Chaipura Resort

I have compared many resorts before picking this, and their bungalows are so lovely and exactly what I expected to be during low season, very quiet and slow living area, walking distance to beach & restaurants. The only thing was, surprisingly, they haven't fixed their electronic payment system since last year? (according to older comments) which I did not expect to pay cash for this accommodation, this had caused my plans fell through, I ended up cashing from ATM with poor exchange rate & expensive bank chrages. Staffs were super nice though, but no service after 4pm, restaurant not in business. Therefore, no breakfast, weak wifi and no support after dawn, this is overpriced.

Lovely, calm and not over-the top resort, great place to stay if looking for a peaceful beach holiday! Wooden rooms with a balcony which overlooked the river ; they were comfortable and spacious. Rather nice, short walk to the beach by the river. Kind and helpful staff all the way!!🥳

This place is amazing, short walking distance to a beautiful beach. All of the staff are very sweet and helpful. The towels shaped like elephants that are on your bed when you arrive or a really nice touch. Are cable didn't work when we arrived and they offered to change us to a different room but you're not going to be watching a lot of television when you're there so we didn't bother.

Incredibly lovely place, all private bungalows, spread out over the hillside behind Klong Koi beach (but only 5 minute walk). Bungalows are beautifully decorated, modern Thai style, but fully equipped: safe, fridge, great wifi, etc. although the TV didn't work (but I didn't need TV!) The setting is very peaceful, to wake up and sit on your deck to the sound of birds. And the staff are incredibly friendly and caring. A generous breakfast is included with a choice of western or Thai and served on a lovely patio overlooking the lagoon. They'll also take you into Bang Bao for free. Scooter rental place is close by in Klong Koi. Would highly recommend, although more for quiet couples or quiet solo people, and not so much for families or party people.

Chaipura resort is perfect getaway (would prefer it for solos or couples)! Bungalows are nice decorated and spacey, located at the hill. It is also a very quiet location. Staff is very friendly amd helpful, good breakfeast and there is also really good thai food at the restaurant (try the thai pork salad, very good!) The patio where you can eat breakfeast or dinner is just beautiful. A nice small beach just 3min walk, where is also nice restaurants with sun beds etc.||If you are up for a getaway, this is the place to be! If you are up for parties and more busy environment (especially at night time), then go somewhere more close to lonely beach or white sand (30min by taxi or motorbike). Taxis are hard to get at night time to lonely or white sand, but very easy other way around.||Stayed for a week, and will for sure return to Chaipura Resort! Thank you!

We stayed here for 3 Nights.|The surrounding is quite nice. A relaxing beach is just a 5 min walk away with several nice Beach Restaurants and Pubs. If you go along the Beach to the left you will come to an abondoned boat Hotel with severaStone elephants. Quite Crazy , but worthwhile to Go there. The hotel site is very green at the lagoon. Unfortunately they have closed the connection to the sea. It has to be expected that the lagoon will get foul water.|The bungolows are big and nicely furnished. We were a bit unhappy with our Toilette. Even without paper flushing was sometimes a challenge.|The staff is friendly and tries hard, but ...|Payment by credit card was not possible. We realized that 10 min before our pickup service for the speedboat.|Breakfast was good with sufficient options. Another toast meant 2 toasts, Jam and Butter.|

If you are looking for a very quiet beautiful place to stay in koh Chang this place is perfect! It is up in the forest a bit so it is secluded and quiet, but still only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. There are only 9 huts at the resort so you also get a really personalised service. Most of the time we were the only ones in the restaurant! I have to admit though that nittaya is the one that makes the place really special. She is so helpful and one of the nicest people we met the whole time we were in Thailand. There is really nothing she won't do to help! ||At chaipurra I also had one of my favourite experiences of our trip when we woke up to find about 20 monkeys playing on the porch of our hut. Warning don't hang your stuff outside to dry because the monkeys might steal it!||I would highly recommend this place and we really appreciate all nittaya did for us while we were there.

We loved our stay at Chaipura. I think what made our stay so special was the friendly staff and the well kept hotel grounds. It's easy to tell that the owner/management is dedicated to make your time here enjoyable. ||The hotel is located almost on the beach (2 min walk) but it felt like we were in the jungle next to a lagoon with monkeys in the area :)||The hut/bungalow is big, clean and well kept. ||One day we rented the kayaks (for free). We had a lovely day on the sea so don't miss this opportunity. We went to the nearby beach wai check. Can totally recommend this. ||Extra plus for the free shuttle service to bao bang. |||
