I saw their mangonada and taste so much better than any other place I had. It is perfect not too sweet just so good! I went back and tried the avocado with durian it was so good as well.

Cha Tea has Best VN sandwiches in Mesa and its vicinity. My wife and I have been paying the visits so often that we lose count. Adding the Durian/Avocado dessert and sugarcane juice would make the simple meals perfect yet portable.

Cute place, good tea, kind service. The music is nice and ambience is good to hang out with friends or come study alone! I got black tea with boba, 25% sugar and it was delicious. Next time I’d ask for a bit less ice though.

Stopped by after doing some shopping as we saw a lot of people walking around with drinks from here. We ordered the #2 and #18. Both were really good. The fresh peach green tea with strawberry popping pearls was very sweet and the Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée Milk Tea with tapioca was delicious. The boba was perfectly made- not too squishy and not hard and old. It was a nice treat to get and a great way to end our shopping spree

I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and the tapioca was grainy, tasted like chemicals and their matcha is low grade at BEST. I asked very nicely for some sort of compensation and I was dismissed. Horrible customer service and even worse drinks if you go only purchase their food items. However, the girl working the front desk was very nice and amiable.

For an unique ice cream experience may I suggest coming here! We picked three different bubble waffle cones with ice cream, a boba drink as well as a taro snow concoction. You can pick the flavor of the cones as well as the ice cream which was delicious! The store has a nice set up; the parking isn't that bad either.

Quick service. A lot of drink selection and their serving is little bit more compare to other boba place. Also the price is affordable. Brown Sugar Milk tea creme burlee is a must try. In addition the staff are friendly and nice!

Oh my beloved Cha Tea... Everytime I go here there's something new - whether it's a menu item added (hello cheese coin) or a furniture update, this place is ever evolving for the better. Expect full decor of posters, a cardboard cutout or two, and balloons during cuplseeve events! I've gotten into the habit of getting a watermelon slush with lychee jelly. Don't come between me and my fruity drink. Strong contender for a feature in my hypothetical (real?) last meal ever. If you go during a cupsleeve event, there is sometimes opportunity to try something quirky because they tend to have specialty drinks on those days. Follow their IG page to stay updated!

What an incredible experience I had on a whim. This Boba-Tea, Waffle Ice Cream shop is a must try. I created an ice cream version of my favorite boba tea. Homemade Waffle Cone. Taro ice cream. Boba pearls and Mango popping Boba with whipped cream. The portion was large. 2 can share Can't wait to go back!

My partner ordered the matcha taiyaki and insisted I give it five stars! The service was prompt and the workers were kind. We ate outside, but the inside was cute and looked like a popular hangout spot.

I love sugarcane drinks, and this is where you're going to find the freshly squeezed ones. They have a good selection of teas and desserts. We will come back the next time we are in Mesa.

This place is a hidden gem. It's in the same plaza as Daiso and Hmart. So after some grocery shopping, you can stop by this place for some refreshing drinks and or desserts. Coming from the Bay Area, I have yet to find a place that sells fresh sugar cane juice until I discovered Cha Tea. Their sugar cane drinks are worth checking out. I love their penny wort and sugar cane option. It is a little pricey at $7.50 but it's well worth it to me. On top of their drinks, they sell shave ice, cake cups, and french macarons. The service is great! The ladies are very friendly and quick to fulfill your order. It's a clean and nice family owned place. They play music videos which might not be as kid friendly, but overall, the ambiance is a nice cafe style. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

I discovered this spot while I was waiting for my car to be serviced at a discount. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, assisting me in choosing my order. The ice cream was incredible--creamy, delicious, and absolutely mouthwatering. I definitely need to come back when I'm craving something sweet.

Oreo Vanilla Ice Cream Taiyaki Cone - Exactly what it looks like. All deliciousness and no disappointment. Smacks!! Assorted Macaroons - All good, can't remember what I ordered. Want to say a Coffee one, Taro and Strawberry. They have a ton of others to choose from. Korean Country Cake - Super Cheesy, almost like a grilled cheese but with a hint of sweetness, like a crispy Pancake Grilled Cheese. Prefer the Laughing Cow Cheese but both were good. Passion Tango - Hands down my Favorite Drink so far. Just order it, you have to try it, orgasm all in my mouth. There's so many drinks to try, haven't even made it through a fraction but this is my go to, I need to try more. Anyways, if you're in the area, hit em up, definitely worth the stop. Aho!!

My friends really like this location so they brought me with them to try it! We were able to place our order fairly quickly as there was only one other group in front of us. The drinks came out extremely quick, but the coin took about 10 minutes to be ready. The location is small and looks decently clean. They have several posters with drink and food options for reference. The taro smoothie with mango jellies is my go-to at boba spots and I ordered it here as well. It was pretty good.

Stopped by Cha Tea while running errands in the area. Though I love bubble tea, especially milk teas, I was in the mood for something else. Something light and refreshing. The staff was pleasant and patient as I asked lots of questions. I was intrigued by their sugarcane drinks, and decided to go with the durian sugarcane since I love durian. It was ready within minutes and exactly what I was looking for. It was fresh, sweet, and had great durian flavor. As much as I wanted to devour the drink, my son also likes durian and I knew he would enjoy it so I saved about half for him. He loved it. Lina's Macarons now shares the same space which is exciting because I've always wanted to try their macarons. Cha Tea offers a wide variety of drinks and desserts like waffle ice cream and shaved snow. I look forward to returning and trying more items on the menu as well as Lina's Macarons!

A very busy place located near Daiso and H Mart. They have a multitude of flavors that will stagger your brain. take a few moments outside of the store and try to decide what pleases you. The inside menu has some favorites and the staff are happy to make a recommendation. The passion fruit blend was yummy although I was chilly after drinking it. LOL. A very clean establishment with indoor and outdoor seating. Shared parking and Cox WiFi for subscribers.

This is my favorite boba spot in the valley for a fruity tea. On a day where I really crave it, I'll drive from midtown Phoenix to here just for the passionfruit green tea. That drink is my Roman Empire. The actual passionfruit, the perfect balance of sweet and sour and a tinge of herbal from the tea... I would cross the rubicon for it any day. Prices are reasonable, selection is wide, and staff will let you customize a drink easily. They're in the same plaza as H Mart so it's convenient for shopping. Even though there's a lot of good boba in this area, this place is the top.

Flan milk tea with boba was chewy and fresh, and coin cheese waffle was also good. Friendly, super fast service and a lot of menu options. Clean interior and no line.

I love this place my favorite for a refresher. I would love to see a bigger size PLEASE. I can see the difference between the two sizes they have but the large cup is still pretty small in my opinion. I have been here several times and staff are friendly good ambiance. I got the orange peach tea and it is so good I have that every time I come. It is not sweet and I can taste the tea so definitely a must have refresher.

I'm from Tucson and when ever I make a trip to mesa this place is always on my list I love getting my Thai tea with boba from here or a delicious matcha Ice cream most importantly I love that they play kpop music at all times !

Conveniently located in the same plaza as H Mart, Cha Tea offers a great variety of interesting drink flavors and desserts you might not find anywhere else in the Valley. They have options that cater to everyone's taste buds ranging from not too sweet to tooth achingly sweet. Their bubble waffle with ice cream is decent, what we like about this item is that they don't skimp on the ice cream. Their passion fruit blend is good, but it's hard to go wrong with anything passion fruit in our eyes. On our most recent visit, we decided to try their newest item, the cheesy 10 Won coin cake. We got ours with mozzarella and corn inside of it. It wasn't quite what we were expecting. We had expected a stronger cheese flavor, but It tasted mostly of pancake batter, and the cheese pull was underwhelming to say the least. Don't let the exterior of this establishment fool you, their interior is surprisingly spacious for a boba spot, with lots of seating options. Service is friendly but can be a bit slow even when they are not busy. Prices are fair for the portion sizes. If you've never been here and want to try them out, I highly recommend going on a weekday when it is less busy because sometimes there can be a long line out the door on weekends.

Cha Tea... it's a pretty redundant name since cha already means tea. Like when people say PIN number or ATM machine. CRINGE Anyways, I originally wanted to go to Snowtime for dessert but they close at 8PM on Sundays. I saw that this place was still open, so I walked in to pick up a drink to-go. This is a cafe in a plaza on the corner of Dobson and W Main Street. Nearby businesses include H Mart, Daiso, and Bookoff. Parking is plentiful, I had no trouble finding a spot near the storefront in the evening. They have a handful of tables inside and out. Besides tea, you can also order shaved snow, bubble waffles, ice cream, and cheese coin cakes. There's also a small business that operates inside called Lina's Macarons. The Thai Tea had an unpleasant grainy texture, and the sugar pretty much masked any tea flavor it might've had. Just a very one dimensional drink. The ice level was adequate. On the other hand, the raspberry lychee macaron from Lina's was enjoyable. The crisp outer shells paired well with the inner filling. I like the fun designs, they have Pikachu, Kirby, Hello Kitty, and BT21 shaped macarons to name a few. So I'd come back for that.

Typical Arizona triple digit days, weeks, call for finding refreshing treats. I am a big fan of boba and even bigger fan of ice cream. You can get both here. They are known for their brown sugar tea or the sugar cane drinks, a big hit with my niece. Not to mention, the oreo ice cream in a bubble waffle is bomb because you get the combo of cold ice cream with the warm waffle. Can. not. beat. it. Located in the H Mart plaza, there's plenty of parking. Staff is so sweet and patient because the menu is pretty intimidating since they have the largest selection of choices of all the boba spots I have ventured in the valley. They give the best recommendations based on what you are craving. My go to drink is the Thai Royal with all the fresh fruit like jackfruit, grass jelly and sweetness of coconut transporting me back to my beach trekking days in Phuket or Bangkok. It's a popular spot so the energy is always busy and so many happy faces licking the joys out of life. I know my soul is always full of sunshine walking out Cha Tea.

I moved down the street from this place and love it. Cha Tea has a pretty large menu of teas, smoothies and coffees. I was a little intimidated at first at all of their menu options, but now I feel I find something that satisfies my craving each time I come here. The customer service is really nice here. The Brown Sugar Teas are always big sellers. The Thai Royal Tea is one of my favorites and is loaded with all sorts of little chunks of fruit. I'm a coffee addict and tried their Sea Salt Coffee drink recently and loved it. Cha Tea doesn't use any artificial ingredients, only natural flavors. If you like soft serve ice cream, they have that in cones or in a bubble waffle. Cha Tea is located in Mesa in the H Mart plaza.

This place is right next to Thai reflexology so a cool place to visit right after a relax wing massage. Tried the fresh sugarcane juice here upon recommendation. The juice was fresh with lots of ginger slices. When I say lots I mean LOTS and it felt like there was added sugar in there. That's my guess unless the sugarcane was that sweet which is kind of unlikely. Service is relatively slow even when there are no other customers inside. But I will visit again when I'm in the area for some fresh sugarcane juice with no other added ingredients including sugar incase they add it.

The place is cutely decorated and very inviting. There's lots of different options to choose from. They have a normal menu as well for just food. The prices are a bit expensive though.

i finally try their passion tango drink recommended by my friend who is a regular of this store,the drink was super refreshing and delicious. The Korean coin cake cheese pulling was pretty fun to eat. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was the store of being super dusty and I was coughing nonstop. They need at least 10 air purifiers in there. Seriously what kind of boba shop is this? Please if you guys still need customer fix it soon. Experience 0/10

Passed by this place so many times and never realized they had sugarcane drinks! I ordered the pennyworth sugarcane, kumquat sugarcane, coco sugarcane, and an orange smoothie. Very tasty drinks and my sugarcane addiction was satisfied. Pretty sure I'll be back soon for more!

was shopping around the area & what caught my interest was the sign advertising coin cakes. looked like a delicious cheesy treat. also got their banana pudding and an orange green tea w mango jelly.. maybe i should have ordered mozzarella cheese because there was no cheese pull.... friendly staff, would return to try more drinks!

Stopped on by to try the hyped-shaped croissants from Lina's Macarons! They are in the same building and have a small case filled with adorable, homemade character macarons and baked goodies. Drink your boba and eat a macaron, why not?! Prices are a little high in my opinion. $7 for a croissant smaller than the palm of my hand, but we'll worth in order to support a small business.

Second time getting the mango smoothie and it's just amazing. Quick service and can't wait to taste the rest of the snacks

I came in for a quick drink after running errands. And I wasn't so impressed with my boba tea. I ordered the Hokkaido brown sugar milk tea, and it tasted watered down to me. It was not very flavorful or sweet, and I had a lot of half shaped boba in the drink. They did have a great menu selection, but overall, my drink was disappointing.

I only got coffee there but it was very good and looked like the food was tasty too. I just ate at a restaurant in H-Mart, but next time may get some food here too. The coffee was fresh and hot.

A cute cafe! Has the ambiance of a mom and pop store with a huge selection of drinks. The coconut sugarcane juice was a highlight, tasted very fresh and authentic. And you have to try their soft bubble waffle that's perfectly paired with their ice cream flavors.

Staff members were super sweet! They were attentive and even offered to change my lid after I was struggling to poke my straw through . I had the espresso milk tea with honey boba added. I loved the drink. As for the ambience it was a cozy interior. Also great music.

I first tried Cha Tea at an Asian festival in Phoenix and LOVED it. Having fresh sugar cane drink is such a rare find stateside and it absolutely hit the spot. I was very excited to visit their actual business to continue to get my sugar cane fix. I ordered the coconut sugarcane drink (same that I got at the festival) and my girlfriend ordered the kumquat. I actually enjoyed the kumquat much more than the coconut. The drink tasted significantly sweeter than I remember so the citrus flavor of the kumquat helped cut through it. Also, to my disappointment, my drink this time around had significantly less coconut cubes than originally. I'm talking probably 1/5 the amount. For these small reasons I dinged it a star but overall still a great place with delicious beverages.

I wanted to like this place I did... but the main reason why I can't give this place more stars is bc there's no public bathroom... I don't remember the last time I've ever been to a place where they serve drinks and what not without any bathroom..

Good service! Fast and organized. I had the matcha milk tea with boba. I really enjoyed it. Their boba was nice brown sugar and did not have a floral flavor that some I've had do. I like that better. I'd go back when we visit H Mart! Like to try the matcha ice cream.

2.5 stars. We came on a hot day and this was in the same plaza as H Mart. Parking was not an issue and there was nobody here around 4:15pm. There were a lot of drinks on the menu that sounded good. We ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea ($4.25) with boba ($0.50) and the Milk Tea ($4.25) with boba ($0.50). Our drinks were made after a few minutes of waiting. The Jasmine Milk Tea with boba tasted pretty light in flavor and the boba was chewy. The Milk Tea with boba was definitely not what I was expecting and the flavor was not great to me. I usually used milk tea as a baseline to see how things were at any place and this missed the mark for me. They had a sugarcane drink later which was the only reason why we came back to try. The sugarcane drink did not taste like what the sugarcane drink from another place tasted like. It was overpowering the coconut that was in the drink. I was expecting to taste a balance between the two which would have made it taste better. The drinks here could be better and would have a better rating in my opinion.

Posting my cha tea photo dump here because the bestie and I go here almost every weekend and one of the bobaristas working there recognizes us and we talk every time we go (so you could say we're besties :D) Anyway, like I said in my last review, this place never misses and I stand by that!

They just introduced the Korean street food Coin cake and it is so delicious. It is mildly sweet, which is perfect. I think the best combo is the Laughing Cow cheese and dried pork. Always fast service here.

Excellent service. She asked if I had the less sweetness and I said no, my SIL did, she offered to remake it or taste it to see if I wanted to make changes. I tasted and I really liked it. It has a stronger coffee like taste and the flavor is good. I would definitely order classic milk boba tea again. Plus, I want to come back for the Korean bingsoo. Very convenient location to HMart and Daiso. Plenty of seating and cute decor for pics.

I love the sugar cane juice here whenever I came to the Korean market. Also all the tea is good especially the green milk tea with crystal boba. Services is fast and good

I'm always craving boba so we decided to stop here for the first time. There are sooo many choices it's difficult to make a decision. Many of the drinks had fruit and seeds in them which was intriguing. I think I got a passion tea with boba with seeds for crunch. I loved the flavors and the refreshing aspect. We also got taro boba tea. It was a nice unique creamy sweetness and we will definitely be back.

Got a passionfruit smoothie that was pretty decent - not too sweet or sour (lots of passionfruit seeds in the smoothie). There was an event going on today & it seems like they often have events here that are anime/kpop themed where little freebies are given out (e.g. cup sleeves, etc.) & local vendors come out to sell asspciated goodies. Probably because of the event, but service was fairly slow. No seating inside store due to the event but there were seats outside. No wifi.

GOOD BOBA NEXT TO HMART! If you're in this plaza for any shopping or to eat at any of the many restaurants, be sure to come here afterwards for dessert! My Coconut Taro Milk Tea with Boba added looked so yummy before I mixed it, and it tasted great with the coconut and taro flavors complementing each other very well! The boba texture was perfect. My friends liked their drinks too! They had cute decorations inside: spider webs for Halloween and some anime decor. We opted to sit outside, as they have 5 tables outside. Great for when there is nice weather. I'll be back!

Drinks were good... staff was there. Lol, not overly friendly, but not rude either. Drinks were good. The sizing seems small for the pricing. Nice enough decor and lots of parking available.

OK tea place if you are conveniently in the H Mart plaza. Drinks are sweetened with sugarcane rather than regular sugar so the taste is a bit diff than your traditional milk tea. Had a wide variety of drinks but we won't return as it was $6 for a regular size and didn't taste that great in our opinion. If you are new to milk tea and have no expectations then I think its fine to try! Their soft serve looked good though!

I always wondered about this place since I always pass by when I go to H Mart. Today I decided to try it. I got a kumquat passionfruit coconut juice, which was okay, but not amazing. All of the drinks on the menu look like they are filled with sugar and calories and there isn't as much opportunity to customize your order if you order online as with some other local boba tea places. My husband picked up the order for me and said the place didn't look super clean inside.

The drinks are good I like that there's sweet teas and milk teas and I also love that there popping boba and brown sugar boba If you want ice cream they have that too and food shaped in to a coin the service was great they took my order fast and the drinks and food came out fast totally worth coming back

It's really interesting that they have boba, waffles, and shaved ice all together! Their waffles and shaved ice look really yummy, definitely gonna try their injeolmo shaved ice next time. :) Anyways, I tried their Passion Tango and it was really refreshing and yummy. I was craving something kinda sour and refreshing, and it tasted exactly what I was craving for. There were plenty of passion fruit seeds, chia seeds, other fruit chunks. Yummm!

It took almost 45 min for a single drink !!!!! The drink was good but waiting that long is unacceptable , my family was so upset
