This ceramic café location is a big and spacious place with a lot of ceramic varieties to choose from ! I really like the vibe in here, my husband & I spend approx 3 hours in there and was fun! 🧡🧡🧡 I did my reservation 2 weeks ago online and call on the day to make sure it worked and all 👍 The Nachos & the smoothies were good! It's a nice snack to eat while doing our painting ceramic projet !! I asked if it's possible to get the table next to us to get enough space when we will get our food since we took 3 ceramics, the space was very tight and difficult for us to work on and we have trouble to paint in a such small space.. but the employee told me it's not possible due that it's all reserved even if the place was pretty empty on the day we went 😅 We also got the unfortunate to be sit next to a family who keep running around and push our tables / doesn't stay put which was a struggle for us to concentrate and when we wish to get seated in a different spot, they said they couldn't allow us to move to a different table ><' Aside of that, love the ambiance and the friendly staff ! I just end up giving up on the completing our projects we had on mind. We stop midway and call it a day 👌

I love the Laval branch of the Ceramic Cafe. Compared to the St Denis one, there is always a table free, no matter when I show up, there is space between the tables and it's huge and airy. I also appreciate the huge selection of ceramics; the choice is amazing. Try their London Fog! It's heavenly 😁

I like the generosity of this place , never ask to limit use any paint or charge you if use more , but in same time will charge you the price of staying in . Also charge you 15 % service if you are more than 4 persons which find not logical as we were 4 kids who did painting and two adults who supervised them.

Nestled in the heart of Laval lies a haven of creativity and joy, the Ceramic Cafe, where artistic dreams come to life one brushstroke at a time. As a doting parent to twin girls whose eyes sparkled with anticipation at the mere mention of this place, I recently embarked on a journey to fulfill their long-held desires. What ensued was an outing and a memorable experience filled with laughter, creativity, and bonding. From the moment we stepped through the doors of the Ceramic Cafe, we were greeted with an ambiance of warmth and creativity. The clean and inviting space immediately set the stage for an afternoon of artistic exploration. As I observed my twin daughters eagerly scanning the shelves stocked with an array of ceramic pieces, their faces illuminated with excitement, I knew we were in for something special. The staff at the Ceramic Cafe were instrumental in making our visit truly exceptional. Their genuine enthusiasm and helpfulness guided my daughters through the process of selecting the perfect ceramic pieces and choosing the vibrant colors that would bring their artistic visions to life. Their patience and encouragement fostered an environment where creativity knew no bounds. As my daughters delved into their artistic endeavors, I couldn't help but marvel at their ingenuity and flair. With each stroke of the brush, they transformed plain ceramic pieces into vibrant works of art, each reflecting their unique personalities and imaginations. It was a joyous sight to behold, witnessing their creativity flourish in an environment that nurtured and celebrated their artistic expression. The amenities offered at the Ceramic Cafe further enhanced our experience. The option to indulge in sandwiches, coffee, and juices provided a delightful interlude between painting sessions, allowing us to refuel and recharge before diving back into our artistic endeavors. The thoughtfulness of these offerings added an extra layer of comfort and enjoyment to our visit. But beyond the ceramic painting and delectable refreshments, what truly made our experience at the Ceramic Cafe unforgettable was the sense of connection and bonding that permeated throughout. As we sat side by side, engrossed in our creative pursuits, laughter filled the air, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come. It was a precious moment of togetherness, a reminder of the beauty of shared experiences and the magic of nurturing creativity. In conclusion, our visit to the Ceramic Cafe in Laval was magical. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attentive staff, from the joy of artistic exploration to the bonds strengthened, every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. For my twin girls, it was a dream fulfilled, a momentous occasion that will forever hold a special place in their hearts. As for me, watching them unleash their creativity with such enthusiasm filled me with immense pride and happiness. The Ceramic Cafe is more than just a place to paint ceramics; it's a sanctuary where imaginations run wild and memories are made. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a dose of artistic inspiration and a delightful escape from the ordinary.

I recently brought my nephews and niece to Ceramic Café Studio, and we all had an amazing time! The experience was so fun and unique — it was a great way for the kids to get creative and make their own pieces. The staff was super helpful and friendly, guiding us through the process. It was a perfect mix of art and relaxation, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this place for a family outing or a creative date. We left with our own painted ceramics, and it felt great to see the kids so proud of what they made!

It’s always a fun time to go to ceramic cafe. It was the first time for my little ones and they really loved the place. They still have a good variety of ceramics and lots of color and tools to paint. Expect for this activity to last at least 2 hours. I didn’t get to try the food as we had lunch prior to going, but their menu looked appealing. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I recommend this place to go spend some fun time either with your kids or friends.

Yelp
I quite enjoyed my experience at Ceramic Cafe. First, you choose a piece from a wide selection of ceramics located on the second floor. Then, you choose your paint. And finally you paint! Also, you need to come back a week later to pick up your cooked piece. It was a really fun activity and staff was very friendly and patient. Expect to spend about 2-3 hours being there. However, it was so expensive! My friend and I paid 100$ including tax and tip for the time at the cafe, the pieces and two milkshakes. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll go back for that price, although it's such a great activity.

Yelp
Don't. Just don't go! They did not fully coat my mug. Then when i finally got a hold of someone in charge, they told me to bring it back. Then when i did, the dude there was manipulating my close to 40$ item that i worked over 4 hours on like it was nothing. I told him to please becareful and he got insulted. Then he did it again and had a mini panic attack and told him to please hold it w all his fingers not just his thumb and index in the rim. He was so angry he gave me shit. Finally he took it properly and i told him to rrdo a coat. He asked if he can resend it to me and i said yes and smiled. I live 3 hours away. Then i just got it today. The package was so compact that it was a bulge on top. No longer a rectangler box. It was so tight it actually caused more damge... Then i called and told the dude, the package was so compact it actually broke, go on fb. And he asked me why. I lost all hope in this company. The staff rotation is horrible and these kids cant even run a simple operation or find common sense, and I'm 36 and saying this. The government should make these kids get a university degree to work at this company... or hire people in their 40s...

Yelp
Ceramic Cafe is a great activity to share with friends or family wanting to do something creative with their time. You can order food or drinks while you paint. Everything is available for you to continue your hobby without interruption. The staffers are helpful and quick. Tools to paint and selection of ceramics are plentiful. Don't let my 3 star review deter you too much from this experience. I 100% recommend this activity and have done so several times with my daughter. The price tag does sting and that's unfortunate. Do check online deals to cut down this price. This activity can be pricey as you spend money per item you paint (at high price) then they charge you for the time you use to paint. It's not unusual to have a couple of items and the pain time along with a snack or drink to set you back $60. Far too expensive and keeping the activity immersion superficial as you're constantly clock watching. Once you're done painting and paying you can come back a week later to pick up your creation.

Yelp
I'm not sure how I really feel about this location. To give you an idea how how expensive this place can get my best friend, myself, and our 2 three year old children went to paint ceramic. The cost of the 4 of us to buy a ceramic item, sit and paint for 2 hours, and to each have a beverage (2 coffees and 2 bottles of water) was $153.00 I found that they should really work on explaining exactly how the program works or to have someone come by and let you know how much time you have been there. They offer a set price for kids and adults if you stay past two hours. We were there for 1 hour and 45 minutes and they wouldn't give us the discount. Anyway, you walk through the store and pick out what piece you'd like to paint, an employee comes up to your table and writes down the codes for everything you have and explains to you the process of how everything works, how many coats of paint you should use, how to "erase" any errors you might make while painting, and shows you the wall with other paint colors and additional brushes. I wish they would explain the different techniques to get different looks, this is explained on a laminated sheet on the table but it is only in french so if you can't read French you are up a creek! Just a tip for you if you are going with YOUNG children: Don't bother getting the nice ceramic pieces like a fairy, princess, or Hello Kitty. Go with a mug or plate and let them go to town. They'll be thrilled just to be painting that they will mix, over mix, and remix colors on the same spot!

Yelp
I recently visited with my husband and 19-month-old daughter. I was Extremely disappointed and won't be going back anytime soon! I called prior to visiting to inquire if besides painting, my daughter could participate seeing as I wasn't convinced she would sit still for that long and was told: ` yes, we have babies right here now and they are happy` We figure we would give it a shot but slightly disappointed because we were VERY misinformed. 1st off, extremely loud. They open at 10am and we arrived at 11.15 to a line up and very loud environment. When I called, why didn't they suggest reservations... 2nd very small tables for task required. With your basic paint supplies, your coffee cup and our ceramics, it remains no space on the tables at all. Coat check was already full capacity, so we had to put our jackets on the floor because hanging them on the chair isn't ideal unless you ant to get pain and other stuff on them. 3rd - which is what upset us the most! We were also charged a fixed family fee which to me is unacceptably ridiculous as we are already paying lots for the ceramics and you know we will be therefore a few hours while we wait for our art to dry. For both my husband, myself and our daughter with 2 coffees and our ceramics it cost 80$, it's quite expensive for a family activity. Imagine those with numerous children...and to top it off it doesn't bother me if it were at least fun, but it wasn't at all as I personally didn't enjoy myself because I was chasing my daughter around who after 1hr of sitting still ( which is awesome) at that price my hubby decided to finish his painting , since I couldn't finish mine even if I paid 18$ for it and that was wasted..., no matter what you are there at least 2-3 hours while you wait for everything to dry - we are already paying for food and ceramics why charge me an `entrance fee`` Will not be coming back and I wouldn't recommend for any children under the age of 5 and if you do, ensure you have lots of $ to spend, because even the smallest of ceramics is min. 15$ and you need to add an entrance fee per person on top of that. 2.5* at best .

Yelp
This is where you go to paint a ceramic piece. So the way it works you buy a ceramic item (8$-100$) plus you pay a fee per hour per person. Depending how long you stay there, and how big your piece is, it does get really expensive. They do offer food, I am not sure I would trust anyone handling pottery with sandwiches or wraps, but they do have drinks and a outrageous price for a can of juice or coke. Go for the pottery, but not the food, eat a good meal before, then you can go and paint, and go eat again after.
