I have to start by saying that antique shopping is not my favorite sport. Unless there is something specific I'm looking for, I usually get a little claustrophobic and overwhelmed at Century Antiques. However, my last visit wasn't too bad. I was looking for a 2 cup Pyrex glass measure, which I figured would be pretty easy to find. Luckily I found one pretty quickly and was then able to focus on finding the weirdest piece in each booth. Every little section has a different vendor, and some take time to make cute displays and tidy things up. Some do not. In fact, the Phil's Stuff area sometimes looks like stuff was literally just thrown into the upstairs rooms with no regard for any kind of order. Some people might enjoy digging through these piles, but I don't. I tend to avoid that area of the store.
I think you could probably find anything you're looking for, if you have enough time and patience. I always enjoy seeing things I remember having as a kid or things I recognize from my grandparents' homes growing up. Lots of Fisher Price toys that seem to be very valuable to some at this point. The pricing varies wildly and I think most prices are firm, since the vendors themselves are not often around to haggle with.
Luckily they sell snacks because I realized too late that I should have eaten before starting an epic shopping trip. I was able to get some fruit snacks and trail mix that held me over through our whole time there, but I'd probably bring a snack and my water bottle next time.
