Cerâmica na Linha in Oeiras is my go-to place for gifts for my family in Canada — and I’ll happily admit I’ve built quite a collection for myself too! The shop is beautiful, but what truly keeps me coming back is the staff and their exceptional service. I’m very indecisive when choosing gifts, and their patience is nothing short of incredible. They take their time, offer thoughtful suggestions, and never make me feel rushed. Every gift I’ve purchased has been wonderfully received and genuinely loved. While I enjoy the Cerâmica na Linha location in Lisbon, the Oeiras shop is my favourite — quieter, more local, and perfect for browsing at my own pace.

Such a fun store. So many things that I just need. The ladies working there are so nice and knowledgeable. You can pay ceramics per kilo. The glass stuff is just fun Go there.

Fantastic variety of ceramics. Way more than anything you could find in the touristic fancy shops of the center, and reasonable prices. Super friendly service. No need to bargain, fixed prices. If we had more space in our luggage, we would have bought triple the things we did! Next time I'll travel here with an empty bag!

Store design is nice and beautiful. Variety, modern, and unique products. Customer service can be somewhat uptight or lack some friendliness, lessening the quality of the shopping experience.
