This restaurant is absolutely amazing!!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone and go here again! We were sat very quickly and after we ordered, the food was very quick to arrive. The pizza took longest to make but then again they make it fresh. I would recommend the Margherita pizza, it looks a little plain but oh my goodness it is freaking delicious!!!!!!! Our waiter was super patient and helpful! The cannolis are a must have! Far by one of the best ones I have ever tried. We ordered two pizzas, the Margherita and the special, their meatballs, the rustic bread, and the cannolis. Everything there was delicious! My least favorite of what we ordered was the pizza special, it was good but not the best. The toilets were very spacious but slightly dirty, the atmosphere there is AMAZING. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and come again!

Google
Incredible place. The meatballs are a must have. Seriously the best pasta sauce I’ve ever tasted! The sodas are really yummy - the root beer pairs very well with the pizza! Loved the wood fire grilled pizza crust!

Absolutely loved our experience at Centro Woodfired Pizzeria in Cedar City! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and seated us right away. We chose to sit on the patio since it’s dog-friendly, and they even brought out a water bowl for our pup—such a thoughtful touch! Our server, Treyson was so awesome!! We wanted to try a bit of everything, and every dish exceeded our expectations. For appetizers, we had the Burrata Fresca and Nonna Meatballs—the meatballs were my absolute favorite! The highlight of the meal was the Dolce Diavola Pizza, with its perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors, cooked to perfection in their wood-fired oven. To finish, we indulged in the Classic Cannoli, which was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. If you're in Cedar City, Centro Woodfired Pizzeria is a must-visit! The combination of fantastic food, warm hospitality, and a dog-friendly atmosphere makes it a standout spot. We can't wait to come back! ❤️

Google
Amazing restaurant! Make sure you make reservations. The pizza is amazing, but you have to try the meatballs. The meatballs are to die for. Great atmosphere and great service. We loved everything we ate. Definitely will be back on our next visit to Cedar City.

Google
Splendid pizza place in Cedar City. To be honest, I did not expect to find a pizza place offering Italian style pizza in the middle of Utah. When stumbling upon Centro, I was positively surprised. The pizza here is really high quality. I love that they stick to the simplicity of what a real pizza should be, not overloading it with unnecessary ingredients but rather focusing on overall taste. The dough is also on point and tastes so good with the EVOO they’re using. I also love that they have gluten free and vegan options. Service was attentive and welcoming!

Google
This is some of the best pizza in America! I try to eat here every time I drive through Cedar City! We got the rustic bread and Nonna's meatballs (not pictured because we ate them too fast lol) and the Pancetta and Red Grape Pizza with the pistachio balsamic add ons. Everything was delicious and perfect. The only negative was we didn't have room for their wonderful desserts. Josh was our server and he did an excellent job, they are lucky to have him! We will def be back, keep up he great work!

Google
We LOVED the food and service at Centro! I would highly recommend getting a reservation. We went on a Friday night around 5:30, and it was packed. We didn’t have to wait long since we had called ahead and gotten our name on the list, but we saw many people get turned away because the wait was so long or they didn’t have any tables available. Our server, Mandy, was awesome - so friendly, had great recommendations, and was very personable. We ordered the apricot salad and meatballs as a starter and shared that among three people. I didn’t get pics of those because we ate them so fast! We each ordered our own pizzas. Pollo Rustico, Fennel Sausage (I added mushrooms), and the Pancetta and Grape. Food was delicious. We loved the fire-cooked pizza and the crust. Toppings were delicious and fresh.

Google
We selected this restaurant for our last dinner on our road trip through Utah. We found it listed on the list of restaurants provided to o's by our hotel. It was easy to book a table on line and the table was available when we arrived. Staff were very pleasant and attentive, almost too attentive, offering our bill before we were done eating, take out boxes, etc. I ordered a basic pizza and added a vegetable, my friend ordered the special pozza which was asparagus and white sauce. They are 12" so very large of one person, as the menu states, but we wanted some leftovers for the next day. I found mine ok, a bit bland but ok. Prices were decent. Atmosphere was nice. Thanks.

Yelp
Great pizza and service. Nice ambiance for nice relaxing dinner. It worth the 1 hour drive from St. George. Wish they would open one in St. George!!

Yelp
Food is soooooooo GOOD!!! Please come to slc!!! I love you!! I need your pizza close to me. You're four hours away. It feels like a long distance relationship. Every pizza you have is a 10/10. There's no where else like it. Pleaseeeee add a location in Salt Lake. It would be so amazing and super cool if you did! Goodbye, I love you.

Yelp
A Slice of Heaven in Utah - Worth Every Detour! I don't live anywhere near this place, but every time I pass through, it's a mandatory stop. Why? Because this isn't just a pizza joint--it's a full-blown culinary experience. The pizza? Phenomenal. The thick-cut Calabrese on their Dolce Diavola is next-level, bringing the perfect balance of heat and flavor. And the cannolis? Let's just say I've never had one better--crispy, creamy, and absolutely divine. Yes, they're busy, but for good reason. The service is friendly, the food is unforgettable, and I honestly wish places like this existed nationwide. Until then, I'll keep making the trip. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Was in town with a friend and we stopped by for dinner after hearing great things from people. The restaurant was cute and very busy, but they were able to seat us right away. Our server was nice, but I think she forgot about us for a bit. I ordered a soda and it didn't arrive until after we received our pizza. A handful of people who came in and ordered after us also got their food before us. The server apologized when she remembered us and did remove the soda from the bill. She was really nice, I think she just had a lot of tables. The food was really good. Salad had the perfect amount of dressing and the lettuce was super crisp. I loved that we could do a half and half pizza. The artichoke rosso was great, lots of good flavor, but we loved the dolce diavolo. It was perfectly spicy and sweet and creamy. We also got the Nutella piegato, which wasn't my favorite, but my friend loved it. Will definitely come back next time we're in town!

Marcy Y.

Yelp
Custom woodfire pizza in a cozy atmosphere. We shared meatballs to start us off - sooo tasty. Then we each tried different pizza options they offered. Extra points for having well portioned toppings - bang for you buck. One thing I hate is paying for toppings that are barely there - this place did not disappoint me like so many others have! The wine bottle we ordered as was from the cute winery directly across the street ( small business supporting small business woo!) The server gave us such great options when we arrive. Another round of extra brownie points to being able to take the unfinished wine bottle home here.

Lisa M.

Yelp
Nice place! We showed up without a reservation but they just had a spot for us. We enjoyed a Caesar salad and loved our pizza as well. We'll stop by when coming thru town again.

Yelp
What do you crave after a grueling nine mile hike in the gorgeous state of Utah? Why a delicious pizza pie of course. After my man and I conquered Ashdown Gorge for the day, we stopped in here to chow down. What I really appreciated was when we walked in the hostess told us she was so happy we came in. I have never felt more welcome in a dining establishment. The space is modern and offers dining both inside and outside. We ate inside this time. The restaurant is very clean too. We kept it simple and ordered a caesar salad, pepperoni pizza and we shared a Kilted Harley Scottish Ale. Pizza was so hot when it came out, crust was nice and light and lots of melted cheese along with some fresh pepperonis. Our server was friendly and helpful. Anytime we are in Cedar City, we will definitely visit here again to enjoy there tasty pies!

Yelp
We were on a road trip celebrating our anniversary and I wanted to do some stops along the way. Cedar City is about 3 Hrs where we started so it was a good place to have dinner. After doing research on what to do along the road to salt lake, this place pops up as a must visit. And happy we did! The hostess was so friendly and so was our server. We shared an arugula salad and half and half pizza. I could have ate a whole pizza to myself, probably (I did order another pizza to go though). And I loved that for our anniversary we got a delicious dessert. Amazing!

Paula C.

Yelp
Chef's kiss! We are from out of state traveling and decided to give Centro a try after a day of hiking. We absolutely loved this place! We walked in and were greeted by the hostess. She grabbed a bottle of water for us which was in the cooler behind her. We had the option of dining inside or outside. We chose to be seated inside. Our amazing waiter, Cam, took care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in a friendly and efficient way. We started by sharing an apricot salad. It was so good I could have just eaten that as my meal. We had hiked Kanarra Falls that day so we both got our own pizza. It came out shortly after we finished our salad - perfect timing. We didn't feel rushed, and we were able to enjoy everything. Highly recommend it and will return when visiting.

Alyssa H.

Yelp
If there is good pizza....I will find it. We came here two nights in a row (it is what it is) and that being said, in the two nights we went everything was great!! The food, the service, the vibe. It was great. Anything you get here will be great!

Dallas A.

Yelp
Centro Woodfired Pizzeria delivers a 5-star experience from ordering through the last bite. The staff is pleasant, the restaurant is clean and homey, and the food is terrific. Be it basic, the rustic bread is top notch and is the perfect way to start the meal. Salads are fresh and are great to share between a group of 3-4 people if you're trying to save room for pizza. And the diavola pizza is *chef's kiss* -- the perfect amount of spice balanced with creamy ricotta on a fire-toasted crust. And the Nutella dessert looked phenomenal (the table next to us got it), but our stomachs were too full from the food listed above, plus meatballs. I think Centro will become a regular stop for me anytime I'm driving through Southern Utah, it was that good! 10/10 would recommend!

Alyssa S.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I visited Cedar city and found this place on yelp. We only waited about five minutes to be seated and it was really busy. We ordered two pizzas and dessert. I ordered the artichoke pizza with extra chicken, and my boyfriend ordered the pepperoni pizza. We both loved our pizzas and finished them. For dessert we got chocolate and pistachio cannolis, which were super sweet, but very yummy. The place itself is very lively, and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cedar city!

Elsie W.

Yelp
A 5/5 for a pizza place is saying something. First off, our server Lindsey, was excellent and made the experience even better. We ordered the arugula salad and though simple, was absolutely delicious. The dressing was the star. We ordered a side of the lemon basil vinaigrette because it was that good and even better on our pizzas! We got the pollo Bianco, and fennel sausage pizzas. The crust was thin, not floppy, perfectly crisp. The red sauce was a pure tomato sauce all the flavors melded together perfectly. Can't wait to come back down here again!! And a plus was the music!! Solid classic hits

Deanne R.

Yelp
And we are back....... On vacation and This place is still our fav spot for pizza . Today we were accompanied by our extended family. Don't forget to make reservations here on Yelp. This place is more popular now and it gets busy. Chris took care of us tonight great service and the food was yummy!! See ya next time

Casey S.

Yelp
Stopped here on my way back to Vegas from Brian Head. Pizza was excellent. Would highly recommend. Cooked perfectly. Our server Cam was on top of everything including drink refills. Small but nice seating area. We will be back on our next trip through.

Dawn K.

Yelp
Long time fan of Centro, I've been coming for years, at least when driving through Cedar City. Excellent pizza, the dough, the chewy texture, the firewood grill, it's so good. Space is clean and beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly. Today we got the Gorgonzola salad add chicken, this salad has SO much flavor and it's crisp and it's amazing, get it! Pizzas- Dolce Diavola - my favorite with that hot honey! Calabrese and sausage- so yummy, their house made sausage is perfection, we just wanted more of it. Pollo Bianco - this was good, but the toppings were sparse, need a little more of everything. Overall, I can not recommend this restaurant enough! Love it!

Keary M.

Yelp
Can I give this place... a million stars? Listen. We cook. Food matters to us. A LOT. Every meal counts. We make pizza at home ALL the time. Even deep dish. This pizza... was the best pizza we have ever had. We talk about it so much, almost every day. I'm not joking. The service was fantastic as well. Get. The Dolce. Diavola. Pizza. And I hate ricotta. Best pizza I've ever had. We may live 10 hours away, but we will return.

Elijah D.

Yelp
What a lovely intro to Cedar City's food scene! This place was thankfully open and lively on a Saturday night, when a fair number of the other indie operations were sleepy or closed for the evening. We started with Nonna's Meatballs - rich and saucy. The garlic crostinis were a sensible, typical addition but that house made sauce ended up being perfect for dipping our pizza crusts into as final bites. Onward to the mains: the Fennel Sausage and Dolce Diavola pizzas - both cooked to include those ohso lovely leopard spots on the crusts. The sausage pizza ate like a solid, obligatory option - as far as classic pies go. I personally like to try at least one traditional item as a good base for the eatery's elevation of other dishes. And in its scope, that ended up being the Diavola. A ton of Neapolitan places have a spicy option, and this one was such a good foil to the Fennel Sausage. Never gonna be mad about featured meat on my pizza, but gimme more of those hot cherry peppers. And honey drizzles are quite popular with pizza places now, for no good reason. But with that whipped ricotta, Centro managed to make both elements more palatable, especially as a means of tempering the spiciness from the calabrese and the peppers. Do like we did, if you're able to, and break open your Cedar City culinary tourism with this happy gem.

Brent F.

Yelp
Stopped by this place while driving through Utah. Tried a margarita pizza and added sausage, and this was a great pizza and the standout was probably the sausage as it was really good. Pizza crust has good flavor and had the right amount of char, they ask how you want it done and I went with there normal cook and was happy. I also tried the meatballs and these were huge and delicious. Good tasting sauce, very flavorful meatballs that didn't feel too heavy despite how big they were, very good. Tried the cannoli for desserts, and generally I prefer cannolis that only use ricotta as opposed to adding mascarpone cheese but these were great and I think they balanced it out well. Staff were really friendly as well. This is a very popular place so expect to be busy. Street parking was easy in the area. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

James M.

Yelp
A favorite spot in Cedar City for a great meal. Hand made, wood fired pizza, salads and drinks. Great service, dining outside when traveling with your 4 legged family member.

Rachel H.

Yelp
Yum! Stopped here while visiting Cedar City and they did not disappoint! As soon as I entered, the smell instantly had my tastebuds salivating due to it smelling so good!! Our group go a salad, their famous meatballs for an appetizer, 2 pizzas (1 gluten free) and the Classic Cannoli (which is 3!). Everything was delicious!! The salad was crisp, fresh and delicious. Nonna's Meatballs were amazing! Literally would have ordered some to go if we weren't going to be out on the road for the rest of the day and didn't have anything to keep them from just sitting in the sun that whole time. We got the Margherita Pizza on gluten free crust and it was so good!!! I didn't try the other pizza but it was regular crust and the other half of the group really enjoyed it. Half of us ordered the Classic Cannoli to split, thinking it was 1 but it actually ended up being 3 smaller ones. Rich but delicious!!! The service was top tier all around. I will absolutely recommend to anyone I know visiting Cedar City and will visit myself next time I'm in the area!

Liz O.

Yelp
Best pizza in Utah with a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff! Highly recommen!!

Lindsey M.

Yelp
Stopped in on my way to St. George to meet family. Though I was dining alone- they never made me feel like I was any less important! I had the pollo Bianco and added grapes at my servers (Joshua) suggestion. It was TO DIE FOR. It was unique in flavor, but not too out there. Joshua also had a party of 17 that was sat right before me and he never made me feel ignored or rushed. A+ service all around

Janet H.

Yelp
The pancetta and grapes pizza was divine! It sounds like an unpairing but it had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. I also got a try a new beer :)

Shailey S.

Yelp
The food... AMAZING! Every pizza we tried was so good. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the artichoke Russo, the flavor was not overwhelmingly strong and the pieces of artichoke were not too big. It was cooked well and had a balanced taste. The diavola was a toss up for me, I DO NOT eat spicy foods and I still enjoyed it. I picked off the peppers, but the flavors were all still baked in. The honey on top was a great addition. The cheese pizza is always a classic! The piegato was great to share! It's basically the pizza crust, folded over with Nutella inside and a LOT of whip cream :) The waitress (service) was phenomenal, so helpful and came over several times. They also accommodated a booth for us, since we went with kids. It's a really nice atmosphere as well, small spaces and aisles to walk through. Once you are seated, it's nice and cozy.

Kelly K.

Yelp
My dog and I had such a great visit at Centro while staying in Cedar City for a night. Street parking right out front in a chill "downtown" area. We got a table outside and got a water bowl for my dog without even asking. Some of the best prompt and friendly service I've had in a while from the host and waiter. I got the summer salad which was delicious and a tasty combo of fresh ingredients. I also wanted some carbs and didn't see bread on the menu but they will bring table bread and oil upon request. Prices are pretty average and I was totally stuffed upon my departure. I can't speak to the pizza, but if you are in the area and want a filling meal with good ingredients, not too expensive, with stellar service, I think this is the place to be.

Joan A.

Yelp
Glass for dessert? Yum... I came here for a celebratory meal. We ordered our food and it was all sub par- which is disappointing as we used to come here all the time and loved it all. We get to dessert, my order comes and I start enjoying it---I bit down and crunched on something hard(which I thought was an almond) but then started to taste blood. Spit it out to find that it was a huge SLIVER OF GLASS. Sliced open my tongue and cut my gums. I am now bleeding from the mouth in the middle of the restaurant. Ruined my whole night. We told the waitress- and our meal was comped but that is not enough for me to ever go back- to think if I were to have swallowed that glass. So unprofessional.

Ovo C.

Yelp
Giving this a 4 star came across this place coming back from colorado, super cute pizza place, Joshua I think his name was, was super sweet, good service, and the red grape pizza was delicious, and the meatballs and balsamic bread, overall really good

Careey H.

Yelp
Our hotel recommend this place along with great reviews found online. We had just got into town and ready to sit down and enjoy a good meal. However we were not able given the opportunity to sit down and enjoy a meal. When we arrived we checked in with the two hostess at the front. The restaurant was at 40% capacity with many seating options available. There were no lines or people waiting so we assumed we would be seated promptly. We were instead given a 30 min wait time. I shared that we would be happy to sit indoors as I had noted a few reserved signs on their outdoor tables. The hostess shared they would not be seating anyone for another 30 mins as to not overwhelm their servers. I was surprised as the restaurant was not full or near capacity. Why would so many seating options be available if not to seat customers? We took our business down the street and enjoyed another meal. If we would have been seated we would have liked ordered a few drinks, appetizers, salads, and meal and a dessert for three people. We had no intention to overwhelm the servers and it would have been a nice slow enjoyable meal. I am bummed we missed the opportunity to try this place out. Things I can confirm is that the place had good parking, seating indoor outdoor, cute decor.

Maddie K.

Yelp
Yes you want to eat here. Our group ate here twice within a week of staying in the area to visit the parks. We had both vegetarian, gluten free, meat eaters, and a baby in our group and this ticked all the boxes. There was something for everyone and while they didn't offer a kids menu they do make a nice plate of cheese and appropriately cut grapes for the little ones that serves just the right amount to tide them over for the main course. Service is wonderful and accommodating with great local beer and wine recs. This place is cozy but airy in the warmer months; plus is smells amazing?!

Audry P.

Yelp
I was looking for a dog friendly restaurant for lunch in Cedar City. I happened upon this place as I was driving through town. The hostess was super nice and seated me, and my pup Roxy at a table quite quickly. This place was BUSY when I walked up, and after having my pizza (I rarely eat pizza because most places suck at making good pizza), I can completely understand why it was so busy. Did I mention it's dog friendly?!? As soon as I was seated, my server brought water and a bowl for Roxy. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating, so no matter what you're in the mood for, or if it's too cold out, you always have options. And seating accommodations can handle large parties as well. This place has a lovely wine selection, as well as craft beers. The menu is a lovely variety of pizza pies, salads, and a couple starters. I ordered the White Pizza (LOADED with cheese and garlic) it was fantastic! Thin, crispy crust, gooey and flavor packed variety of cheeses topped it off. Total of 6 slices, and the cost is only around $18 Swing by with some friends, and check out the delicious authentic pies (pizza pies!) Customer service: excellent Cleanliness: very clean Ambiance: casual Menu: Italian pizza!!!

Shruti J.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised at how our experience was here at Centro! We ordered the Pollo Rustico with pistachios and it was mind blowing! This place has pet friendly outdoor seating and is located on Main Street. Service was quick and pizza was amazing! Highly recommend this place if you're in Cedar City!

Ayanna W.

Yelp
Great service and amazing food. The fennel sausage pizza was so filling and I came hungry but didn't eat it all. I loved sitting on the patio and reading a book with all the other patrons (and many families) enjoying the nice weather. Servers were great and food came out quickly. The mango sorbet stole the show! Absolutely perfect and a HUGE scoop!

Ryan H.

Yelp
Delicious food and great service. I ask for my pizzas blonde and they did it right. So good! The ambiance is casual and location is nice. The salads are equally as delicious as the pizza. If they have the meatballs, they sell out quickly, get those as well. We have not had a bad meal and try to go as often as time and money allow for. I travel all over the world for work and knowing I can get authentic Italian pizza at home is something I never take for granted. I've compared this pizza to others in London, Amsterdam, Rome, and many other places. This pizza holds up! Be sure to make reservations during the busier times. The patio is very pleasant in the Spring , Summer, and Fall as well.

Michelle J.

Yelp
EVERYTIME I've lunched at Centro the food has been a home run. The pizza is delicious and they have unexpected types of pizza and salad. Never, ever disappointed!

Rachel R.

Yelp
Great pizzas, salad and a consistent stop when traveling from So Cal to SLC or Montana. We had great service, the pizza wasn't up to their standard and they made us another one, that's how much they care about their product and service. Just go!

Scott G.

Yelp
Nice, popular place with good pizza and a friendly staff. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area again.

Amy T.

Yelp
Great food! The pizzas, salads and meatballs are delicious. We love the ambiance and always have fantastic service. Beer, wine and soda on the menu as well.

Alisa A.

Yelp
We drove up from St. George after hearing from several friends, how good this pizza is. It didn't disappoint. Our server was friendly and prompt and made sure everything was taken care of. I can't even tell you how much I appreciate this coming from a town that rarely has servers. It was unexpected and such a nice surprise for a pizza place. We each ordered a pizza, and since it was our first time here, each ordered a 1/2 & 1/2 so we could have nearly everything. I ordered the Pollo Bianca and Margherita. My husband ordered the Fennel sausage & Dolce Diavola. My favorites were 1. Pollo Bianca 2. Margherita 3. Sausage (I can't do spicy. So I didn't try the Diavola). His were; 1. Diavola 2. Bianca 3. Sausage 4. Margherita (He's a big meat eater). All were excellent. We will come back. If we have out of town guests, we'll go to Zion or Bryce and bring them too.

Christina D.

Yelp
Oh wow! What a surprise! Can't believe we could find an authentic pizza place in Cedar City. You will see Nice and detailed decorations as soon as you walk inside. Nothing to complain about the service. Pizzas are super delicious, also the meatballs and salads. Kid's favorite place in Cedar city.

Kaylynn Y.

Yelp
A friend HIGHLY recommended Centro so I was STOKED to try it!! Dishes here are large and meant to share - but this time I wanted my own pizza. My daughter ordered the White pie and I ordered the Diabla - both had the whipped ricotta which I 10/10 recommend. My friend also ordered a White pie (with a GF crust) and an arugula salad. She put her fresh salad on top of her pizza and it looked divine!! GENIUS idea! We didn't save any room for dessert but I've heard the Nutella is lovely (if you like Nutella!). I'll definitely go back and try the cake! *Tip: request your pie "blonde" if you don't want it too charred*

Tonitini C.

Yelp
For this quaint town close to the University, this Pizzeria anchors the street where it is situated where you can easily access great pizza. I love the small/airy vibe dining area where the pizza is made fresh. Their bread/dough was truly heartwarming. I love the flavors, and we tasted a few beers and brews that were local to Cedar City. My boyfriend and I ordered bread for apps and the Centro Pizza special, perfectly size for two. Definitely a staple to the downtown area, no food coma--amazing fresh ingredients. Service from Ms Melanie ( I think was her name), was amazing as she gave great suggestions and insight about the beer.

Sarah R.

Yelp
Knowing that we choose gluten-free, a friend had been telling us to come here and try the pizza for quite some time so we finally made the trip. Unfortunately for us, it didn't live up to the hype. First off the price was a little disconcerting considering the gluten-free crust was a $5 up-charge, over double what most places charge. The pizza arrived quickly which was great and the sauce tasted wonderfully bright and fresh but the crust was way too fluffy and chewy for our tastes. Also parts of it were so charred that it tasted like we were eating straight-up charcoal. Luckily for us there are several other places that offer better and cheaper gluten-free pizza so we'll stick with what we know next time. Oh well. At least now we can say we tried it.

Jerry G.

Yelp
An absolute MUST bucket list place for amazing food if you're anywhere near Cedar City Utah! ! Had the Meatballs with Marinara was terrific (freshest marina I've ever had), wood fired Brooklyn Cheese pizza was fantastic, and if you leave without trying their cannolis, you're punishing yourself!! Mandy was our server and she was so gracious, fun, and was awesome! Vincent is our new tour guide with great info for our travels! Thank you all for a memorable visit! 1000 stars!!

Shawn G.

Yelp
The ways I love this place...the pizza crust is divine, I LIVE for the arugula salad, and no one will ever love the meatballs the way I do. This is such a great spot.

Jim S.

Yelp
If you are in Cedar City, UT you must give this place a try. It has indoor and outdoor seating, and is a friendly place to eat. In 4 nights in town, we came back 3 times. Multiple IPA choices was a great start. First night we had the rustic bread & oil with the Dolce Diavola pizza. Plenty of food for 2, and it was fantastic. Second night we went with a bottle of wine and the large Nonna's salad (and of course the rustic bread). Everything was wonderful and we left full again. On our last night in town, we ended up with a small Nonna's salad (I would always order the large for the difference in size and price). This salad is huge and loaded with everything. Shoutout to our servers Liv and Christopher for the amazing friendly service. I'm sad to be leaving Cedar City because of Centro.

Kym T.

Yelp
We only got to have one meal in Cedar City and I'm so glad it was at Centro Woodfired Pizzeria. We've eaten at a lot of places famous for pizza (NYC, Chicago, the North End of Boston, etc.) and the pizza we ate at Centro was as good as any we've ever eaten. We had the Brooklyn Cheese + pepperoni and an order of Nonna's Meatballs. Both items were hot, delicious and delivered promptly, which was welcomed since we hadn't eaten all day. The cheese to sauce to pepperoni ratio was on point, and we loved the charr and chew on the the crust. Cam provided excellent service & we liked laid back vibe. I'd happily come back to Cedar City for the sheer pleasure of eating at Centro Woodfire Pizzeria. HIGHLY recommended for lunch or dinner.

Yelp
I love this place...whenever I pass through Cedar City, I make it a point to stop there. They have the best Margherita pizza, bar none. Dough is the right amount of chew and crisp. Cheese is just right. When the pizza arrived on my last visit on 8/4, the manager said we could nibble on it but he was re-firing the pizza as it was overcooked. We had not said anything, but he took it upon himself to make it right. The second pizza was perfection. I'll be back...

Yelp
High quality pizzeria! We came here on our way to St.George! The perfect pit stop. We started out with Nonna's meatballs at the recommendation of other Yelpers, and we loved them. My 1 year old devoured them! A great appetizer. They let you do half-and-half pizzas, so my husband and I each did that. I got the Bianca and the Diavolo. The Diavolo was too spicy for us, but I loved the whipped ricotta and honey on top. I would definitely order the Bianca again. My husband got the Calabrese & Sausage and the Rustico. His favorite of the two was definitely the Calabrese & Sausage. Our only complaint was that our crust was a little over done. Yummy food, great service. We will definitely come back here on our way to/from St. George!
