I visited the American Express Centurion Lounge in Terminal D. You take an elevator to the second floor to reach the entrance, and the check-in area felt welcoming. The staff at the desk were friendly and got me checked in quickly. Inside, the lounge is long and somewhat narrow. I noticed a conference room and a set of showers. I didn’t need to wait for a shower when I arrived, but I was told to schedule it when checking in. There’s also a large bar; I didn’t order anything, but the bartender seemed to be working efficiently. I was there during breakfast and the food was solid, with pastries, eggs, meats, and fresh fruit. I also saw several coffee machines that could make different drinks. The lounge is pretty spread out, which I liked, though I can see how some people might not enjoy walking from one area to another. Overall, this visit was comfortable and the space met what I needed during my layover. I need to add that that parents need to do a better job of controlling their children in the lounge. This is not a child’s playground. The amount of yelling, screaming, and crying from the little kids is not what one envisions when coming into the lounge to relax.

My summation for this lounge. THE FOOD IS GROSS. Am I in India or the Middle East? The food was mainly vegan. A bunch of limp vegetables, burnt chocolate chip cookies and the only protein was some exotic ‘chicken thighs’. This is my first and last time coming here. The lounge is a poor man’s Admirals Club. I’m tempted to ditch my Platinum Card and use the money I save for an admirals club membership. Beyond disappointed

Every time I come into this century Lounge at DFW it is a different experience. Most days its too crowded to get in and other day these people cannot control their kids..When it is not as crowded, the service is worse. This time it was about six p m on a saturday and walking in was easy but it was barely enough seats. But several people were able to get in no problem without being turned away. Today plenty of cookies food and liquids in the area, but trying to get a cup for the coffee or a glass was almost like pulling teeth. I had to eat on the little nightstand next to my seat because the two tables next to me full of dishes for about twenty minutes. And trying to flag someone down to get them clean was near impossible. The staff seems overwhelmed with all the people who pile in here, but the front desk to check in people is fully staffed all the time for no particular reason. I get it everybody has their role and plays their part. But when things are looking horrible, other staff should step up and help those we're trying to catch up and keep up with a great experience for the customer. Overall, the American Express lounge in Dallas Fort Worth is still promptly. One of the worst I've been to and none have been better than my Baltimore (The Club at BWI) experience.FYI Available to Priority pass members. .Time and time again the experience there is always great.( sorry back to DFW) They are at a pretty big airport with plenty of people, all the time and the food is still better than what you get in the airport.Overall in 9 visits here in 2025 they get a 3 stars. This will be my last visit of twenty twenty five. This is why I left this review now.ALSO Dont compare this to your other lounges before you go as you will be disappointed. But overall it's par for the course.

Visited twice! Very crowded, the food was fitting for the area. Was able to get a seat at a high top table and chair facing check in area view. Not too bad. Overall an ok experience. My second visit was off peak with much more seating

Food looks good, but very busy and hard to find adequate seating as people have so much luggage its occupying every inch of free space in seating areas. It's 6pm, so perhaps a busy time of day to be here. Clean. Staff is fairly friendly. A worth while stop to utilize benefits of membership.

This place is absolutely amazing! Take advantage of this place if you ever get the chance! Nothing like being able to shower, have breakfast, endless drinks, and a spot to nap while you wait on your next flight! Can't be more thankful for this!

The food gets worse and worse everything i come here. Literally only got an aqua Fresca, the food was all spicy and peppers nothing normal? Capital one lounge is far superior than god i have access to both. Eating capital one food to watch the game in the Amex lounge and literally no one around me is eating the Amex food no one wants spicy chicken and peppers and couscous bring back the normal food?
