We have our annual get together here for many years. I love the staff, and the bar, Steak house is pricey, but worth every $, "inflation lol." but more importantly, right now do yourself a favor and go see the Elvis show. He's not just good, he spooky, he is channeling Elvis himself from the voice,to the Look, to the mannerisms, the kid is really funny and very very talented. I definitely will be back just to see the show again. They originally were just scheduled till this September 2024 but they just got signed for another year so come see him a couple times bring friends! it's one of the best shows I've ever seen.

I was a little turned off by all the negative reviews. Me & my husband were pleasantly surprised. The pricing was good & we would definitely stay here again. Pros: Room was comfortable and nice (we upgraded to a remolded room.) All the food within the hotel was amazing. Our room was quiet, they have thick walls. Cons: The buffet and the other bigger restaurants we're closed during our 4 day stay without signs or notice. The AC wasn't consistently cold throughout the hotel. Including our room, it wasn't awful but I'm a hot person and it was in June in Vegas. I didn't like how they pushed their timeshare on you. We had to tell them several times on several occasions that we weren't interested.

Clean enough and comfortable enough and staff was friendly. Biggest complaint was we reserved a room with a king size bed but when we arrived they stuck us in a room with two queens What's the point of a reservation if they don't honor it Lame

You have to remember it ~$150 a night. I had some trouble with my suite (guess there was a leak), so we stayed in a cheap room which was fine for the price. Showers were new, sheets were clean. Elevators (at least the north ones) were brutal. Kind of a fun casino with low limits.

Our stay was short but very enjoyable we specifically went to see The King Comes Home a show that just got extended to June of 25'. The show was amazing and I would encourage you to check it out. Intimate venue and I swear Elvis was in that house!!!!! Daniel Durston definitely has studied and perfected his craft. The hotel was clean and nice updated rooms staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

We went to watch Air Supply concert. It was amazing. The theater is very close to the stage and had a very good view of the artist. We didn't stay here just to see the concert .

The Westgate Las Vegas has seen better days but is a decent option for conventions or to explore Old Vegas. They are located off strip, but the hotel is on the monorail and loop system. Parking is generous, but we arrived by taxi. Like many, we were here for a convention as the hotel is close to the convention center. It's easy to access the indoor walkways to the center, but the quickest route is to walk out the front door and down Elvis Presley Blvd. Unfortunately the location is difficult to access other Las Vegas destinations not on the monorail system. This used to be the International then Las Vegas Hilton and was a jewel in the day. The hotel feels smaller than the mega resorts now due to low ceilings and a darker feel. The casino seems pretty small but has a large sports book. Check in and out were average with typical wait times and hassles. The room was decent as well. I had a double queen with one good and one poor mattress. My view of the strip was amazing. The ceilings are low. Bathroom was small but converted to a large shower which was nice. Everything was functional but old. Rooms don't have coffee makers. During peak times the hotel is overwhelmed. Lines for coffee and elevators are rough. Everything is very expensive in the hotel including food and sundries. Staff were great and friendly which was very nice. It's hard to recommend staying here but it's also hard to recommend not staying here. It's good for conventions or if you get a deal, but it lacks the location and feel of the modern strip resorts. Just make sure to wave to Elvis!

Recently stayed here this past memorial day weekend and I'm pretty sure I won't be staying here again‍ this used to be at the top of the list for my places to stay in Vegas but with the timeshare sellers taking over and the bathroom faucet nearly taking off my leg. Just use caution when it comes to booking here

An old hotel, that could be maintained better, the best thing about this hotel was the Jen Krammer, magic show, and they do have an excellent gym... My room was not made when I came in after a full day out experiencing St. Paddy's Day at 9:45pm, on my second night, calling the night manager, "Brody" who "sincerely" apologized, and offered to deduct the $45.00 room tax for that night, what a sport... At 10:25 I called him since the housekeeper had not arrived yet to cancel the request since I had to be up the next morning at 4:30 to drive to the Grand Canyon he again, offered his "sincere" apology and that was it, not even a hint of any type of comp, " he said he has " no control" over housekeeping, but he certainly has control over comps...! The first night, after two minutes in the shower, I'm s standing in 3" of water because it is not draining. Some of the caulk around the bathtub is not in good shape, and there's a hole in the wall where the shower head is installed (the plate for the head is not installed to the wall) very professional... The room was dark, and dingy, and could really use an update which is long overdo, and for the dark, and dingy hallways as well. To top it off when I went to check out, as I'm walking away, I noticed the statement had another credit card number on it that was not mine, my for credits, I was owed, the receptionist tried to say that when I tapped my card at check in the number was reflected as the number which was wrong, which made it necessary for me to ask to have the manager to intercede to get it straightened out... All in all, if your going to " Vegas Baby" you'll be much happier if you stay elsewhere.

Went here for a dance competition, the hotel was great, not the best though. Service: 2.5/5 It took hours for my luggage and the service was kind of poor. The hotel staff were very nice too. Cleanliness: the place was very clean , the pool was also very nice. Overall: Overall this place is good for nice price. 3.0/5.0

This hotel was meh. Stayed here for a work conference for 3 nights. Our room smelled like weed, the refrigerator didn't work, had to pump the lever on the toilet for it to flush. It was also very dark and outdated (room and hallway). I did enjoy the view of the golf course and mountains from the 5th floor, and it was very convenient since our conference was on the main floor. The accommodations from Westgate for the conference weren't great compared to other conferences I've been to for the same company. Breakfast was just muffins, fruit, and yogurt- all put away within the first hour. Coffee was also put away within the first hour of an 8 hour day, and the hot water dispenser for tea was always empty. Wouldn't choose to stay here (if I had the choice).

If you want to be hounded by people offering you a free lunch for a 5 hour timeshare presentation then westgate is for you. The only good thing about this hotel are the onion rings at the sports bar- really delicious. The gym is also very nice but all in all too many workers trying to sell you a timeshare... they are everywhere!!! Enter the hotel, timeshare people, get off the elevator, timeshare people. Literally you cannot turn a corner without running into one of them

Westgate is a good hotel. Team members are polite. Rooms are clean. The thing is when we let the housekeeping clean our room, our son's stuff toy since he is a baby (his security blanket) went missing. We made sure we look around before calling housekeeping. It probably mixed with the blanket when cleaning. They told us its a 3rd party company that is doing their laundry. We are hoping they will try and reach out to us. We will appreciate to find it.

I don't think I would stay at Westgate again. The room could have been cleaned better. The employees pushed investing in the timeshare pretty hard on passerbys. While we were sleeping, an employee attempted to enter the room to bring us soap and change the shower curtain. Luckily, I'd put the latch on. At first glance the room was attractive but upon closer inspection we refused to sit on the bench at the foot of the bed. The tub could have benefitted from a decent scrubbing. The pool area was nice. The lounges a bed started at $125 for the day. There were shallow areas for the little people to play safely. The highlight of my stay at Westgate hotel was the omelet bar at the buffet restaurant. The buffet as a whole looked pretty tasty with lots of options. In summary, too many other options in the same price range to visit again.

They are so nice! From the moment you walk in everyone is so attentive. They take your criticism seriously and make meticulous notes in order to improve.

Not to bad off the strip location love the free valet parking they were amazing! Especially on a Super Bowl weekend hotel seem beautiful upon entrance staff is friendly and no one pressured us too badly since it is a timeshare hotel they try to get you to buy in. We didn't want to waste our time for free stuff not worth our time. The coffee shop here was great Starbucks affiliated. No complaints there Bathroom were clean and only thing bad was a dirty sheet we got when we first checked in our room I didn't bother to complain since we were only sleeping in one bed. Pillow and bed was comfy. Make sure to upgrade your room to premiere since it's remodeled. I here bad reviews on the rooms that aren't also east elevators out of the 4 by the time we left only one was operating. Loved the monorail next to hotel to go to the strip a must recommend instead of Ubering or driving buy online and it'll save you time and money.

We had someone named Cody trying to sell us a timeshare who was super rude in the end, all because we didn't want to purchase one. What was supposed to be a 90 minute presentation turned into a 4 hour presentation. After we said no multiple times for over 10 minutes he started insulting us. Definitely poor customer service!

My mom brought us here a few years ago and I fell in love with this hotel, the location, the cleanliness, the staff. We go to Vegas about 2-3 times a year and this is the only hotel we choose to stay at. I wanna say it is fairly cheap compared to other rooms we have looked at. I like that it is off the strip and away from all of the traffic. Another plus is that it's walking distance to the monorail that you can take to the strip. I like having the monorail option if you want to drink you don't have to worry about driving. Overall this hotel is amazing, the location, the staff, the prices, the cleanliness. It's everything we appreciate and that's why we continue to come here every Vegas trip.

First time at the west gate. I've always heard mixed reviews but I wasn't sure what to think. Parking was easy! It was simple to find the front doors & figure out where to go for a show. My sister & I watched the Tyler Henry show. It's an older casino but wasn't bad in my opinion. The staff was helpful when asked questions. The show venue was Elvis's old show room which was a cool fact to know. Small venue, good view from anywhere. Easy to find out way out.

This hotel was formerly called the International Hotel. Under its original name, it opened in 1969. It was also referred to by the Las Vegas Hilton and the Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Formerly, in the past the grounds the Westgate Hotel stands on what was the Las Vegas Park. A place where the horses ran around the track. Built away from the strip, they broke ground in 1968. Due to its name sake, the International Hotel brought an array of different styles and culture messes together. They offered decor was all over the world. Many types of cuisine were made available too: such as Japanese, Bavarian, Italian, and Mexican. The first act that was scheduled was Barbara Streisand; then the famous seven year run of Elvis Presley. As we move to the modern era of music many acts play here. Each year the Big Blues Bender tour makes its appearance each year too. What an incredible experience? If your a blues fan this is a bucket list engagement that you will never want to miss. As in the early days of the International Hotel, The Hilton, and now the Westgate the food is a little bit of all types of cuisine from around the globe. Have a steak one night, pizza the next, maybe a sandwich. The choices are truly endless. As you make your way to your room, you'll not be spending too much time here. Come down to the casino floor. Each night the hotel offers live music engagements with many types of entertainment. Dance and sway as the band entertains you. We attended the Big Blues Bender show; they offered so many opportunities to engage in a little bit of music at every moment. You just have to select whom your going to see. That's the hard part! Shall we go outdoors for some sun, the pool is open to swim or sit and watch the day go by. They offer live musicians during special occasions and for events. Make sure and bring water. They offer towels and many places to sit around the pool. The acoustics are outstanding as you enjoy what the musician offering you. Are you still interested? Maybe a little persuasive influence will engage you. After dancing and shimming around you will be smiling all the way to your soul. The hotel staff have gone beyond their expectations to give you the full "Vegas experience." Come and stay awhile. The prestige of the hotels history is rich and masterful. All one needs to do is grab the ones you love and come on down.

I am SO shocked at all the poor reviews this place has... it was a FANTASTIC experience! My room was upgraded to a Napa themed high roller suite and it was absolutely gorgeous! I was on the 28th floor with a great view. I do wish I had more time to enjoy the full suite. Great dining options on site, relatively easy valet, and very friendly service. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because if there is an event or anything getting into the resort is pretty terrible. It took nearly an hour for us and we were backed nearly a mile up the street on the main road.

Full disclosure; I won a radio contest that placed me at Westgate, which I previously only knew as "that timeshare hotel that used to be LVH" next to our timeshare ownership at Hilton. To say that this trip took my breath away is an understatement. From the check in to check out, we were impressed by how little influence the time share part had on our trip - but to be fair: we know the traps of LV shows in return for an "hour" of your time in a high pressure environment. The room was Full Vegas. Comfortable bed; all the amenities you would need to enjoy your Vegas vacation. (Fridge, Microwave, sink dishwasher: etc) The casino floor itself is incredible- lots of high payouts on low bets, and would you believe me if I told you, I spent $400 to gamble and have fun for close to 20 hours? Such a fun weekend- here are the highlights. We had one brunch at Freah Buffet - $120 including tip to have so much food and bottomless mimosas. In addition, Free cocktails at the slots; and if you tip well, the waitress will treat you like VIP - even if you're not a part of their club. My favorite part was our time at the sports book. All of the sports ball things you could ever imagine in HD, and right in front of your face. The VIP experience is beyond, (again part of my contest winnings) John and Chana hooked us up even though our reservation was botched by the prize company, and we had amazing food from the concessions nearby, delivered straight to our table. The low points of this experience don't even knock off a star - this place is gorgeous and I hope I get to return soon!

Really run down hotel rooms, clogged drain (maintenance guy was super nice though), rude staff yelling at us to see our room key when she saw us at the check in just seconds before, having to go through a maze just to get to the parking structure... these are just a few of the things we experienced while staying at Westgate.

I visited the Westgate Las Vegas recently. I went primarily to see the Elvis statue. I was pleased to see the statue along with photos of Elvis and other notable public figures. I enjoyed my visit. I like the color scheme of the place and lights. It had a warm vibe.

If every casino in Vegas has a theme, based on spending some time in the Westgate last night, i'm thinking maybe theirs is...a good place to get married and take pictures in the front entrance??? We were there for the BARRY MANILOW show, but still checked out the casino, heck, I even won $27 on electronic roulette! The casino seemed smallish although there was an adjacent sports booking arena (?) which was HUGE, maybe thats their point of distinction. Overall ok, I mean I was there to see BARRY, if that had not been the case, would I have stayed at the Westgate longer? Probably not.

We came this weekend because it's our first anniversary - we stayed here nearly 2 years ago when he proposed. But this isn't the room I payed for - and the toilet hasn't worked right all weekend - Have you ever tried to have a sexy weekend with a broken toilet ?! And this morning it took over 2 hours to come do something about it ? This is the second time it clogged up. All this money we paid and our memories are going to be of a broken toilet. Maybe we'll laugh about it someday but today I'm just in tears. I tried to plan this weekend for us and I'm just so disappointed.

Rooms are a bit outdated. Be prepared to wait 15-20 mins for their elevators. Their elevators are ridiculous. We were on the 12th floor and it was coming down from other floors, it didnt even bother to stop on our floor and just went straight to the casino. Your best bet is to go to the upper floors or take the stairs instead of waiting 15-20 mins waiting for the elevator to stop on your floor. They need to seriously fix their elevators. The lines are extremely long because of this issue. Very unacceptable. The parking garage is free, so that was great. Overall, i would not stay at this hotel ever again and stay at a different hotel.

Westgate Las Vegas treats their owners very good. The owners lounge is open from 7am to 7pm. Light breakfast and light snacks during the day. All the greeters are very nice and respectful and really serious about cleanliness. 1 bedroom is very clean spacious and housekeeping is great. The Casino smells good unlike other casinos that smell like smoke. The pool is nice they play good music but if you have kids no pool toys are allowed and children have to wear life vests.

The staff was friendly and my room had zero issues. The coffee breakfast wait will be like a TSA line so proceed with caution. The bars are open late and packed with customers so you will never feel alone. The hotel is immense so I always took a wrong turn finding my room.

Called multiple times to try and get information. They have the worst phone system. Got redirected in an endless loop. Finally got a hold of a rep and was connected immediately to a survey. Finally gave up. Plenty of other places to spend my money

I am utterly disgusted with my experience at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. My fiancé and I were subjected to the most humiliating and unjust treatment, and I feel compelled to warn others about the nightmare that is this establishment. Our ordeal began when we were suddenly surrounded by security in an intimidating manner and trespassed from the casino without any explanation. It wasn't until I escalated the situation to upper management that I discovered the absurd reason: I was winning too much on the slot machines. Yes, you read that correctly. Winning too much. This is how Westgate treats its patrons who dare to have a lucky streak. The environment at Westgate is far from welcoming. The casino is infested with prostitutes, panhandlers, and drug addicts. It's not uncommon to be harassed by people asking for money if you're winning or even to be approached by addicts occupying machines for hours on end, sometimes sleeping at them. Despite this, Westgate's priority is not maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for its guests but rather targeting and ejecting players who win more than they'd like. The facilities are in a deplorable state. The restrooms are filthy, a clear indication of how little regard Westgate has for cleanliness and guest comfort. Yet, while they ignore these basic standards, they are quick to act against anyone who is winning too much. My fiancé, who did nothing wrong, was also trespassed simply for being with me. This is beyond unacceptable. We were treated like criminals for having a bit of luck, while real issues like theft and harassment are blatantly ignored. Regular homeless individuals wander around the property, stealing luggage, strollers, and anything else they can get from unsuspecting tourists, yet Westgate's focus remains on ousting winning players. When I tried to address this with upper management, I was met with indifference. The matter was dismissed to the Vice President of Security, Bill Joseph, who upheld the trespass without any real consideration for our side of the story. The lack of accountability and the sheer arrogance of the staff are staggering. It's worth noting that slot machines operate on random number generators (RNGs), meaning you can't cheat or beat them consistently. My winnings did not impact the casino's profits, yet I was still ejected. Despite this, Westgate sees winning as a threat and acts accordingly. This policy clearly shows they do not support responsible gaming but rather prey on vulnerable, intoxicated players who mindlessly feed money into the machines. I reached out to Cami Christensen, the President & General Manager, only to be brushed off to Bill Joseph. This speaks volumes about the level of care and service you can expect at Westgate - none. In summary, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is a place where winning is punished, and genuine issues are ignored. They care more about their bottom line than their guests' experience or safety. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this appalling establishment. There are plenty of other casinos in Las Vegas that will treat you with the respect and fairness you deserve. One star is generous - if I could give zero, I would. What kind of casino kicks out players who win too much? An evil one. Avoid Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino at all costs.

Nice spot... i'm here for the Kool and Gang concert! It's hard coming places and not working. I'm used to working at events like this.. sounds really good. The crowd tonight was amazing! Also, My Usher was so helpful, we arrived a little late, but it did not stop me from getting a great seat!. The Westgate is a nice spot for entertainment! There was also another Live band around the corner from the concert once it was over!

So far my stay has been complicated. Shortage of rooms. Bars closing by 12. I thought this was Vegas baby.. Turned in a great stay. Older historic resort restaurants are great. Can't wait to return.

I'm a owner at westgate..booked my week last year.went with my confirmation number and then didn't have my room..stuck me in a small room with 4 people and a bed and couch..couch had a hide a bed but it had no bedding g at all.called for bedding brought 1 blanket and said they were out of pillows..springs were poking thru..absolutely horrible..I pay my yearly maintenance and that's what I get..know I'll be contacting g my attorny so I can rid .y self of this timeshare.

We were walking down the strip and we had dozens of people aka body snatchers approach us to go to a presentation about Westgate time shares. We shared with them that we have 3 time shares already and they said no worries just clme and have lunch with us and we will give you all this stuff for free. Come on man, do it for me as I get credit. We decided to hear what they had to say. We went back the next day to hear the 90 min presentation that turned into 3 HOURS!!!! The lunch was horrible to say the least. We listened to the presentation which was very long winded but he had to ho through the motions even though we know it works. When it came down to numbers they presented us a 2 bedroom villa for 108k!!!! Plus yearly maintenance fees! Are you out of your mind? We said no so they came back with a lower number then again and again all the way down to 7k. How do you go from 108k to 7k for the sane thing. They would not take no for an answer and I had to get rude for them to let us go. It was ridiculous! I would NEVER give my money to this establishment.

Where is the ZERO star??? It took the bellhop 2+ hours to bring our luggage to our room, which had my mother's breathing machine, which she drastically needed due to the moldy room, carpet and curtains... Refrigerator was broken TV wouldn't turn on Inability to control temperature in the rooms although there is a digital thermostat, you have to call engineering to get into the ceiling to flip a switch to control either hot or cold... can't have both or control it on your own... Extremely concerned about carbon monoxide poisoning because of the poor equipment and low performing staff Stairwells filthy with animal feces and wreaked of cigarette smoke Benihana's was out of about half of the items on their menu. It would've been easier for them to order for us since everything we chose was unavailable DEPLORABLE customer service Smelly dirty room Bodily fluids on bed skirt Trash under bed Wallpaper falling off walls and put back up with green electrical tape Elevator capacity and frequency was horrible Hotel stay was so bad that I decided to never go back to Las Vegas

The staff is wonderful, live music nightly and the bartender Jackie made us feel amazing! She gave us so much helpful information, just like family :). Made our visit great -loved it!!

To Josiah, one of the representatives that helped us with our timeshare he was very professional and helpful. If you are interested in timeshare I will recommend Mr. Josiah. Tell him Mary Wallace said hello. Oh yeah the room/ condo were all beautifully decorated you are going to love. Prices to fix your budget too.

It's 100F in vegas and my room has no air conditioning. It's just blowing out hot stale air. Went down to the front desk they say they are fully booked and can't move me. It's been 3 hours since I've reported the issue and still no maintenance guy. I want to go to sleep but I'm sweating like a dog. My friend got me a good deal on the room. Probably should have spent the extra money and stayed somewhere else.

The bed bug issues is what concerns me. Does Barry's room have bed bugs I don't think so we were here for my granddaughters cheerleading competition but did not stay do to bed bugs and pricey food

Sad news but I feel compelled to repot so that anyone considering a timeshare or association with this resort. We were returning to the pool after patroning this pool all week as timeshare owners. As we entered, we were accosted by a gentleman in a suite, no introduction or indication of his role, who tried to prevent us from entering the pool with drinks purchased at the pool previously during the week. He asked me for a physical receipt which is laughable in 2024. However as an owner we have a running log of purchases. So when I mentioned this, he replied, "being an owner doesn't mean anything." To which I replied, sir, I am explaining that you can look up my purchases. Based on your behavior do you want us to leave?" Finally he left us alone and we proceeded to the pool. I wonder if Westgate Resorts agrees with this staff member that being a timeshare owner for 20+ years means "nothing." Why conduct yourself that way? Why be so crude when I've spent 300+ dollars on food and drink at the pool?

Was definitely sacred based on the reviews to the point I almost cancelled and found somewhere else. I'm glad I didn't. It's a very nice hotel and super easy to navigate! Will def be staying here again! And a decent price too for a busy weekend.

I would never stay here again. We had to change rooms 4 times. First night, we arrived they didn't have any 2 bed rooms available. Fine that's understandable no problem, I don't mind switching the next day. 2nd room, we walked in and stayed all of 5 minutes because the room stunk of cigarettes. Got a headache almost immediately. 3rd room, it was absolutely disgusting, needed a deep cleanse. My first red flag should have been the left over hair tie on the floor as we walk in that was not ours. There were child handprints on the mirror, a disgusting shower, stains on the door and bed, a left over eyelash strip on the floor and worst of all, BLOOD ON THE SHEETS! I was livid I went downstairs they moved us rooms again. This time we inspected the room throughly before actually bringing our luggage up. This room was better than the last but still could be a lot cleaner. You would think after 2020 they would put in a little extra effort. Would not recommend, spend that little extra money and stay somewhere more clean.

The Westgate fell short on multiple levels due to their incompetence and urgency when dealing with customer concerns. This past weekend has to be one of the worst experiences since I've been to Vegas, and I've been to Vegas a lot. An incident occurred where my parents' truck got stolen from their parking garage. Their security team was unprofessional in handling the matter. They didn't even have access to their own cameras in their parking garage. Gives off inside job vibes. They acted as if this type of incident happen's often, and it was just another stolen car per usual. I highly recommend that no one stays here if you value peace of mind. We filed a police report and are currently pending a call that my parents' truck is found. Westgate needs better people working for them, especially in the hospitality business. Customer Service is Key, and they do not have it. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was my first time staying at at the Westgate. Westgate gave a nice first impression! No matter where you are in the hotel-casino, it is very clean and well maintained. From the Elvis statue to the awesome rain shower in the bathroom, this place was clean and comfortable. With several dining options, there's no problem finding something to eat in one convenient spot. I definitely took advantage of the coffee shop for my morning cup! My only complaint was the multitude of time share sales people who were ready to lure in those with the deer-in-the-headlights look as they tried to figure out where they were supposed to check in. Just remember that the checkin counter is right next to the lobby. Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely come back to the Westgate - Las Vegas.

Perfect location. Away from strip, but just a monorail ride away. Excellent bars, uninspired buffet(not worth the cost), cold beautiful room (no red hot moments here). Pool and fitness together. Free nightly concerts at the bar. I loved everything about this Westgate. The only negatives, there are no coffee/tea makers in the room. I'm a tea drinker and bring my tea. The Starbucks will sell you a cup of hot water for $1. Second, you will be asked about (your free gift) (timeshare sales) all the time. Sometimes by 5-6 different people as you try to get out the door. Unlike other Westgates, this is run more like a hotel with daily maid service. We just kept the do not disturb sign up. Some of the elevators will have a line, especially when the convention center lets out. Check the elevators by the pool. They are never busy, there are more of them and it's an easy walk to where you need to go. Also the spa was amazing with jacuzzis, hot/steam saunas and one of the best massages I have ever had. Expensive but worth it. Don't forget to get your Dole Whips at the pool bar.
