Wanting to give people the benefit of the doubt and patronize black owned businesses. This is the third time I've been in this establishment twice the price was different in ordering the same items off the menu. Today when I asked for an explanation, I was informed that the prices are different depending on if the owner is in the establishment or away due to him giving discounts Nevertheless, I had ordered french fries. I have a bad shellfish allergy. Hindsight, I normally ask, but I checked the menu over carefully and did not see shrimp on the menu. I reached out to the establishment the server Sylvia informed me that they have not had shrimp on the menu in over a month and a half, and that the oil had been changed. I requested to speak to the owner of the establishment and was informed that he will reach out to me later the server not only had a negative attitude over the phone, but when time to pay, I had given her my credit card and she had given my credit card as well as my receipt to the individual who I was with. As a business owner, the need to be conscientious of service rendered to the public is imperative. There's a multitude of things wrong that have occurred. You do not render anyone's credit card to anyone other than the person who gave you the credit card. When it comes to the attitude of the server, that is her prerogative, she works at a bar understood the influx of individuals that she deals with however the unprofessionalism the abrupt irritation in her voice is unacceptable. I caution anyone who chooses to patronize this establishment.
