CH Hotel

Location is decent for access to oldtown but we were unable to get dinner in hotel on our final night. It was completely unavailable to residents as there was a private function but no information provided that it was closed until we went down to get food. We ended up getting dinner in the Mercure Hotel. Otherwise fine

I stayed at the hotel for a few nights. The room was nice, spacious, and very clean, with daily housekeeping that kept it well-maintained. The location is excellent and convenient, and there is parking available on a first-come, first-served basis – definitely a plus. However, the sink in the room was extremely small, barely usable with one hand. The breakfast was average and not worth the price charged – it’s better to eat out, where you'll find plenty of options at a fraction of the cost.

The staff is very friendly, the room was huge and the bathroom too, very clean and the parking is in front of the hotel, the breakfast area was nice and the coffee was also nice but could have more options. Very good location

Very clean! Warm in the room. Veeery acceptable food at the breakfast. Central location. Own parking... So perfect! Bravo!

Review of CN Hotel – Stay from July 2 to July 5, 2025 Updated Review – July 3rd Today, July 3rd, the hotel management kindly changed our room. The new room’s air conditioning is working perfectly, and we’re much more comfortable now. I’m happy to update my rating and give 5 stars for the rooms as well. Thank you to the staff for resolving the issue promptly. +++++++++ I have stayed at CN Hotel multiple times over the past summers, including during its previous ownership under the NH chain. While the hotel has always maintained a clean, modern, and spacious environment, and the staff remains friendly and professional—with a smooth and efficient check-in process—some significant changes have impacted the overall value. Since the hotel changed ownership a few years ago (along with a rebranding from NH to CN), room prices have more than doubled. Unfortunately, this price increase hasn't been matched by key infrastructure improvements. The biggest downside of my stay was the air conditioning. It was noisy and barely functional, making the room uncomfortably warm. When I brought this up, I was informed that the air conditioning system is old and many rooms suffer from the same issue. This is surprising and disappointing given the high rates now being charged. While I still appreciate the comfort, cleanliness, and service, the poor climate control—especially in the summer—makes it difficult to fully recommend this hotel unless significant upgrades are made.

Very cozy room and clean although I didn’t like the bathroom ! Could be a 5 star critic but the breakfast is really descent guys ! Breakfast is very important :)

I looked at several hotels before chosing this one and it turned out it was a good choice. In my opinion good value for money. Personnel really nice and helpful, rooms are clean, well maintaned and comfortable. Slipers in the room. The only thing I missed was some active ventilation in the bathroom. I gave 4 stars for room due to that but everything else was really good and I will definatelly stay here next fime. Comfortable bed, fridge, windows that open, nice furniture. Location is great, 10min walk to the old town with shops and restaurants and metro station. They keep your luggage locked as long as you need it, which was great for us. Breakfast is good (eggs, sausages, cheese, salami, vegetable, sweets, fruit, cereal, tea/coffee...), reasonably good selection. There was a bar at the hotel lobby but we did not use it.

Amazing place for events. The food was delicious, the atmosphere and the service. I highly recommend!
