Century Old Town Prague MGallery Hotel Collection

We spent one night in the Century Old Town Prague hotel and had a really pleasant time! At the check-in our room was upgraded to a really nice suite (the dome) which offers a nice two floor room layout. The hotel staff was always very kind and helpful. This hotel is located perfectly to start your walks around the city and has a tram station close by in case you don't want to walk. We also enjoyed the great breakfast with a good variety of food at the buffet and a station where fresh egg dishes are prepared. This was really a perfect stay, thanks to the whole team for making this a memorable trip to Prague.

We booked our trip as a Christmas Treat and it definitely felt that way! The rooms felt really luxurious, with super high ceilings and wonderful touches (hello super soft robes!). The staff were also incredibly friendly and their English was impeccable - if you're worried about your Czech! The location was perfect for exploring all the Old Town and Tourist sites, it was the perfect choice. We spent a fair bit of time in the lobby and Bar to relax and the touches there were also wonderful.

We visited Prague for new year’s celebrations towards the end of our honeymoon. Our train was delayed and the hotel was kind enough to take into account this information sent through mail and our rooms were ready when we arrived. The check-in was extremely smooth. I am currently unable to spell the name of the hotel executive who helped us check in but he is an expert at what he does. He was kind enough to chart out all the best places to enjoy in the city and also told us how to get there. Our welcome drink (a bottle of sparkling wine) was waiting for us when we entered our room. The next morning we had breakfast at the restaurant and the spread was excellent. The check out process along with airport transfer was also taken care of very well. The hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations for the service. We look forward to visiting again!

I recently stayed at the MGallery hotel in Prague and had an amazing experience. I would like to give a special and heartfelt thank-you to Ms. Nikitina, who supported me even before my arrival and took care of every detail throughout my stay. She even prepared a wonderful surprise for the Birthday trip, which made me feel truly cared for! It was such a memorable moment! Her kindness and professionalism really made my trip unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is beautiful, clean, pleasantly scented, and very friendly. Thank you to all the staff and especially from Ms. Nikitina at this lovely hotel for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would love to come back and highly recommend MGallery Prague!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Old Town, within walking distance of Prague’s main attractions. The hotel atmosphere is cozy and staff is very attentive. I just expected a more spacious room for the price of the stay, especially when I was at a “Privilege” suite. Breakfast service could also be better. Those two are my only - points (room space, breakfast, value for money).

I had an amazing experience, the location of the hotel was great, only a few minutes away from the center and most attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful with a great attitude. Room service 24/7. Very clean, warm and cozy. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a VERY good location, very convenient. Our room is nice, kind of expected better in terms of view or a more operable window, as it does get a bit hot at night while we are asleep.. the room however is spacious even, which is the executive room, I wouldn’t mind coming back again, but the one thing that i really really think should change is the Television. Very very outdated, unfortunately none of what was on the tv we can watch as sometimes i’d like to wind down and watch something before sleeping. Other than that i think it’s a very good hotel.
