Centrebreak Beach Stay

😭Extremely disappointing service I booked on 20/8/2025 Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. The front desk staff refused to communicate with me when I asked for help regarding my booking, and the management showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, which left me feeling frustrated and terrified. I also tried to contact the hotel again but was ignored. For a service provider in the hospitality industry, this behavior is unacceptable. Guests deserve basic respect and proper communication. I do not recommend this hotel, and I hope the management takes serious action to improve their customer service and know how to respect people.

We didnt stay here but ate in the cafe. There seemed to be one man cooking, cleaning, serving and running the whole place. Food was good although they had run out of many things on the menu. Its a strange place, feels unfinished somehow but excellent location, super friendly and accomodating man running it when we were there.

We didn't stay here,we did eat at the restaurant. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Service was outstanding, friendly, the food was really really good. I had fish & chips. The batter was thin & crispy,very flavoursome, fresh sad & chips, chips were really nice as well.

A great comfortable place stay.They have about 15rooms not all with full ensuite so check when you book.|Comfortable bed very quite location accross from Dynamite bay.|Restaurant in same building came in handy as limited to no places open all week.|Owner very helpful.

About 100 metres from the beach. The hotel has new owners and it does need some attention. The rooms are huge and comfortable. They are really clean but a little run down. The service is ultra friendly but a little chaotic.

Location doesn’t get better than this! Staff is very welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It felt a little piece of paradise, would love to come back again one day

Great location, lovely staff, clean and bright rooms with wifi, and super delicious food! Glad we didn’t listen to the older reviews, the soups were amazing, crayfish roll fresh, and yummy curry. Definitely recommend a stay here, would totally do again when on the route from Kalbarri.

Glad we didn't read the reviews before going because we LOVED the crayfish rolls. Packed with locally caught crayfish - not your supermarket foreign frozen cheap rubbish - with tangy dressing and a large salad. We arrived just after lunch service had finished but they did them for us. Most impressed. Lovely staff and a great deck to sit on. Will definitely make this a regular on this route.
