We looked for this restaurant because it was highly recommended as one of the oldest and most authentic in Sarajevo. We didn’t order ćevapi since we had already tried plenty at other places, but the food we did order was delicious and came out very quickly. The restaurant filled up fast, but we never felt rushed to finish or leave, which we really appreciated. The service wasn’t outstanding, but it was totally fine

first tried cevapi somewhere else and absolutely loved it, so I was excited to check this place out after seeing it ranked as one of the top-rated spots in the area. It definitely lived up to the hype! The food was delicious, authentic, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The cevapi had that perfect balance of juicy and smoky, and the sides complemented it really well. Even though the place was a bit cramped and quite busy, the service was impressively fast and friendly.

We wanted to try Chevapi and heard online that this place was good. This place was packed both inside and outside. However, despite that we managed to get a table with no wait. I could see why the place was soo busy, the chevapi was amazing. The meat was succulent and was perfectly complemented by the fresh bread and onions (traditional style). We did also get a chicken steak - it tasted good but I was expecting a breast piece rather than thigh.

One of the best place for cevapi in Sarajevo, got this recommend by our host and it was all worth it! Give it a try since the dishes here are authentic and will taste different from the ones you are used to!

Tried ćevapi in Sarajevo for the first time and really enjoyed it – delicious and satisfying. It would’ve been even better if the serving staff were a bit more friendly.

Cevapi was top class and staff were very polite. Service was quick and so getting a table was easy as food came fast. I got a Coke Zero, rice pieces of Cevapi in bread and some kujmak (cheese). It was all 11.50 BAM, as of MAR2025. I would say that it actually rivals the Ferhatovic Cevapi place on the other side of old town. Minor differences in spices but just as good. Some may even say it is better! Recommended for a quick bite!

Hands down the best Ćevapčići I’ve ever had – truly unforgettable! We each had 15 and loved them so much we came back the next day. Juicy, flavourful, perfectly grilled – absolute perfection. We had to wait approximately 10 minutes for a table but it was absolutely worth it! If you’re in Sarajevo, don’t miss this Ćevapčići. An absolute must!
