Ceremonia Flagship

This store is never open— even when it’s scheduled to be. I have ordered online and twice the packages were not delivered. I’m sad because I like their products and want to try more but I can’t find a way to purchase it. Hope they update their hours to be accurate or start actually opening their flagships or find more stockiest locations.

As soon as I walked in, I was transported into a space of zen: the smells and colors are calming and welcoming— making you forget about the nyc hustle. The space felt more like a shoppable spa in the heart of Oaxaca. Two associates immediately greeted me and asked if I was familiar with the brand and if they could help with any of the specific products. Love the accessibility of each product with the samples right next to the sinks so you can wash your hands afterwards. I stocked up on my favorite, the papaya scalp scrub. The experience is elevated and feels like a luxury storefront but with accessible price points (nothing over $50), so happy Ceremonia finally has a physical storefront!!

the associate (edward or edwin) is so sweet and knowledgeable! i enjoyed my in-person experience.

Was greeted and asked if I shop the brand before, which I had so I appreciated being left to browse for a little bit. They have a sink, making it easy to try products and not walking out with sticky hands. Overall a good shopping experience! Highly recommended if you have curly hair.

Is always hard to tell when someone gives a review “worst customer service ever” like what’s your metric? (specially when all your reviews are 1 star, mostly) Anyways… I walked in today for the first time looking for the “leave-in conditioner” so I already knew what I wanted. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with both a good attitude and a friendly smile. They asked questions like “have you shopped with us before?” etc. Overall I’m very happy with the service that I got and the FREE gift!! I wasn’t expecting that for sure, thank you! I’ll definitely be back again!

The store, the products, the people, 10/10!!! Everybody was great especially Taina, she was amazing and super helpful!

Beautiful space. Love their products, highly recommend this company. However as for this store. Customer service needs work. They seemed bothered we were there, probably the least enthusiastic person.
