I had stayed in this hotel with my family for 3 nights and overall hotel location was very good and close to all historical places. Design of the hotel was very nice, contemporary and smell was really good. Welcoming experience was also very pleasant and hotel representative was very kind to present Prague city map, magnet souvenirs and shared with me many useful information.
However, I should say that, unfortunately, there were several negative factors, which made me feel disappointed about service and hotel in general. 2 bottles of water had been provided at the date of check-in and despite international practice the hotel didn't provide water daily saying that water should be purchased in the hotel or outside. This was my first experience with this matter and never heard same in none of All Accor 4stars or 5stars hotels worldwide. Second point was delay in room cleaning. After several reminders housekeeping team had reached my room and had cleaned it around 6pm at the evening. It was not convenient at all, as I had been forced to align with their schedule and wait at the reception lobby while they are processing the cleaning. Next point was shower trap, which didn't function properly. Rooms need to be maintained better. And last point was safe box location almost at 2 m height from floor finish, which I was struggling to reach. As per international practice noticed in many hotels worldwide safe box height should be maximum at the eye level for convenient use.
Welcoming drink had been provided in the restaurant and it was fantastic! Restaurant experience was very pleasant!
In general, The hotel needs to be improved to provide better experience to guests!
