Everything about this place is wonderful. The setting, the casitas with their own private pool, every detail has been taken care of. The outdoor shower alone is worth every cent. If you can, visit.

Best spa we’ve ever been at. Enchanting atmosphere, super friendly and accompanied staff that goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience. They offer complementary healthy, low calorie, refreshing mocktails and healthy snacks to keep you hydrated and satisfied while you visit. The spa treatment starts with a spiritual ritual experience to get you in the right mindset. The masseuses are talented and tailor the spa treatments to your liking. You will receive the massage in a beautifully decorated room with a view to the hotel’s “cenote” (small lake). Their water comes from special mineral water only found locally. Seriously in love with that water. It comes with a hefty price but well worth the experience if you can afford it. You can get a massage there even if you aren’t staying at the hotel. If you are staying at Chable, you can continue enjoying the spa experience in their spa pools and spa areas. I highly recommend it!!

L’exclusivité et le Luxe, un des lieux les plus raffiné du Yucatan

Établissement exceptionnel et magnifique. Belle chambre dommage cependant que la taille des lits doubles ne soit pas au standard de l’hôtel (160 au maximum). Concernant la nourriture c’est assez compliqué, même si certains plats sont corrects. Ce sont de petites portions du coup il faut toujours en recommander et l’on passe notre temps a attendre les plats. Il a fallu doubler voir tripler la plupart du temps les commandes de pâtes au beurre pour les enfants (malgré notre requête d’augmenter les portions). C’est d’autant plus fâcheux que l’on est loin de tout avec du coup peu d’alternatives extérieures (merida 35 kms). Le snack est supposé offert, mais au final il a 3 mini burgers et des graines qui ne sont pas réassortis. Bref si on veut y manger il faut commander en plus. Et au prix qu’on paye, ce n’est pas acceptable. C’est un établissement superbe ou le personnel est très aux soins, gentil et prévenant, mais qui du coup n’est pas au niveau attendu.
