Chafresh 茶鲜茶语

Have eaten here twice now and have loved it each time! Wish there was a location in my city. Chafresh is a mix between a fast food place and a sit down restaurant. You order from their self-serve screens at the front and then pay at the cashier when they scan your receipt. They give you a device that buzzes when the food is ready and they’re always pretty quick. There are plenty of menu options to choose from, from Chinese and Taiwanese to some western options too. Everything I’ve tried so far has been really tasty. Pictured is the Dinner for 3B which comes with spring rolls, sweet & sour chicken, general tso chicken, beef w/ vegetables & almonds, and chicken fried rice. Have also had their sesame balls and wonton soup. They have a variety of seating options which is great too, along with a couple of pool tables and a more private room with additional seating. Will definitely visit again when traveling up north. Very convenient spot as it’s right off the highway.

Large portions, fresh, flavourful. Staff are friendly and make great suggestions. Great place for group gatherings, private rooms, work space area. Pool tables.

Great food, service was friendly, quick and efficient. It can get pricey quick depending what you order, but for the most part, it’s priced fair and you get good portion sizes. Been going here for a couple years and would definitely recommend! :) We got the General Tso Chicken, Beef and Egg Noodle bowl and steamed rice, aside from my personal preference of having a SPICY General Tso that most places can’t meet, I have no complaints about the food quality, portion or taste. Great place that was stumbled upon. Not your typical restaurant as you order from a machine. Dine in available but there are no servers. Service and food was pretty quick. Very chill place with a pool table. Ordered the popcorn chicken rice, teriyaki rice and fried pork chop. All very good best was the staple popcorn chicken rice - chicken was crispy and big

2022 February 4.5★ Quality, taste and value continue to be on par. Though certain dish items could be a bit better, it is a great place for food and just to hang out. With pool tables and card games (though closed during the pandemic) it's a great place to relax. The ordering system is via touch screen kiosks and it's simple to use. The popcorn chicken is a favorite. Crunchy, tender with good flavors.Order it every time I'm here. The squid balls are good as well. Chewy and moist. The spring rolls are typical, but crunchy. The bubble tea is good as well. Not overly priced either. The lamb noodles were good, but the lamb could be cooked a bit less. If your in the area, would suggest stopping by. 2020 January 5★ Quality is quite good. Portions aren't bad either. Authentic popcorn chicken. If they got this wrong, they wouldn't get 5*. Cozy, modern and clean. Place is just off the 400 hwy and easy to get off and on. Worth the trip if you are in the area. Nice to visit. Squid balls are quite good too.

Really good! General Tso was tasty but spicier than I was expecting. I will try something else next time but the chicken pieces were really good and so were the egg noodles and spring rolls. Huge portion in the lunch special. Enough for two meals at least. Staff were really friendly. Looking forward to trying more.

WOW!! Really good Chinese/Taiwanese food! Big portions and good amount of protein for really good price. The inside is really nice too, spacious, modern, TVs and even pool tables. Great vibe to come with friends. Really friendly staff too. Definitely will come back.

A solid place to eat at and one that is open late in Barrie as well. I’m from Toronto and is usually in Barrie weekends for practice. Looking for a place still open around 9pm and came across this place. When I arrived the restaurant was fairly empty, I was kind of hesitant at first to enter. The food is amazing and made as you order. Drinks are also super good as well. I can definitely see myself coming here more often when I’m in the area. The food is great and isn’t like other Asian restaurants that serves brick hard fake rice which upset your stomach.
