 3:30am. The management team has a communication level of a middle schooler. The amenities suck. And be prepared to get a letter from the leasing office letting you know you can't renew. And also be prepared to pay outrageous fees after you move out for the littlest things. Over all this building should be renamed to Central BUMsation

Courtney L.

Yelp
Thank you so much to Nakia today for her assistance!! This new team is creating such a welcoming and safe environment. I can't wait to see what else they do!!

Eddie A.

Yelp
We have lived here for a year now with no missed payments and no complaints. Upon lease renewal time, we were notified that Central Station will not be renewing our lease. Their only reasoning is that they do not have to have a reason to not renew, and basically under THAT stipulation in the contract gave us no answer to why they were not renewing our lease. Background on our 3 apartment tenants: Engineer, Paramedic, Accountant. My theory is, apartment rates in the area have increased and they intend to rent our apartment for much more then they did to us. Absurd, rude and just disrespectful way of handling business.

Adalee M.

Yelp
Managment is so scary and unconcerned that writing an honest yelp review makes me fear eviction.
google avatar

Guy C.

Yelp
Too many extra and mandatory fees. Rude and inconsiderate manager. The various trains wakes you up at all hours of the night. 10 visitor parking spots for the what? 500 residents?
google avatar

Aly B.

Yelp
Rude management, never enough visitor parking, and the worst gym I've ever seen. It's so close the the train tracks that the train wakes you up at all hours of the night. The amenities are not worth the price. The building just does whatever it wants and is very inconsiderate to current residents. Looking forward for my lease to end.

Yelp
Central Station on Orange has been a great place to live. Obviously the location is amazing- just steps away from the Sunrail. There are restaurants, a dry cleaner, and nail salon in the building, and we are close to everything downtown. The apartments are beautiful, and the minor problems we had were addressed quickly by maintenance. We are also enjoying the amenities, including the pool, grills, and fitness center. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking to save time, reduce their commute, and spend more time enjoying their home and life.

Jill S.

Yelp
It is a nice clean and safe home environment that is nestled downtown. The office team has made my move in so easy and have been able to answer all my questions.
google avatar

Jean-Pierre M.

Yelp
I really enjoy living in this apartment complex the place is beautiful and it comes with amazing amenities and a perfect location (You can walk everywhere). My only complain is that you are required to pay for a valet trash service even when you don't used it, besides that I truly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move to the Downtown Orlando area.

Alexis B.

Yelp
This place is horrible actually shitty. They charge way too much for the crappy service you get in return. Yes the place and building look nice but it's all just for show. This place will literally try to charge you for everything, like I spilled juice in the lobby and they charged me $100 just to clean it up, just to have someone do their damn job that they are already paid to do. But they won't charge someone whose nasty ass dog shit and piss in the elevator and the cleanup people don't even clean it up right away, so it just be there smelling up the place. The valet trash is supposed to be picked up at 8pm and the trash still be sitting all down the hallway at 11pm smelling the hallway up full of garbage. They will literally take anyone's word against you before they have the proof that you actually did something wrong. Also the walls are thin even the floors are thin. There is someone who lives above me and all I hear all day is there loud ass footsteps all throughout the apartment. The security here sucks. They are never no where to be found. One time I went into the lobby bathroom and I saw the security guard in the bathroom playing with her damn hair. Another time I saw her getting some food from the 7/11 downstairs while she is supposed to be working. Another time I saw two security guards talking and laughing in the garage, not doing their job clearly. When you go to the front desk at night, you have to wait like 20-30 mins before someone actually shows up. The visitor parking here is a joke. There are not enough spots for everyone's visitors in the building. Also if you do want to pay the extra $100 a month to have a second car park in the garage, they will also have to be on your lease with you, so if your daughter has a car and she's not on the lease with you, good luck trying to get her a parking spot. Also back to the dogs, the downstairs door by the lockers constantly stinks of dog piss and puddles of piss right by the door. Also back with the fines, when you move out they will try to get you on the slightest things like they will try to say your carpet is dirty and there are scratches on the glass stove and they need to replace it so they take money out of your security deposit like wtf, when you moved in there were already scratches on it and also they do a walk through before you move out and they didn't even say that the carpet was dirty. Do yourself a big favor and live somewhere else!!!! It is not worth it for the price you pay!!!
google avatar

Angelique P.

Yelp
I definitely have mixed reviews about this place. The building was opened in September so it's brand new which is a plus! The roof & pool are both open and the staff does a good job at keeping them both clean. I like the gym except for the fact that there was water leaking in from who knows where a few days ago. I think their valet trash fee of $30 a month should be optional especially for the residents who never even use it! They could definitely do a better job at keeping the carpets in the hallways a little cleaner.. Oh and guest parking does not exist, street parking is the only option. Overall I like this place, you're in the heart of downtown Orlando so you're paying for the location. I picked these apartments over 55 West, Sky House, etc.
google avatar

Jeff M.

Yelp
The property is esthetically beautiful, but poorly constructed. The building is of wood construction and being close to the train tracks it's VERY noisy and hard to sleep when it feels like it's driving through your bed. When I asked Management about the noise they said that's what I should expect living downtown. This isn't my first time living downtown and I never heard the train. Management is horrible. I completed the anonymous move-in survey and I made a complaint about the Assistant Manager being rude. He confronted me a few months later in the gym about my negative comment about him. He then stalked me and my neighbor on social media and approached us for sex on several occasions. My lease is ending and they wanted to raise my rent by over $130/month. I asked if they could negotiate, they said no. Then posted my apartment for $100/month LESS than my current monthly rent. The multiple car break-ins, I have woken up to people sleeping in my hallway and most recently a murder. The only thing Management said about the murder was the on-site security is not here to prevent theft, deter theft or report theft. I don't know WHY they are there. In short. There are so options to living downtown - do yourself a favor and move somewhere else. 711 is about to open so the homeless is going to increase even more.

Yelp
Great community and staff. Great events, pool parties, and entertainment in general. Clean hallways and great apartments.

Nida O.

Yelp
These apartments are next to sunrail , for some its convenience but if your are looking to have sound sleep , you aren't gonna get it , on top of it, the way they do business is like some mafia group.. they are basically going to rip you off on everything possible, they have hard time with occupancy , so they will get you by leasing it one time , next year they will kick you out in attempt to raise the rent meanwhile enjoy your stay as they will charge you for anything & everything without notice & if you do happen to ask & dispute .. they do not have to provide you reason ! When you do get kicked out , please don't expect your security deposit back !!! you are not going to get it back(no explanation provided) even got responses from management over the phone like threats to ruin my credit! Imagine being in a situation like this!! Shocked! they do have amenities but if you are willing to go through all this & lose your peace of mind, i would honestly suggest stay away , if this doesn't surprise you enough , read all the comments below.. they aren't treating anyone differently.. the all have the same concerns !! P.S Management is so rude & disrespectful ! You will feel like you are living here for free lol

Meggie H.

Yelp
I'm so surprised this has anything below a 3. I've lived here almost a year and haven't had any problems. The staff are all very chill. I don't hear my neighbors-didn't even know One had a dog until months after moving in-didn't hear my other neighbor moving in at all. It's loud because of the train but that's inevitable. It's very clean! Nice air. Cost of utilities relatively low, I probably pay about $50 a month for electricity and water combined. It has beautiful finishes everywhere. The maintenance is very quick. I luv it.

Yelp
This has to be the greatest place to live in Orlando. My husband and I lived here for a year and couldn't have been happier. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They truly make it feel like a home and not just another apartment. This apartment complex is the very definition of luxury living. The building is constantly being cleaned and looks immaculate at all times. I highly suggest this apartment complex to anyone who wants to live in downtown Orlando.

Yelp
I like it here. It's clean, the staff is nice, and it's brand new. It's close to everything too! The only thing is that I was told I wouldn't hear the train in my apartment and it would be quiet because of the double paned Windows...well I can hear EVERYTHING outside. Regardless, you'll never know if you want to live somewhere until you check it out. Downtowns are noisy, it's part of the package!!

Yelp
Best place to live in downtown Orlando. The building is spotless, the team here is amazing- they make you feel like you are home, thank you Connie, Jaqui, Vania, Ginny, and Joel for your professionalism and making me feel like I am home.

Yelp
Have been living in Central Station for ONE whole year this coming August. I love the convenience of this place it is walking distance to my place of work, the garage is 5 steps from my front door! I get to park on my own floor which is great for groceries (no one likes making multiple trips) I don't use the amenities as much as I would like to, which is a shame cause it's all gorgeous and brand new. The locker concierge is awesome keeps my packages safe for when I get home to pick them up. Not that anything has ever happen before because amazon leaves stuff at my doorstep all the time and they are there when I get home. But you know we all get nervous about that kind of stuff. This is my favorite place I have lived so far in orlando. The staff is awesome very helpful! Love Aaron in the office! It's me and my boyfriend and it's small but it's more than enough for us. Less is more. Easy to clean which is great with my busy schedule. It really makes me sad to read all the bad reviews then when I went to see the people that post them they seem to review everyone badly even McDonalds haha. Central station is awesome!

Yelp
This is the worst place I have ever rented from. Pest control is terrible (definitely don't live here if you have a dog), valet trash is literally garbage (don't ever have friends over after 7 pm or they will think you live in a garbage dump, plus they charge you for it AND charge you penalties whenever they feel like it), security is TERRIBLE (they let strangers in and harass the people that actually live there), paying rent is embarrassing because their automatic withdrawal system never works so you'll get multiple eviction notices on your door, etc., etc. They never answer the phone after you sign a lease, and never call you back even when they've put an eviction notice on your door or there's an emergency. Forget about receiving packages, they come in four different ways and you won't get it for at least a week because they don't understand their system either. Only cleaning and maintenance are friendly. No one I know is resigning their lease and the building has only been open for a year. Run!

Yelp
I love living at Central Station. I work downtown so it's super convenient to walk to work. I feel very safe with the concierge there at night. The only thing I don't like is having to pay for valet trash. There is a trash chute on every floor and I think it should be optional if you want to pay or not. There are easy ways to accommodate for people who want it and those who don't. I wish Central would be more flexible with this.

Yelp
Great amenities and very helpful front office staff! Great location and easy to walk to everything downtown. Love the dog park and pool in particular!

Yelp
I can honestly say I've never been anywhere I enjoyed more. The staff are helpful and always friendly. My dogs love the dog park and it's nice to be somewhere that's so dog friendly.

Yelp
This is the first time I have ever had such issues with an apartment before. The apartment itself was beautiful and within a convenient location, aside from that it was awful. The management is ridiculous and rude , they can careless about the residents who occupy the building , there is no security so beware of your car because half the time the gate is open , and I've even opened my door to see a drugged homeless man sleeping on the floor. The only explanation i got from management was that they do not provide security which is stated in the lease and they said they also didn't have any security cameras in the hallway, thats definitely what you want to hear especially after paying a hefty amount of rent not including all the crazy fees. My final straw came after moving out, I was sent a $300 bill for the stove being scratched, so for future residents make sure you don't use any of the appliances because they'll definitely find a way to charge you. Im so happy to be out of that hell.
