Chaika Beach Hotel

The worst hotel we have ever been to. We came to hotel and they gave us a hotel room on the 6th floor. When we came to the elevator they told us it is not working. So we asked for another room so they gave us a room at 3rd floor which was better but the elevator wasn’t working the whole week we have stayed there. The food was cold all the time and you had to wait for the food and for the plates. During breakfest only one bread to choose from. We paid for all inclusive but this was not all inclusive at all. Many times they didn’t have cola, fanta or any drink to choose only clear water. Bar at the pool was also totally bad. They could make you only beer or one coctail, nothing else. The hotel has two 2 pools but only 1 was working but the water inside was really bad looking. At the one open pool all sun umbrellas were completely broken. The hotel is slowly falling apart. You can see it on the pictures. I totally do not recommend this hotel!

It was my third time in Bulgaria. We booked Chaika Beach resort for a very reasonable price. For this price i did not expect 5 star hotel experience. Our room was clean, the breakfast and lunch was good. For dinner we do not eat much. Salate, which was all the time good.|The hotel need renovation but after that for sure you will not have such a low prices.|Beach is wonderful such as the whole area. We are planning to return in June 2025.

Awful! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Claimed to be 4star and isn't worthy of 1star. Paid all inclusive and didn't eat there once. Pool was filthy. Bar was awful. Irish bar was not Irish in the slightest. Room had dirt on walls, bathroom and toilet brush was disgusting.

what a great location, lovely hotel, l can’t fault it. Four of us stayed there a few years ago. Music or entertainment every night, the only bad thing about the holliday was, it poured down with rain one night and we had to watch the entertainment inside. As for the food, well 5*

Very bad experience, the rooms were awful, it took staff hours to checkin, the wifi is barely working, the AC had issues in the room, everything is messy/dirty, definitely do not recommend.

STAY CLEAR I've just come back from staying in this hotel with my partner and two children. I have never stayed in such a terrible place and I spent a week on a deck chair on a boat before. Our bathroom had holes in the walls and ceiling and our room was above a 24 bar that is now attached to the hotel and played music very loudly all through the night. The food was served cold and although all inclusive we had to eat out the second half of the week to get something palatable. I could go on but instead will just point out the positive review I read that had lovely photos attached were of another hotel further along the strip.

This hotel should be closed. The pool was not clean, the room was dirty, the furniture brocken, hot water in the showers after 19:00. One elevator was working. The food was not eatable. The first room yhey gave to us after 2 hours waiting was not cleaned without sheets. They gave to us another one, but in the same condition as the first one. We moved to another hotel the next day.

We are in Sunny beach do not book this hotel , the pool is empty it’s a dump ( English ) again do not book ! It’s a terrible place inside and out
