There are a lot of stores and a grocery store inside. It also have many restaurants around and a bowling alley with a games arcade.

Tres Aguas is an excellent shopping center located in Alcorcon Madrid, Spain. The mall is spacious and well-designed, with a good-sized parking lot that is clean and well-maintained. Inside, the center is very clean and bright, with a wide variety of stores and restaurants to explore. The selection of shops is impressive, catering to all tastes and budgets. The restaurants on site offer a range of cuisines, including excellent Italian options. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked, and there are plenty of comfortable spaces to sit and rest throughout the mall. Tres Aguas is an outstanding destination for a family outing, with a movie theater and activities to keep both kids and adults entertained

Very big mall with many things to do such as but all types of clothing and things from your home or if you don't need any clothing or things like that you could just meet there with your friends and/or eat something in a great variety of restaurants from VIPS and Gino's to Burger King, TGB and if you're not hungry either you can go to watch a movie. I go here 3-4 times a month and it's very good place to just be the whole afternoon.

A fun mall with lots of things to do! We have many malls in our area and this one stands out!

Very old fashion mall with horrible parking. The variety of stores is short and the cleaness of the mall is poor.

Shopping? A bit crowded but it's okay. As for the food court. It's outdoors so get ready to freeze unless it's sunny. Too many people infesting the place like rats of the plague. They will fill up every spot, form endless queues everywhere. They won't care if they're served rotten food or if the drinks machine is broken. The will systematically lock the place down regardless. Don't even try.

Very nice and big. Many restaurants and fast food places. Also has a cinema and many stores.

It's a mall but it truly is an entertainment centre. You can go to the movies, eat a burger or grab a beer with some tapas at the food court while your kids play in the indoor playground. It's very suburban, which makes it great for families that want find something fun to do for every member of the family. I didn't like the fact that people talk very loud and you end up having to scream to be able to communicate. Too many loud youngsters.
