Los Cerritos Center

1 of my favorite malls! So many different shops and restaurants. My favorites are the Spencers and Korheim. I always buy my skincare products and clothing from this mall. I just wish they had more dining options available. They do have a Lollicup and a Yogurtland though as well as a Chipotle located in the exterior part of the mall.

Surprised this place is still lively. I'm glad though really, because malls I feel like are slowly starting to disappear due to online shopping. Man I used to come here so often. I like the food court here and all the other stores in the surrounding area.

Los Cerritos Center is a great shopping destination with a wide variety of stores and dining options. The mall is clean, well-organized, and has a spacious layout that makes shopping comfortable. The parking is ample, and the staff in most stores are friendly and helpful. Although it can get busy during peak hours, it remains a pleasant place to shop and spend time. Overall, it's a reliable spot for both shopping and leisure.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Purple Store, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Both Claire and Nioami were incredibly nice and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions, guided me through the various options, and helped me find the perfect bed. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire shopping experience a delight. I highly recommend the Purple Store to anyone in the market for a new bed, and be sure to ask for Claire or Naomi they are truly outstanding!

As malls around the nation continue to and shutter, some seem to thrive and expand. Los Cerritos has a great combination of shops and dining to entice the masses to its center. Clean, bright, safe and inviting are the key factors that make this location a hit. The parking can be a little though here if you arrive later afternoon on a weekend, so be prepared to search high and low or park very far away., it gets busy. The only downside I found was the seating. Most great malls have plenty of seating throughout the mall, this one does not. They have a great amount of seating on the east side, but the south and west side are sparse in seating offerings. This is a huge factor for me and many others who suffer from, you go in that shop for 30 min while I rest out here! syndrome. Once they add more seating in the wide open areas, like you can see from one of my photos, then it will be GREAT.

The mall is jam packed on the weekend. Hard to find parking for sure. Soo be patient when you head over here. The mall layout is an in and out design. It is only one end to another end. If you want to discover the whole mall you have to walk for it. The selection of the store are sufficient and you’re going to most likely spend a few hours here visiting some store. The mall is clean from my point of view and the only problem I have here is it just busy by the time we visited. Other than that, if you time give this a visit and check it out.

The Nordstrom is great. If you need kid shoes you should ask for Joseph. He is amazing with kids and helping find the right shoes. You can tell he must have amazing parents because they did a wonderful job raising him. 😉

Great mall. First time I visited and I came out with a few things that I bought from dicks sporting goods a jacket. Huge place compared to back where I live and a flannel shirt. There's is a huge selection of different brands

One of the few remaining malls that's still hopping! A large selection of shops of all types. The main areas are kept pretty clean because they have an ample staff of folk, and their food court has a good selection. The value is in the selection of shops, and there's almost no dead/open spots, every shop is filled - all offering deals this time of year.

First thing's first, I'm glad this mall is SINGLE STORY. I don't have to worry about my fear of heights and it doesn't feel stuffy because it has HIGH ceilings. However... with a single story comes a TON of walking. Be prepared for that! There's a lot of your standard mall stuff here, so it's not worth mentioning about the department stores, but the mall portion is a fine experience. There are lots of clothing stores and dessert places, and there's a movie theater and some nice restaurants, but I will say there's NOT much to do as a fun activity for families with small kids. Older kids will have some things to do like VR or build-a-bear, but smaller kids will not. Food court is fine, there's some good options and I actually like that it's next to the entrance/exit of the mall so you don't have to be "stuck" in a second story hidden area forcing you to walk by stores while getting out of the mall. Standard mall food court options like Sbarro, it's really just a place to hang out. Again, nothing special, but super clean and open space brings this to an average 3/5 for me.

I understand that I didn't make an appointment. I decided to drive in for an oil change. I was ask to pull my vehicle forward and then the neglection began. At one point there were eight guys standing not doing anything 25 minutes later a technician Jake Bumaco came to help me there was only one car in front of me. Horrible staff but what am I to do. People please just make sure that you are in no hurry when you decide to come in for service!!!!!

My go to mall. They have a wonderful selection of stores. Parking can be a bit far sometimes. A good place to hang out with a friend, go shopping and enjoy a full day

I came to the mall for the special at Yogurtland, where you get two for one with all the toppings you want. After enjoying my yogurt, we went for a long walk all the way to Sears. It wasn't very crowded, so it was a very pleasant stroll. There are some new stores opening up and others closing, so it's always different. Parking was really easy. Had a nice time.

March 22, 2025 | Cerritos: Super cute mall! Whenever I stop by, I encounter the friendliest people, other customers and sales associates! I've also found some of my favorite stores! The skylight ceilings are just beautiful while walking around! Beautiful Store: I had to stop by before the Forever 21 store closes, as it's one of the prettiest locations I've visited, including beautiful chandeliers throughout!! I'm glad I did, as I'm on a mission to find all the colors of this particular dress that I absolutely love! One more color to go! Sweet Tooth: One of my absolute favorite fancy chocolate shops from Switzerland is here as well, Laderach; the most amazing chocolates! They give free samples as well! Vibe: Friendly, family-oriented! So many of the stores are bright, welcoming and inviting! Recently, while walking through the mall with my friend, a woman walked up to me, complimented me and told me she was originally from Vietnam! Turns out, I had recently put Vietnam on my travel list of places to go, told her and she gave me her info, because she wanted to send me a list of the best places to go, as she was a local! Super nice! Movie Theater: Excellent movie theater with cozy reclining seats! I've been here twice and enjoyed each experience! I even met a photographer & his female assistant while waiting in the lobby once! Friendly vibes! Parking: Plentiful & free! Overall: I always enjoy every visit to the Cerritos Mall! Friendly people, a variety of stores, a delicious chocolate shop that I love, and chandeliers throughout are always an absolute delight!

I like this mall. Lots of parking! Tons of stores and eateries. It was way bigger than I thought it would be. Wow! You can spend a long time here. It's a bit far from me, otherwise I would come here more!

The mall is great for shopping, it has some high end stores, good eateries with spacious parking. We come here frequently and it has my favorite shops. The mall is always well maintained and clean!

Los Cerritos Center *July 26, 2025 *11am to 2pm- Saturday *4.5 Stars Environment: *Large Parking Lot *Up and Coming Stores *Spacious Area Visited the Cerritos Mall today just to walk around and window shop. I was surprised how much the place had changed since I was last there. They have tons of up and coming stores coming in the next few months as well as some staple places stores that I you would find in a typical mall. The mall was super spacious and had tons of parking and walking room-- even with there being tons of people there. I was especially impressed they had a Korean skincare store, Korheim. It was easily the best part of the mall. Definitely will keep this location in mind next time I'm in need of new products.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to stroll through this medium-sized 1 story mall! It was my first time here and my girlfriend showcased to me where she was here for a pop-up event so I think it's cool for the mall to have events to attract people. I thought that the variety of stores here were interesting. I had an easy time finding parking here as the place is large enough to have parking lots all over. The location is good because there is a lot of restaurants just across the lots and there are even some restaurants in the mall like Lazy Dog. I like the tall bright ceilings and found the area to be eye-catching. There's also plenty dessert shops inside the mall too that you can munch on while you walk, and I especially thought that it was cool to see a froyo spot!! Stores are affordable and sad to see the big Forever 21 store closed. I wonder if there'll be a new store there in the future. I actually also never heard of the movie theatre that's here but for some reason, it smelled really funky walking towards it (not a strong popcorn smell one would expect).

Recently visited the inside of this mall. I've been here to pick-up an order from Dick's Sporting Goods, watch a movie at Harkin Theater and once a long time a go to pick-up a skincare kit from Sephora. Last week was my first time walking through it and I was impressed it was only one story. The white ceiling with the half circle shape looks a little creepy and fascinating at the same time. It's giving I'm in a tunnel and I need to get to the other side. It's a clean, big mall and it's still going strong and hasn't been turned into a "vibe" with apartment buildings being built over certain wings of the mall. Lot's of parking, off the 605 and the 91. Cute.

Los Cerritos Center is a solid mall with a good mix of stores and places to eat. It's clean, easy to walk around, and a nice place to spend some time shopping or grabbing food. Overall it's a good spot to hang

Kinda surprised at this mall as I didnt know it was here. Quite similar to santa anita mall. It doesn't have the dingy mall feel compared to other malls, quite circulated air with nice lighting, big space. Parking lot does seem to fill up fast. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and it can be hard to find drinking water stations. Has your typical assortment of malls. Theres a really cute charm shop by nordstrom where you can make your own charm bracelets/they have dupes for popular trending brands and labubu clothes/keychains.

The stores are great, never any problems. I come here often and never have a bad time. They have good prices here and there, a good selection of stores to choose from. The service in NOrdstrom earlier today was good. Got a deal, they worked out an even better discount on a selection of sweaters I was considering. Beautiful start to my rainy day here in socal!

Do NOT get your Santa pictures here in 2025!! I have been coming to do Santa pictures here since I was a child and took my two children today with reservations, I was in shock how rude and disrespectful the girls working there were to me and my family. I grew up in Cerritos and have spent most of my life shopping in this mall so this Yelp review is only for the company in charge of the mall Santa. myhappymoments.com. Santa however was very pleasant and was able to hold my 1 year old with no issues, however the girls working behind the camera and especially the one checking out customers was extremely disrespectful. Her response to questions about the pricing was rude and short, when I finished paying for my overpriced package (min. $45 since the reservation website does not tell you that you have to reserve a spot it cost you $30 to do so, only 20 that goes towards your actual purchase) I said Thank you so much, happy holidays! She threw up the peace sign at me with her face sideways and looked away. I couldn't believe it. Please do better Cerritos mall in hiring staff that can show a minimum ounce of holiday spirit!

If you like nice retail stores and good food options, this is the mall for your best interest. Our favorite store is Nordstrom with a great dining experience within. We like to have lunch and then go shopping afterwards. Plenty of excellent stores to shop from like Miniso, Mac Makeup, Zara, Apple Store, and many more. Always have good deals and sales all around year round. Check out their food court offering various goodies like pizzas, Chinese food, sandwiches, and so much more. Green Crush is our absolute favorite for their fresh aguas frescas drinks. Nice to have on a hot day to hydrate with tons of health benefits. Potatoes Corner is our next favorite spot to indulge with cream cheese and chives mixed half with nacho cheese french fries. Lickin' fingers good! Then grab some delicious drinks at North Italia. Surely, it didn't disappoint me. Parking can be a bit of a hassle on weekends, but get there early to avoid the crowds. Good mall to spend half a day for your enjoyment.

Nice mall, good selection. Restaurants are getting fancier. Parking gets really full on weekends. Service depends on each store. Lots of out of towners come here.

The good: This is a medium to small sized shopping mall that was clean, open and not too crowded. There's a food court, some restaurants, some kiosks that sell foods (potato snack stand, frozen yogurt, aguas frescas, macarons, crepes, etc). There was plenty of parking. The ceilings are high with ample natural lighting. I think Nordstrom's was the most high-end store here. It's a single-story mall which was nice for us with kids. The bad: I was hoping the mall had an indoor kids' play areas. The interesting: You can rent car-shaped strollers here for $12.

The people out there were loud,i also checked out the food court and there are about 10 restaurants out there. Nice service and good hotel! I recommend you going onto this mall

Always come to this mall when I'm in the area just to check out Nordstrom's and Zara's. Otherwise, I'm not really into this stores or selections they have. They have good values though of stores that are feasible! They have decent service, so that makes it good. I just feel they can add better selections and styles to the mall. You walk through here pretty fast because it's not a lot of stores that I typically go in. They have good eateries though and movie theatre here. They have California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang's, and Cheesecake Factory. Those are pretty popular here And does get a lot of Business. Overall, it's just ok nothing to special or will often come. They use to have Morphe Cosmetics, which I loved but they closed down. I hope they add more stores to make it a better experience. The Zara is decent and the Nordstrom's have good deals. Easy parking all over the mall to! And only one level ! -Marshay D.

Great mall, last of a dying breed. Great stores, food, ambiance etc. great choice of restaurants and it has a Harkins theater. Nice place to shop or just have a leisure stroll and have a snack or two.

Although the small has a lot of selection, it does not have a lot of high-end selections, but you can get them at Nordstrom per se has tons of restaurants in an amazing food court. It also has your local average shopping stores like forever 21 Bath & body Works and another options I really came here for the pot bar, which they did not but they did have a pot Mart vending machine. It is a good mall to just kinda walk around and it's a single floor so it's very much accessible for anyone who will be coming in store

This mall is small and easy to maneuver around. They have enough stores for the entire family to shop. I shop here when I am in the area. I love to go to Macy's, Nordstrom, Zara, and Forever 21. They have the Cheesecake Factory inside the mall and a movie theater. Ample parking and surrounding restaurants and stores on the outskirts. The service and value selection are reasonable, especially with a sale. Great selection of stores from high to low.

super clean mall with such great stores! I went to noi noa and everyone was so kind. i would make an extra trip just to go there!

Have not been to this mall for a while; it looks like they have some businesses moved out but also have some stores moved in. It's not a big mall but they offer more affordable stores for families especially for teens or kids. Their food court has pretty good variety of food and plus they have little kid tables. Parking was not a problem at all and it's free.

One of our favorite malls! They have a decent selection of shops -- from the Apple Store to Michael Kors. There's also usually an event being held at a certain area in the mall which is nice. A lot of stores have been removed, however, but there are still a lot of popular ones. The place is really spacious so there's room to walk and not worry about bumping into people. I also liked how it was clean and quite organized. The prices were not too crazy and the stores are very affordable. Everyone is very nice and the employees at the shops we went to were accommodating. We love coming here!

2nd time coming to this mall. Excellent place to spend a few hours walking around, window shopping lol, and grabbing a bite in their food court. Also, just found out that there is a movie theater here too. I got to walk the whole mall and found it. The mall was busy, but not crowded. On a Saturday afternoon (Around 5:30 pm), there was still a few parking spots left. I'm assuming everyone is at the beach. But we really liked this mall, even though it's about a 45 minute drive for us.

I've been here twice now I think? The mall is very open and spacious. Lots of shops to look at. The food court is situated oddly though. Ample parking on all sides of the mall.

It's always fun to stroll through the mall and window shop. When I find myself in the area I'll stop by to get my steps in and grab a bite to eat. Plenty of parking spaces, but you may have to drive around to find one. The food court has many choices with seating in a community style area., there are also many eateries outside the mall to choose from.

Terrible service at the Aeropostale store employees not helpful at all,they don't offer any help and they do not feel like they are happy working there

Love going to the Cerritos Mall, however, DO NOT GO TO THOSE HAIR KIOSK IN THE MIDDLE. Specically the Hair for You in front of the Vans store. The women that work there are shady and tell you one price, and then another. She also kept telling me "Don't tell no one" over and over again. I ended up having a bad reaction to the hair products and went to return the products, and they would not take them and issue an refund. I requested to speak to a manager, and they said there was no management and you have to "go through the company". I went on the website and they also do not offer returns if purchased through a vender. This Kiosk stand is an ultimate scam as there is no one that know what to do- and the workers there are like robots repeating things over and over again. Everything else in the mall is great, just need these scammy kiosk out.

I personally enjoy walking around this mall. Everything is spacious, modern, and clean looking. I also like that it's not overly crowded. Would come back again!

My favorite place to shop and eat. Never had a bad experience and this place always has good customer service for whatever store or restaurant I decide to go to. I actually just love Cerritos period! It just seems like the city of Cerritos is the home of good customer service and great atmosphere. It's just something about the city as a whole but Los Cerritos Center is my go to outside of the Lake wood mall.

Really modern mostly one story mall with Macy and Nordstrom anchoring each end. I really liked the architecture of the inside, especially the contoured, cylindrical, ceiling...and the store selection were ones that our family shops at (Nordstrom, Uniqlo, Zara). There's some comfortable places to sit and wait, as well. It was getting fairly busy around lunchtime, but there is a lot of parking spaces, so no issues there. WIth plenty of natural light, and well-maintained surfaces, this is probably the nicest medium size mall in the South LA County area.

It's a good place for shopping, strolling, window shopping, taking break from daily life and even enjoy a movie @ Harks Theatre.

The layout of this mall is pretty odd, not very user friendly. But they do have a good mix of stores and lots of unique food nearby. One star extra for the food options. It was really difficult to find the Lulu store at this mall!

Nice place to visit inside like a mall. Just wish they had keep bathrooms bit more cleaner. Gets fairly crowded to shop. Your best bet is try to go on weekdays if able for a better experience. I went to hang out for a few things with a close friend. Good to see a comfortable layout though.

the starbucks team is so sweet there. Every time I go in they're so nice and always make sure to say hi to each other !

Great mall located in Cerritos which has one floor with probably around 150+ stores including Nordstrom and Macy's and a large food court. They have a few good restaurants including PF Changs, Lazy Dog, and California Pizza Kitchen, among others. They have a lot of variety in stores and you can you get everything you need here. I love the vaulted ceilings and architecture of this mall and it's very spacious as well. Get there early around 10 to 11 am to beat the crowds!

online it shows that Armani exchange is there but when I went it was not there at all. I would like if they could update their website and show that armani is there bc I had my hopes up. This mall really let me down

The place was clean and not too noisy because there is not the crowd of the old days. The food court was only maybe 25% full. It was a bad weather day so I expected it to have more customers. The only store that was busy was the Apple Store. The other store had maybe 3 - 4 people. There were not a lot of the loud young kids like the old days. The mall was pretty quiet I'm guessing it's not the hang out anymore. They had a number of vacancies all through the mall, including the food court the stores I think the only thing that was the only thing that was full was the kiosk in the middle .. There where a lot of sales. If you like my reviews follow me.

Bathrooms are never clean, even right when the mall opens, before customers even get a chance to use them... the bathrooms are not clean. Come prepared, use the bathroom before you leave home.

Thank you to Aaron and Ruben for the excellent customer service they provided for us. We were taken care of and Ruben made sure of it. He gave us a breakdown of various information and broke down down the payments from lease to financing. Ruben valued our time and we highly recommend coming in and talking with him if you need help! Aaron was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we test drove, going over every detail of the car. So if you are looking for a car come see Aaron and Ruben! They'll really value your time and make sure you get the best deal possible!

I found the workers to be very helpful! However I found the manager on duty to be rude, unfriendly, and could not explain himself and when I did just agree with him he was RUDE and terminated the conversation. I will drive to Torrance before entering this store again!!

It's been a long time since I've been to Cheesecake Factory so I was excited. I expected a wait since it was the weekend so an hour later I was finally seated. Because it was so crowded there was also a long wait to be served but the manager apologized and kept us updated. The food was still as good as I remembered and the selection was vast. The value was what I expected considering the quality of the food.

3.8/5 A very good mall with mid to high quality shops providing selections for all budgets. There's the usual Zara, Forever 21, Macy's and other dept stores but there's also Giorgio Armani and other high end brands. There's even a movie theater here! One floor but wide and spacious with several corners and extra wings on each concourse. It's clean and well maintained. Lots of lights and high ceilings bring about a refreshing atmosphere. Decent food court with diverse options. Diverse clientele as well. Definitely better than many of the other malls in its local region.

A nice place to walk around and look at the shops...I like the Apple Store and the Food Court the most!

My 2nd time here in a week. It's the best mall we have near Long Beach besides Lakewood mall, and downtown Long Beach outdoor mall and Lakewood hanger mall. It's the most designer ish mall. It's a chill mall. Very good air flow flowing through. Many new restaurants here but the best store here is Nordstroms other than Apple and Zara, there is a nice movie theater.
