Loved this place! They offer a free tour and explain so much history, I would definitely go back. As I walked through, listening to the stories, I could almost envision what it was like living during those times. It’s a really nice and relaxing place. I recommend wearing good shoes (not required, but helpful) and bringing water. Most of the tour is outside, but the indoor museum has some air conditioning. It’s also dog-friendly, so make sure to bring water for your pets as well.

Incredible opportunity to learn more about the Taino people. Very knowledgeable staff. Would recommend a review of the science and scholarship in the main exhibit because apparently some information was not up to date. Grateful for good guides!!

The drive up to the site was breathtaking! Loved seeing the museum and learning a bit about the history before going to see the ball courts and hieroglyphics. I also met An archeologist who explained that the tribe would travel by the stars at night in their canoes from the coast— even under ground in some places. So I explored that site next at Reserva Natural Cueva del Indio the next day (see the beach pics!)

Pretty cool museum for a nice little stop coming off the highway. Free parking and free entry. ( need at least an hour)

Very interesting exhibitation. Had a lot of artifacts from the different cultures and tribes. The stones were really interesting and had many different formations and petroglyphs. I enjoyed it.

Free admission: This is one of my favorite hometown places to visit, and it is good for families

Picture can't really render justice to truly appreciate the indigenous culture ritual ruins. I will definitely revisit this area . No chance to visit
