I watched a movie in Gold Class at CGV Grand Indonesia and had the entire cinema to myself. The private experience made it feel extra luxurious. The reclining seat was spacious and comfortable, with a blanket provided, and the service was friendly and efficient. The picture and sound quality were good, everything you'd expect from a premium cinema. It's definitely more expensive than regular seats, but for the comfort, it was worth it that day.

It has several type of screens: Starium for biggest screen, 4DX with special seat effect (3D effect), Satin for extra comfort seat, or regular one for affordable ticket compared to other special screen. Even they often held special event like fan screening or premier movie event. You can buy the ticket directly in counter, using self order screen, or using online app.

The special screening was deeply unsatisfactory. If adequate accommodations for special screenings cannot be ensured, they should not be scheduled. Thousands of attendees experienced significant disruptions during the HSR special screening, including buffering, lag, time skips, and green screen issues. Moreover, neither the event organizer nor CGV offered on-site apologies, and the purported complimentary compensation was not equitably distributed.
