Ćevabdžinica Mrkva Baščaršija

My first cevapcici while in Sarajevo. And I wasn't disappointed. Truly delicious cevapcici. Nice and moist, and good service. The bread was soft, with kajmak and onions. The salad was fresh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. If you come to Sarajevo, stop by Mrkva.

Cevapi were really good, meaty and not dry. They had grill flavour and enough fat. Grilled bread was tasty too. I didn't quite like sharp/slightly bitter onion, Service was a bit chaotic. I'd definitely come back.

Stopped by Mrkva on our last day in Sarajevo, to get some food. I got the chicken skewers and cevapi. Both of which were delicious. Probably the best Cevapi we’ve had in Sarajevo. Staff were very friendly and provided us with excellent service.

Very nice grill restaurant for Cevapi and Sucuk. We got the bread, cevapi, sucuk, onions, kaymak and mustard mixed plate and loved everything. The service was also really nice and attentive.

For me, this is the best restaurant for Ćevapi on the famous street in Sarajevo. Ćevapi with yogurt is a must-try dish! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the cozy, traditional atmosphere makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

After walking around the wonderful Bascarsika area and near the lunch time, I decided to taste the local food. I really enjoyed the cosy environment, the cherful personnel and the delicious food. Well recommended. And wifi access… what else to ask? Just to enjoy!

Delicious authentic ćevapi, we ate it the traditional way with chopped onions and cream cheese. The meat was delicious, very affordable and filling. We also tried the chicken skewers which were very nice. Wonderful friendly service and the waiter who served us spoke fluent english. Halal also!

Coming from Canada, I was excited to get cevapi and I must say that my experience at Mrkva was amazing! They have the best cevapi, great service (no long waits for food) and great people working here. I would definitely recommend and cannot wait to come again!
