A superb establishment notable of a Michelin star. The dishes were fresh, creatively unique and delicious. Nothing we had was disappointing. The service was punctual and the food and drinks flood at perfect timing. There are no bad words to give. You should eat here!

The perfect dinner. From the moment we arrived, until we left, the service here at Ceviche 91 was outstanding. Each staff member that visited our table made us feel so welcome - everything was just perfect. Started with four excellently prepared cocktails, followed by an excellent array of appetizers and mains. The food was simply excellent, every bite. Desserts were also crafted with care. All in all, a wonderful spot, well worth the visit. 🌟 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In the 12 days we were on the island we have been the Ceviche 2x. As real foodies (and my man being a sous chef) we love good tasteful food that makes your taste buds happy. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Make a reservation! We didn't and barely got a table for dinner so before I tell you how good it is, make the reservation! You won't regret it. Another beautiful restaurant inside of the fort with seaside seating. The view and breeze are terrific! We had the ceviche 91 to get a variety. It was delicious. The server tells you the order to consume the different dishes. We also tried the calamari and it was okay but not the best in the island. Our server was wonderful. Highly recommend you try this place! It's cozy and wonderful! We went on a Thursday night and there was a fireworks display so go on Thursday if you can!

The food, my oh my, was absolutely exquisite. A delightful symphony of flavors that danced upon my palate. And let's not even get started on the view, it was a breathtaking spectacle that left me in awe. The service, well, it was top-notch. Truly impeccable. Oh, what a splendid experience it was! I highly recommend making reservations during the night, for it adds an extra touch of enchantment. And as for the drinks, they were nothing short of extraordinary. A perfect accompaniment to an already marvelous affair.

Amazing experience for Mother's Day with a lovely mother's day menu option. Gorgeous views over the ocean and a great breeze to stay cool. The food was delicious! Such a mix of flavours and even within each bite there was a flavour journey. The staff was also very nice and they helped make our dinner special. Definitely recommend this place and we are also definitely coming back.

We made reservations and was seated at the best seat, in my opinion, corner table on the deck by the water. We ordered calamari for our appetizer and it was very good. The main course was this shareable platter. Everything was cooked to perfection salmon, steak, and mainly the lamb chops. Our drinks were good as well. Our server was nice and came to check on us frequently. Overall, based on atmosphere, food, and service I give them a 9/10.
