Our experience here was a bit disappointing. A big disappointment was that the pool was under repair while we were there. This was never communicated to us, and we only discovered it when we saw a posting in the elevator. We strongly feel this should have been communicated to us beforehand. We expressed our displeasure to the front desk and only after repeated visits to the front desk to sort it out, we were finally offered free breakfast for the duration of our stay. The staff also were not helpful at all in terms of what was available for drinks or recreation in the area. The restaurant said it was open daily, but the restaurant was closed every night with no explanation why. The rooms are fine and the AC was very good. The hotel is in close proximity to the Anusarn Market, which is good and bad. It is good because you can literally walk out of the back of the hotel and be at the market in a minute, so it’s very convenient for shopping or food. It’s bad because if your room faces the market you may be kept up from the noise and music. The room was comfortable and the bed was fine, so the accommodations were adequate, but there were a multitude of annoyances that made our experience here less than we had hoped for. We were also disappointed to learn that the cleaning staff took down a travel clothesline for drying clothes and broke it in the process, without ever having notified us. Overall, our stay here was disappointing, but we were still able to shower and sleep in a comfortable room, so it wasn’t all bad.

Service was nice. The only barrier was language because I'm American and speak English only. The room was small and there were small ants everywhere! Pool was mediocre at best. Only 6 ft deep at one end and a 2 ft deep at another.

Perfect location and nice room setup. One of the staffs is very rude (should have got his name). The light went out for unclear reason just after we came back from dinner, and that rude staff and receptionist accused us of charging the phones when we have not even unpacked! The rude staff took the extra key card away after checking the light and fixing it (thanks for quick response but heads up for what’s coming after). When I asked for the extra card to be returned to our room, he came up, barged into the room with his key (thanks god it does not open as we have the safety chain hooked as I was having a shower). Walked into the room in rage (very upsetting attitude for his own mistake of taking our key card away) and he almost knocked the telephone off the table while he communicated with the receptionist downstairs. What a shame!!! The hotel is quite nice and the lady receptionist was very friendly when we checked in. That particular rude male staff was the worst I have ever met, and intruded the customer’s privacy!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I hope he does not behave that way for everyone!

The hotel is a great location next to both a night market and the long street bazaar. There is a beautiful wat (temple) nearby for morning meditation. The service is great at the hotel and the room is large (with a couch). One item to note - it is next to a market. There is a cabaret show every night at 9:30pm. If you go to bed early or have kids sleeping early, ask for a room on the front side of the hotel as you might hear some of the music. If you are out at the market, then ignore this part and enjoy!! #travelthailand

Great location and the staff were friendly however the rooms were extremely dated. We felt the price far too high for the quality of the hotel. I have been to Chiang Mai many times before and you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere. ||Again, good location though

Great option with pool and easy to get around from to see Chang Mai. I was there for their Lantern Festival so there was so much to see and do. I was open to walking around during higher traffic times because of the festival, but when there was less traffic, I would take Grab ride.

Good location, it’s just next to the Night Market. However, the room tariff rather pricey. Notice ONE religion book in the drawer, an obvious extra.

Stayed as part of a group tour. Hotel was comfortable and was debating a 3 or 4 star but the rating of 4 star being very good pushed it down. I would say this is a good hotel and in a central location. ||Rooms were large with a massive bed! Equally very comfy too. Bathroom was ok with shower only at shoulder height. ||Facilities were okay but could only use pool first day as it closed for remainder of stay as had turned a rather disturbing shade of green.||Staff were very friendly and helpful. They had located some lost property and promptly returned it. ||Night market was straight out the back door so ideal in the evenings!
