The center has changed their booking policy, saying they can take two weeks to LOOK at your request to book. You cannot go in person and get an answer, you cannot call to get an answer. You cannot pay online, you cannot book online. This means it is extremely difficult for any small business to use the rooms. Furthermore, they require two weeks prior notice for cancelling services. I can understand having a cancellation policy and I can understand refusing rental after many cancellations, but how on earth can you run a business if you can only cancel two weeks in advance? This is supposed to be a community center, paid partially through our taxes, to offer a service to the community. Furthermore they changed details to my rental without telling me (saying I could no longer have access to a mop, without any notice or explanation). Now bookings cannot even happen because they won't clean the rooms after evening rental for their day camp. I am very upset at the service I received and I will be finding a way to make a formal complaint (their director is the one who changed things about my reservation and upheld a rude email I received after months and 1k+ of fees paid). Avoid if you can.
