CF Richmond Centre

This is the best mall in Richmond. They keep the place clean and tidy with fresh flowers too. If you have time, you can bring your kids to the mall, they have a section setup outside the Sport Chek. There are a small curling playing area there. The staff or volunteers are showing the kids how to play the game and the rules of the curling. It's a good start for little kids learning about the curling. The food court in the second floor is a nice area for a little rest and have a meal. There are a lots of choices for food too. It's a nice mall for your shopping.

I recently visited CF Richmond Centre and had a great experience. I spent some time at H&M and enjoyed a smooth shopping experience there with plenty of good selections. What I particularly appreciated was how family-friendly the environment is. The layout is easy to navigate, the facilities are well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is vibrant yet calm. Whether you’re looking for fashion, food, or just a relaxing walk indoors, CF Richmond Centre has something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

The largest mall in Richmond, conveniently located in a prime area with the SkyTrain station right across the street and plenty of parking available. It features a great mix of well-known brands and local shops, offering a wide variety of products to browse and buy. My favorite part is the food court—lots of food options from different cultures, with a spacious and open dining area. A wonderful place to shop, hang out, and meet friends.

Great Christmas decoration by the management, especially the huge tree. Unfortunately, we came across a many times that people walking their dogs in the mall. We reported to the security and the service center immediately but little action has been taken. Those are not service dogs so they should not be on the leash and walking around. I don't mind if they are in the carriages or strollers. I hope the management can pay attention to these issues.

I spent an afternoon at CF Richmond Centre and it felt like the easiest place to get everything done without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The mall is bright and well laid out, so moving from shops to food spots felt smooth, and I liked that there was a good mix of big brands and smaller stores. I’m very disappointed with the service at Fair Bee Bubble Tea in CF Richmond Centre. The staff handled a customer issue irresponsibly, refused to take any accountability, and even told us not to come back. That is completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. CF Richmond Centre is generally a well-managed shopping mall, but this kind of unprofessional and irresponsible behavior lowers the standard and damages the centre’s reputation and value. We hope the mall management takes this seriously, because this store’s conduct does not reflect the level of service customers expect at CF Richmond Centre.

The Bay department store is a highlight, with a fantastic selection of fashion, beauty, and home goods. The food court is top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options to satisfy any craving. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, there's something for everyone. The coffee shops are also a treat, perfect for a relaxing break or a quick caffeine fix. I love this mall. It's big but wide variety of shops- high end to small shops. My go-to stores are Muji, Uniqlo and little Japanese store. The food court could be better. I wish they have more variety of food options. Parking is always busy!
