Great hotel in the heart of Florence. It has a modern style decoration. It is good if you don’t enjoy very romantic and traditional decoration which is very common in Florence hotels. Bathrooms are particularly spacious. Super clean, staff is very helpful. There is valet parking (before 00:00). Very secure, locks the doors in the night and during the day entrance is via room key. Some rooms might be dark, breakfast is good enough but has the same options everyday. There is no room service or any food available after mignight, plan ahead.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cerretani very much! The hotel has the best location close to the station and all the main sights of Florence. You can explore everything on foot. Our room was very quiet, stylish, well equipped and maintained and included free items from the minibar. The bed was super comfortable with very soft sheets. We started our days well with the excellent breakfast with lots of choice and homemade food and freshly squeezed juices. Eggs could be ordered to your liking. Each and every member of the staff has been very kind and helpful, they are a true asset to the hotel. Looking forward to come back!

I stayed at Hotel Cerretani Firenze – MGallery for 5 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is great, the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the "Culti" toiletries were a luxurious touch I really appreciated.||Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the servers were incredibly warm and attentive—it made for a great start to each day. The reception staff were especially impressive: so friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to assist. They go out of their way to make guests feel important and special, and I experienced this first hand.||Service overall was fast, professional, and thoughtful. I left feeling very satisfied and well taken care of. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Florence!

We were on an organized tour through Firebird Tours and this was the room selected for us in Florence. Check in was nice and smooth and our room was on the first floor. Nice clean room but it was smaller than expected from the photos on the tour group itinerary. Only minor issue in the room was the water pressure was quite a bit lower than we are accustomed to. Breakfast was good, but if you are looking for a US style breakfast you can order whatever you'd like from the staff. Location was amazing, a very quick and easy walk to anywhere and more food and drink options than you can experience. The staff were all fantastic, and the hotel was immaculate. Only other minor issue, which I reported to staff at checkout was that there was a very foul odor in the hallway outside our room, Room 101 or 100. It was only by our room and dissipated as we walked towards the elevator. All in all it is a fantastic place to stay while in Florence!

Hotel is just perfect. The central location, the style, the staff, breakfast and beautiful rooms. I really enjoyed my stay there. The perfect hotel in the most beautiful city. Loved it ❤️

This was our first visit to Florence and we lucked out booking this hotel.. as it was a prime location. It is only a 10 minute walk to the train station.. and is a 10-15 minute walk to most of the tourist sites around the city. We also walked to the bus station one day which is only another 5-8 past train station.. easy access to a lot. We felt very safe in this area and had so many options nearby for restaurants.|As for the rooms- pretty rooms and very comfortable beds. The front desk was very accommodating and welcoming.|The cafe next door is where we had our cappuccino and cornetto each morning. |Would definitely stay there again.

We like this hotel. The location is great! Really convenient to the city centre and to the train station (almost exactly between them). The man working at the front desk was very helpful and a nice guy. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, comfortable beds, no complaints. Good bathrooms / showers. The TV channels reception was not always the best, but we didn't watch much TV. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment about that. The mini bar had free drinks. This hotel made our visit to Florence that much more enjoyable. We think it's good value for money in a great city.

We had an amazing experience all four nights. They all made us feel right at home. The front desk managers were fabulous. Breakfast and the service by the staff was fantastic. Highly recommended. Customer service was phenomenal. Thank you for your hospitality.
