Cerritos Mall is a clean and well-organized shopping center with lots of stores to explore. It’s a great place to hang out with family or friends, and there are many food options to enjoy after shopping.

It's been a while since I've "shopped" the mall. They are adding a lot of upgraded stores. I hope it stays that way. I used to pretty much live in this mall and for a while it took a dive. Next time I will check out the food court. Hopefully it's getting some upgrades too. The options have been sub-par in the last 10 years.

This mall has never disappointed me, they have a lot of options and the stores here have a good selection of items. Their food court is very tasty with great options as well. I would highly recommend this mall, I will update if anything changes but I’ve been here about 10 times and it’s still very pleasant to comeback

My favorite place. I have been going here ever since my childhood the mall is large and the atmosphere is okay and floors are cleaned and there's good stores in here

Very nice mall. Macy's on one end and Nordstrom on the other with lots of stores typical of a mall in between. They have movie theaters, Cheesecake factory, PF Changs, Starbucks etc. Nice setup.

It was a pretty good mall,lots of clothing brands with good quality.The employes were nice.The only thing was that when we got hungry the food stands were all at one place.But overall it’s a good shopping mall if your looking for some clothes.

Always a good experience shoping here..very well located.... a lot of the main brands stores also now the have new brand stores is a big area with a lot of options for the whole family ..you have food court diferent amenities and also restaurants and the movie teather that is one of the best in the area... very recommended to visit ..

Los Cerritos Center *July 26, 2025 *11am to 2pm- Saturday *4.5 Stars Environment: *Large Parking Lot *Up and Coming Stores *Spacious Area Visited the Cerritos Mall today just to walk around and window shop. I was surprised how much the place had changed since I was last there. They have tons of up and coming stores coming in the next few months as well as some staple places stores that I you would find in a typical mall. The mall was super spacious and had tons of parking and walking room-- even with there being tons of people there. I was especially impressed they had a Korean skincare store, Korheim. It was easily the best part of the mall. Definitely will keep this location in mind next time I'm in need of new products.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to stroll through this medium-sized 1 story mall! It was my first time here and my girlfriend showcased to me where she was here for a pop-up event so I think it's cool for the mall to have events to attract people. I thought that the variety of stores here were interesting. I had an easy time finding parking here as the place is large enough to have parking lots all over. The location is good because there is a lot of restaurants just across the lots and there are even some restaurants in the mall like Lazy Dog. I like the tall bright ceilings and found the area to be eye-catching. There's also plenty dessert shops inside the mall too that you can munch on while you walk, and I especially thought that it was cool to see a froyo spot!! Stores are affordable and sad to see the big Forever 21 store closed. I wonder if there'll be a new store there in the future. I actually also never heard of the movie theatre that's here but for some reason, it smelled really funky walking towards it (not a strong popcorn smell one would expect).

March 22, 2025 | Cerritos: Super cute mall! Whenever I stop by, I encounter the friendliest people, other customers and sales associates! I've also found some of my favorite stores! The skylight ceilings are just beautiful while walking around! Beautiful Store: I had to stop by before the Forever 21 store closes, as it's one of the prettiest locations I've visited, including beautiful chandeliers throughout!! I'm glad I did, as I'm on a mission to find all the colors of this particular dress that I absolutely love! One more color to go! Sweet Tooth: One of my absolute favorite fancy chocolate shops from Switzerland is here as well, Laderach; the most amazing chocolates! They give free samples as well! Vibe: Friendly, family-oriented! So many of the stores are bright, welcoming and inviting! Recently, while walking through the mall with my friend, a woman walked up to me, complimented me and told me she was originally from Vietnam! Turns out, I had recently put Vietnam on my travel list of places to go, told her and she gave me her info, because she wanted to send me a list of the best places to go, as she was a local! Super nice! Movie Theater: Excellent movie theater with cozy reclining seats! I've been here twice and enjoyed each experience! I even met a photographer & his female assistant while waiting in the lobby once! Friendly vibes! Parking: Plentiful & free! Overall: I always enjoy every visit to the Cerritos Mall! Friendly people, a variety of stores, a delicious chocolate shop that I love, and chandeliers throughout are always an absolute delight!

Today I went to two banks and then I rewarded myself with a treat from Yogurtland. When it was time to pay she said "you have a reward. Would you like to use it?" I said-what's the reward? . She answered five dollars. Of course I used it. Always use your rewards right away. You never know what's going to happen later in the future. Once I had 2 free meals at a restaurant and they unexpectedly closed down.

Love going to the Cerritos Mall, however, DO NOT GO TO THOSE HAIR KIOSK IN THE MIDDLE. Specically the Hair for You in front of the Vans store. The women that work there are shady and tell you one price, and then another. She also kept telling me "Don't tell no one" over and over again. I ended up having a bad reaction to the hair products and went to return the products, and they would not take them and issue an refund. I requested to speak to a manager, and they said there was no management and you have to "go through the company". I went on the website and they also do not offer returns if purchased through a vender. This Kiosk stand is an ultimate scam as there is no one that know what to do- and the workers there are like robots repeating things over and over again. Everything else in the mall is great, just need these scammy kiosk out.

Nice mall, good selection. Restaurants are getting fancier. Parking gets really full on weekends. Service depends on each store. Lots of out of towners come here.

I been going to the Cerritos Center for ages and always like it. Even tho it was a bit of a busy day, I was able to find parking right away. My friend and I went to the movies, both of us enjoy the theater, got chocolate and fries afterwards and did some shopping as well. Even tho it was crowded, everyone was pleasant and the mall was very clean

Although the small has a lot of selection, it does not have a lot of high-end selections, but you can get them at Nordstrom per se has tons of restaurants in an amazing food court. It also has your local average shopping stores like forever 21 Bath & body Works and another options I really came here for the pot bar, which they did not but they did have a pot Mart vending machine. It is a good mall to just kinda walk around and it's a single floor so it's very much accessible for anyone who will be coming in store

super clean mall with such great stores! I went to noi noa and everyone was so kind. i would make an extra trip just to go there!

online it shows that Armani exchange is there but when I went it was not there at all. I would like if they could update their website and show that armani is there bc I had my hopes up. This mall really let me down

The good: This is a medium to small sized shopping mall that was clean, open and not too crowded. There's a food court, some restaurants, some kiosks that sell foods (potato snack stand, frozen yogurt, aguas frescas, macarons, crepes, etc). There was plenty of parking. The ceilings are high with ample natural lighting. I think Nordstrom's was the most high-end store here. It's a single-story mall which was nice for us with kids. The bad: I was hoping the mall had an indoor kids' play areas. The interesting: You can rent car-shaped strollers here for $12.

Always come to this mall when I'm in the area just to check out Nordstrom's and Zara's. Otherwise, I'm not really into this stores or selections they have. They have good values though of stores that are feasible! They have decent service, so that makes it good. I just feel they can add better selections and styles to the mall. You walk through here pretty fast because it's not a lot of stores that I typically go in. They have good eateries though and movie theatre here. They have California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang's, and Cheesecake Factory. Those are pretty popular here And does get a lot of Business. Overall, it's just ok nothing to special or will often come. They use to have Morphe Cosmetics, which I loved but they closed down. I hope they add more stores to make it a better experience. The Zara is decent and the Nordstrom's have good deals. Easy parking all over the mall to! And only one level ! -Marshay D.

I personally enjoy walking around this mall. Everything is spacious, modern, and clean looking. I also like that it's not overly crowded. Would come back again!

This mall is small and easy to maneuver around. They have enough stores for the entire family to shop. I shop here when I am in the area. I love to go to Macy's, Nordstrom, Zara, and Forever 21. They have the Cheesecake Factory inside the mall and a movie theater. Ample parking and surrounding restaurants and stores on the outskirts. The service and value selection are reasonable, especially with a sale. Great selection of stores from high to low.

Have not been to this mall for a while; it looks like they have some businesses moved out but also have some stores moved in. It's not a big mall but they offer more affordable stores for families especially for teens or kids. Their food court has pretty good variety of food and plus they have little kid tables. Parking was not a problem at all and it's free.

It's always fun to stroll through the mall and window shop. When I find myself in the area I'll stop by to get my steps in and grab a bite to eat. Plenty of parking spaces, but you may have to drive around to find one. The food court has many choices with seating in a community style area., there are also many eateries outside the mall to choose from.

I've been here twice now I think? The mall is very open and spacious. Lots of shops to look at. The food court is situated oddly though. Ample parking on all sides of the mall.

One of our favorite malls! They have a decent selection of shops -- from the Apple Store to Michael Kors. There's also usually an event being held at a certain area in the mall which is nice. A lot of stores have been removed, however, but there are still a lot of popular ones. The place is really spacious so there's room to walk and not worry about bumping into people. I also liked how it was clean and quite organized. The prices were not too crazy and the stores are very affordable. Everyone is very nice and the employees at the shops we went to were accommodating. We love coming here!

2nd time coming to this mall. Excellent place to spend a few hours walking around, window shopping lol, and grabbing a bite in their food court. Also, just found out that there is a movie theater here too. I got to walk the whole mall and found it. The mall was busy, but not crowded. On a Saturday afternoon (Around 5:30 pm), there was still a few parking spots left. I'm assuming everyone is at the beach. But we really liked this mall, even though it's about a 45 minute drive for us.

The place was clean and not too noisy because there is not the crowd of the old days. The food court was only maybe 25% full. It was a bad weather day so I expected it to have more customers. The only store that was busy was the Apple Store. The other store had maybe 3 - 4 people. There were not a lot of the loud young kids like the old days. The mall was pretty quiet I'm guessing it's not the hang out anymore. They had a number of vacancies all through the mall, including the food court the stores I think the only thing that was the only thing that was full was the kiosk in the middle .. There where a lot of sales. If you like my reviews follow me.

The layout of this mall is pretty odd, not very user friendly. But they do have a good mix of stores and lots of unique food nearby. One star extra for the food options. It was really difficult to find the Lulu store at this mall!

I found the workers to be very helpful! However I found the manager on duty to be rude, unfriendly, and could not explain himself and when I did just agree with him he was RUDE and terminated the conversation. I will drive to Torrance before entering this store again!!

Great mall with lots of options and walking space. There are enough fast food options at the food court. Well maintained and clean everywhere. Will be back ...

Beautiful mall plenty big to get lost in and don't forget to eat at Lazy Dog. Best restaurant in the mall.

Really modern mostly one story mall with Macy and Nordstrom anchoring each end. I really liked the architecture of the inside, especially the contoured, cylindrical, ceiling...and the store selection were ones that our family shops at (Nordstrom, Uniqlo, Zara). There's some comfortable places to sit and wait, as well. It was getting fairly busy around lunchtime, but there is a lot of parking spaces, so no issues there. WIth plenty of natural light, and well-maintained surfaces, this is probably the nicest medium size mall in the South LA County area.

Nice place to visit inside like a mall. Just wish they had keep bathrooms bit more cleaner. Gets fairly crowded to shop. Your best bet is try to go on weekdays if able for a better experience. I went to hang out for a few things with a close friend. Good to see a comfortable layout though.

Bathrooms are never clean, even right when the mall opens, before customers even get a chance to use them... the bathrooms are not clean. Come prepared, use the bathroom before you leave home.

Thank you to Aaron and Ruben for the excellent customer service they provided for us. We were taken care of and Ruben made sure of it. He gave us a breakdown of various information and broke down down the payments from lease to financing. Ruben valued our time and we highly recommend coming in and talking with him if you need help! Aaron was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we test drove, going over every detail of the car. So if you are looking for a car come see Aaron and Ruben! They'll really value your time and make sure you get the best deal possible!

It's been a long time since I've been to Cheesecake Factory so I was excited. I expected a wait since it was the weekend so an hour later I was finally seated. Because it was so crowded there was also a long wait to be served but the manager apologized and kept us updated. The food was still as good as I remembered and the selection was vast. The value was what I expected considering the quality of the food.

A nice place to walk around and look at the shops...I like the Apple Store and the Food Court the most!

This mall is becoming super sketchy. I was walking with my son and his girlfriend the other night inside after visiting the Apple Store. Two guys were eyeballing his Apple bag so I eyeballed them. This made me ultra aware of my surroundings. The clientele there is becoming like Lakewood mall. When we walked out I was looking around to make sure we weren't being followed and made sure to watch as we drove home as well. Security walks around looking at their phones and the temporary store by the food court leads me to believe the mall is taking a turn for the worse. Forever 21 is also going out of business which means there will be a big hole in the center. With the two large incidents reported in the news about gunfire there id be super cautious if you visit this place. Makes me sad as I've been going there since it was built.

3.8/5 A very good mall with mid to high quality shops providing selections for all budgets. There's the usual Zara, Forever 21, Macy's and other dept stores but there's also Giorgio Armani and other high end brands. There's even a movie theater here! One floor but wide and spacious with several corners and extra wings on each concourse. It's clean and well maintained. Lots of lights and high ceilings bring about a refreshing atmosphere. Decent food court with diverse options. Diverse clientele as well. Definitely better than many of the other malls in its local region.

I really like this mall. it has a combination of affordable stores and some what pricey stuff stores. has become my favorite new mall.

Great mall located in Cerritos which has one floor with probably around 150+ stores including Nordstrom and Macy's and a large food court. They have a few good restaurants including PF Changs, Lazy Dog, and California Pizza Kitchen, among others. They have a lot of variety in stores and you can you get everything you need here. I love the vaulted ceilings and architecture of this mall and it's very spacious as well. Get there early around 10 to 11 am to beat the crowds!

I have been going to cerritos mall since I was young. It has really changed a lot! They have much better stores now. Hope they keep adding more good ones

My 2nd time here in a week. It's the best mall we have near Long Beach besides Lakewood mall, and downtown Long Beach outdoor mall and Lakewood hanger mall. It's the most designer ish mall. It's a chill mall. Very good air flow flowing through. Many new restaurants here but the best store here is Nordstroms other than Apple and Zara, there is a nice movie theater.

I do not recommend going to this mall to take Santa pictures. With reservations at 1:45pm... we waited until 3:30 and they were allowing the people without reservations ahead of us... terrible service and I unfortunately with a 6 month old it was not the best scenario as she was bored and tired by the time we had our turn and the pictures did not come out as planned.

Los Cerritos center is one of the few malls around me that is still being taken care of and has many stores to choose from. They have a huge food court and many other restaurants on the sides as well. The location is great and there are many stores in the mall that are amazing. For the most part, the customer service is good and the prices are not too high unlike other malls. I come here almost every week and I always have a good time over here. If you live around here, then I recommend visiting here

Not to be snobby or White Lotus-y (you should watch that show!!!) but this mall is SUPER ghetto and only 1/2 of the masses were wearing masks and some people were only wearing masks at half mast aka not covering their noses, and it was insanely crowded yesterday when there has been an EXTREME amount of Covid cases in LA County lately. Most of the stores are definitely tertiary and the Nordstrom is more of a Nordstrom Rack as far as merchandise. The ONLY highlight is the O Med Spa across from Sees candies.

They have good service. The selection is great. The value is pricey in some shops than other Mall locations.

Nordstroms. That's it. Oh wait, Nordstrom's Cafe too! LOL Thursday 10:30am-5:30pm My two sisters and I enjoyed lunch at the cafe and then shopped, shopped, shopped. My sister wanted to go to Lakewood mall but I prefer this mall instead. We bought Christmas gifts for one another, ourselves, and a few family members. We stopped and had a snack in the food court and continued shopping. We really like this mall! Parking is plentiful and free. Love The Gap, Victoria's Secret, Zara, Pink, Sephora, Children's Place, and more. We never made it to Macy's. Bathrooms are clean and so is the mall.

Definitely one of the better malls out there! In terms of malls, this one is kept in great condition and is pretty clean. It also has a wide selection of stores. I like that there are stores that cater to the affluent, but there are also affordable stores too like Cotton On or Forever 21. The movie theater here is great too and they have a ton of good restaurants. The food court has ample options and there are tons of mall treats everywhere (Potato Corner, Wetzel's Pretzels, etc). This mall also has fun events like Festival of Friendship. Parking can be a little tricky when it's busy, but not terrible. Overall, I'm a fan of this mall.

Not a senior friendly , you see less bench to sit especially by the foreve21, macys and by Apple Store.

I love shopping at Cerritos BUT why are animals that are NOT service animals allowed on premises? People are so dirty and don't even pick up after their animals. This lady seen her animal and still left it there. Disappointed and disgusted.

Plenty of parking available on Tuesday. This mall is very empty. We visited Nordstrom and walked around to try and visit the lululemon pop up, however it was closed with a vague opening date of "2023." It had moved to a permanent location and will be replaced in its previous location by doc martens! I'm excited for the edition to our local mall!

This is my go-to mall. I live in Long Beach but I come to this mall to avoid going to Lakewood mall. This mall is so much better and cleaner than Lakewood Mall. I feel more safer shopping here, it's more lively, the shops are better, has a food court, and movie theatre all in one place. It's worth driving a little further for a better shopping experience. I just wish I lived closer.

Look, as malls go ,this one is nice. It is safe and clean. I hate going to the mall. I will go to Harkins or cheesecake factory and that's it. I made the mistake of walking down the center once. I felt assaulted by all the kiosk pimps. It was aggressive and overwhelming. We decided to walk on the outside the rest of the way. Pushy sells people are a pet peeve. Even if I like their product I wouldn't of purchased anything it was so annoying. What's with roping off a huge section of the parking lot for valet? That seems very shady and money hungry. Charging 10 dollars for a public parking lot that used to be free. Parking here does suck. But taking a huge section away only makes things worse.

I miss going to the place on break! Occasionally I would buy, now that I visited there this past Saturday, I deserved to visit again after several years! Hope I get to visit there again soon! They had new stores, so many still there. I wish I ran into someone I used to know while visiting.
