Such a lovely cute shop that makes you feel happy when you walk in. I felt like a little girl again. Welcoming to adults and children and I bought a lovely adorable teddy (jelly cat). I wish I lived in Venice so I could come here all the time. I would probably run out of money !

the staff were so nice and patient! they had a grand selection of jellycats so it was very hard to pick just one to take home, but the lady at the counter helped me💗 I couldn't be happier with my new plushie!!

Amazing store if you are looking for good jellycats this store has a HUGE variety of the I called ahead and they left me a bag with the items I wanted the people that work there at very sweet and if they do not have the one you want in store they can order it for you
