Cert Accommodation

I am from Ukraine. Booked this apartment for night 21 to 22 of June. Asked the owner about check in at 14:00, he said that it’s ok and we can meet with him at this time. We found a location that was noticed, called to owner, but the number was wrong! We wrote to him at gmail, but he didn’t answer. We wrote a lot of times, but nobody answered. We were without apartment, alone at the street and in other country!! I don’t recommend this owner!! It’s awful!! It is the worst holiday in my life!

The address does not match the residence. The owner has not contacted us, the phone was switched off!! At the appointed time of arrival, we stood under the hotel, waiting to be met, but even the location is not clear! They didn't wait for a reply by mail, they just ignored us! Came for the first time in Bucharest and met such a terrible service! I do not recommend at all!!

Numele meu este Dimitar Alexiev, iar jobul meu este să merg în diferite locuri și să fac review-uri. M-au trimis la București pentru o plimbare de 3 zile, mi-a plăcut un apartament pe booking, l-am rezervat, dar când am ajuns, mi-au dat o adresă complet diferită de cea anunțată pe site și în e-mail, după ce am ajuns, am fost dus într-un bloc vechi, care era murdar, prost intretinut si mirosea a batrani insuportabil de mult. La telefon, asa presupusa proprietara mi-a explicat ca ne-a cazat in apartamentul acesta, de 5 ori mai mic, pentru ca in celalalt are ceva probleme cu apa. Suntem 4 persoane si cu totii am fost foarte dezamagiti. Explicatia ei nu este un motiv suficient ca sa ne cazeze intr-un apartament mizerabil. Nu recomand aceasta firma, nu mergeti acolo.
