The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered the best quality and care for the price. The staff, the young lady with blonde hair, were genuinely kind and attentive, making my stay truly pleasant

Everything was good from the speedy early check-in to the most wonderful breakfast I have had in years, only 9 euro. Shower is a bit small but oh well. Warm and cozy!! Great location for tourism attractions. If you are searching for inexpensive lodging with a value breakfast- search no more, this is it!!!!!!!!!!!

Not that far from the center . Everything is good but it’s ideally for couple or 3 person only. It has a cozy atmosphere but has a limited space. The best thing was their breakfast . They have freshly made fruit juices and we love it !

It is nor far from Cologne center. The rooms are not very big, but comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful.

Positives: Very good breakfast; clean and comfy beds ; good wifi; location; friendly staff. Negatives: Cleaning; everything is old and some things aren’t working like TV. This could turn into the best budget hotel in old town if they would invest in changing some old stuff and more cleaning.

Got scammed!||Thought I booked a 3 Star hotel in Cologne. ||The Cerano City Hotel Koln am Dom sells itself as a respectable and safe place to stay BUT IT IS NOT.||It is not clean, not safe, not welcoming, will have building works going on when you arrive with no notice of this before staying. You will not want to stay here as it is so filthy and disgusting. The place is so rundown, the towels look 25 years old, and the carpets look like they have been vomited on hundreds of times. I am trying to get my money back from this scamming hotel.||If I could give them less than 1 star I would.||I didn't even stay at this hotel as it felt so disgusting, unclean and unsafe, and I am now trying to get my money back. I spent 10 minutes in the room against my better judgement and then checked out.||I feel it is my public duty to warn you and honestly say DO NOT STAY HERE. It is so terrible and the owners really do not care about their guests.

First of all, this hotel is in an excellent location near the cathedral and the staff are very nice. Rooms are small yet clean and comfortable. Hotel is on a very quiet street and we were able to find free parking on that street for our car.||||When we checked in we couldn't get the internet to work. The clerk on duty said that the internet had JUST stopped working and that he couldn't say when it would be restored. We had zero internet for our stay.||||On the road we rely heavily on the internet to get us around and to our next location.||That hurt.||||The other issue we had was that the Hotel package we purchased was supposed to include breakfast. The Hotel said that it didn't. When we contacted the company we booked the package with they said that breakfast WAS included. Had we had internet we could have resolved this at the Hotel while we were there.||||Before you book this place, first make sure that everything that is promised is actually available.

Very nice hotel, simple but well located with a metro station at 200m. Unfortunately, the weather was very hot in Cologne and the room had no air conditionning system, I barely slept during my 2 nights there. So I would say the rate was pretty expensive for an hotel without air condition.
