I’ve been coming to Cervecería San Pancho for years, and it’s usually one of my favorite places in town. The food is always tasty, the beer is great, and Edi (the owner) is just the kindest — always smiling and making people feel at home. I’ve brought friends, family, guests and always had a good time.
However, last week I had a really frustrating experience. I placed my order and waited... and waited... and waited over 40 minutes. I finally went up to the bar to check in politely, and the young woman who attended me was incredibly rude. No explanation, no apology, just a cold, dismissive attitude. Honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth — and I hadn’t even gotten my food yet.
I know places get busy, but the way customers are treated matters. I still love the spirit of the place and hope this was just a fluke. But if this is the direction things are going, I might have to rethink where I bring my guests.
