Place is not so busy (off season) yet they say they are full and we cannot enter. Showed 0 concern or care even though we are with two small children. Kindly redirected us 50 meters outside to an information center, in the pouring rain.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Excellent English headphone translation system guide. Thanks to it ,we’d visited the Tatra caves, We saw the whole picture of the outstanding niche of the Tatra mountains, and the unforgettable irresponsibility of some people. And yaaa, it contains lovely fun educational games for kids and adults. Friendly centrum guides.

This is an unique place where a pair of deers can live in a town. There is a mountain river, a bridge and a forest. Be aware that the deers are not very friendly to children. Also you can see animals sculptures representing local mountains wild inhabitants.

Great place for everyone. It allows you to learn more about our beautiful Tatra Mountains as well as how to behave. It is very modern and well equipped. Interactive boards, educational games for children at every stage, even games that use Microsoft Kinect. You can spend here several hours if you take your kids to Discovery Room. Before you go, book tickets for specific hours just to ensure you will not wait for too long. There is no free parking lot, but 2-3 minutes of walk you will find a spot easily.

Great experience. Modern, cozy and with an interesting exhibition. Very friendly staff. Free of charge, tho needs you to book your visit online in advance.

Lovely museum where both adults and kids can learn about Tatra Mountains, their beauty, flora and fauna and understand how important is to protect the heritage of mother nature. In the museum most activities can be found indoors, however you can also take a walk in the park. We recommend reserving the tickets in advance (the entry is free but the capacity of the museum is limited). Thank you for the opportunity to visit such an amazing place.

Beautiful place, everything is in English. You can choose between headphones and English speaker. Very good place to visit. Must see. Must visit when you're in Zakopane!!!
