The woman that came to meet us was quite nice and the room was relatively spacious. However, she didn't reply when we emailed her about the conditioner in our room not working. Because it didn't work, we had to open the windows to stay cool and it was quite loud outside until well past midnight. The mini fridge in the room also didn't work.
Rooms are a bit dated, there didn't appear to be any staff located at the place and they don't provide toiletries, water or anything in the rooms except a couple soap dispensers in the bathroom. Overall, felt a bit like a hostel but with a hotel price point.
The building is shared with a couple apartments on lower levels and the lock on our room door was an old style key that didn't feel too secure. The residents of the lower level apartments also smoke quite heavily, so be prepared to wade through cigarette smoke halfway through climbing up 3 or 4 flights of stairs to your room.
Last but certainly not least, they told us we should park at a parking lot down the hill and take the free shuttle to and from Enna alta because of the narrow streets. That worked great when we arrived Saturday, but unfortunately the shuttle doesn't run on Sundays, which they failed to tell us. After waiting at the bus stop long enough to realize it would never come, I had to leave my wife in the square with our two year old and our luggage while I hiked down the hill to get the car. The streets were not that narrow.
