Everyone visit this shop!! This shop was opened in 1761, it just feels so nice to visit it even if I was not a candle lover (I still bought two candles for my family though), as it smells so nice in there and it feels amazing to be in a shop with over 260 years of history. There is a wide range of choices and they provided bubble wrap for the hedgehog candles I bought, how considerate! For the last pic, does anyone know what that represents? I would love to know!

As a lover of unique funky come decor, this shop was like a candy store to me! Obsessed with the candles here. They have a food candle section where I got the melon candle and will definitely go back for the small baguette candle once they restock. The food candles vary from €12-30+ and the stick candles have fun bright colors for only €2-6 which is very reasonable for how beautiful they are!

Fantastic shop. Could have bought so many candles. There is a candle here for everyone. Definitely worth a visit. They also wrap them so well that they are easy to transport home.

Cereria Subirà is the oldest candle store in Barcelona, and it's still going strong! The interior is stunning, with charming pastel pink and mint colors that create a lovely ambiance. The candles are equally delightful, especially those with adorable food designs. They also offer a variety of seasonal candles. A visit here is a delightful step back in time and a feast for the eyes. Highly recommend for candle lovers and anyone who appreciates beautiful, unique items!

The staff was wonderful. They have very unique candles and were wrapped with such care. Affordable. Must go when in Barcelona, especially if you're a candle lover like us.
