the room was clean and spacious. And the service was superb. The only downside of this hotel is the old heater system which requires you to wait for 20 minutes after switching it on to get hot water. There's a convenience store just a 5-10minutes walk from the hotel. Really love the vibe of this hotel, the interior is really pretty and I feel like I went overseas.

We chose this hotel because it is a little secluded, and yet it is within walking distance to Tanah Rata town. The room is huge (compared to other boutique hotels in town). I like the room deco, which gives a Malaysian vibe. I also like the bathroom which has separate sections for toilet, shower, bath tub and wash basin. What a luxury! Wifi is available and that's a bonus.

From the 1st day check in, all the staffs are helpful and friendly. The scenery surround the hotel very nice, clean and cozy. The room we checked in quite spacious, cozy and chilly with nice view of mounts greeny and nature. The breakfast buffet are delicious and variety of food and we enjoyed it for the whole 3 days 2 nights. Would recommend and come again for next trip here in Century Pines Hotel.

The location is good, within a 10-minute walk from Tanah Rata Bus Terminal. But the hotel is a bit old. Drinking water needs to be collected from the dispenser at the lift lobby. The hotel also did not provide toothbrush, so we need to get it from the convinces store. The hotel provides a simple high tea after check-in. You can choose when to redeem it. For security reasons, I would prefer to stay on the 2nd floor as some of the rooms are connected to the roof of the hotel restaurant.

Lovely Stay with Warm Service... Just Needs a Few Upgrades🫡 We stayed at Century Pines Resort, Cameron Highlands from 15 to 17 June 2025 as a couple in their Deluxe Double Room. Overall, the experience was pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, including the toilet, which was well-maintained. Staff were very welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and willing to help a special thanks to the security team and housekeeping for their friendly attitude when we requested extra bath gel and soap. Breakfast was a highlight! We stayed two days, and both mornings the spread was impressive fresh, delicious, and truly worth the price. Parking is easy to find, and the location is a big plus centrally located, making it easy to get to nearby attractions and shops. Areas to Improve: The TV is outdated an upgrade to a smart TV would enhance the stay. Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and couldn’t be connected most of the time. A minor room upgrade (like toilet and television) would make a big difference. Despite a few small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future. With some slight improvements, this place could be a top choice in Cameron Highlands!

Nice place to stay. Need to go to iron room if u want to iron your clothes. They didn't provide the usual things in your room like toothbrush, sanitary bag. Breakfast was decent. But still OK for a relaxing weekend.

Staff were very nice & helpful - kudos! Hotel room size was good and bed comfortable with a small TV. Breakfast was alright. That is where it ends. Room facilities are dated with bath tub unusable due to leaks and shower area seriously dated. Carpet was dirty and needs a wash/replaced. With no AC available, windows/sliding doors needed to be open for cool air - this allowed mosquitoes to enter. Room is stuffy when closed. Sound proofing of doors & windows is poor. There is a mosque nearby with regular announcements etc during the day from about 6am. NOISE from nearby clock tower chimed and bells rang hourly ALL DAY & NIGHT! Overall not recommended if you are a light sleeper or simply want peace and quiet.

Despite booking a king bed room, I was given a room with 2 single beds. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and when I requested a room change, I was told it wasn't possible. The rooms were dirty, stained, and had hair and dust everywhere. The bed linen was not changed, and the toilet bowl was dirty and stained. I had to request multiple times for new linen and cleaning, but the issues weren't fully resolved. The manager, Melvin, was nice and apologetic, but the promises he made weren't kept. When I asked to check out and get a refund, I was told it wasn't possible. The security staff, particularly the night shift staff in the green T-shirt, were helpful and nice. However, the front desk staff's attitude and the hotel's condition made my stay unbearable. *Issues:* - Dirty rooms with stains and hair - Rude front desk staff - Unfulfilled promises by management - Unhygienic conditions - Poor customer service *Recommendation:* Avoid staying at Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands until they improve their service and facilities. The resort is located at Tanah Rata which is the central of Cameron Highland near to Rose Farm and Night Market. The location is convenient if you are here to visit the attractions. I used to spend 2d1n here, staying in superior room with garden view cost about RM230++ per night. They have different price for with & without breakfast. I choose the one with breakfast looking at the price as it's only RM20 different. The room is clean and big with one queen size bed, bath tub and of course facing to the beautiful garden and trees. I like it a lot as it's scenic and close to natural. Imagine you can sip your hot coffee/tea, in this cold weather early morning in front of beautiful garden and trees, looking at the birds chirping and squirrels running. It's so enjoy. The breakfast that provided is in buffet style. So eat all you can! Overall, I'm pretty enjoy with my stay at here. And for no doubt, I'm looking forward to stay here again someday!
