Its a child-friendly place and convenient for family outings and team building activities place with so many activities to do. The location is amazing with green environment, fresh food oh I loved the food. The rooms are so spacious anf modern. The are is cold abd so they give hot water bottles at nigh-talk of top notch service. I'll be back and back!

We had a nice time. We tried the motorkart and the bungee and all were 10/10. I would highly recommend the place. The food and service were also really good 😚😚 I will definitely go back.

Great place for a day trip from Nairobi. The food was good, and well priced. Service is great. And there's lots of family friendly activities.

The location is easy to access. The activities are very many......you need to go early to have enough time for all the activities you pick. Food was affordable but very slow

(4.5/5 Stars) Our recent family trip to Chaka Ranch, nestled in the scenic Nyeri region, was an absolute blast, providing a perfect blend of exhilarating activities and relaxing moments. It's a fantastic destination for families seeking adventure! The quad biking and go-karting were undoubtedly the highlights of our visit. The thrill of the go-karts was absolutely awesome – we had so much fun racing around the track! Similarly, the quad biking experience was amazing. However, a small suggestion for Chaka Ranch would be to acquire more quad bikes. We did experience a bit of a wait due to the popularity of the activity and the crowd, and more bikes would definitely help accommodate everyone more smoothly. We also tried paintball, which was a good laugh, though I must admit, I had a slight suspicion about the bullet count – next time, I'll definitely be counting them myself! 😉 Beyond the activities, the accommodation was superb. Our rooms were super clean, which is always a huge plus for families. The only minor quibble would be the TVs in the rooms; they aren't smart TVs, which would have been a nice addition for evening entertainment. What truly stood out was the customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. This level of service significantly enhanced our overall experience. And a special mention has to go to the food – their goat meat is absolutely top-notch! It's a must-try for anyone visiting Chaka Ranch. Overall, Chaka Ranch offers an unforgettable family getaway. Despite the minor points about the quad bike availability and the room TVs, the thrilling activities, cleanliness, exceptional service, and delicious food make it a highly recommended destination. We definitely plan on visiting again in the future!

Pathetic customer service. Rude consultants, no refund policy. My child fell ill and i had to leave early. Upon asking for a refund I was told no refund and there is nothing I can do about it. Ruined my family's fun day.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Service was great. The grounds are sprawling and a joy to walk around and explore. The food was simple but done very well. Would recommend for a weekend stay with family.

My family stayed at Chaka ranch recently, and we fully enjoyed our experience. We had seven kids aged 3 to 17, and they all found fun activities to do. The water park has options for all sizes and skill levels. The big pool is 3 feet deep all the way across, so there is no deep diving, but it meant my 5 year old could swim and have fun with her older cousins. They also have multiple slides, boats, and floats to play on. Chaka dizney (play area with bouncy castles, swings, and a train) was a huge hit with the younger kids. I liked the accommodations. The cabins were roomy and the beds were comfortable. The showers were nice and equipped with hot (not just warm) water. The food on the buffet was consistently good and had great variety. Most of all, the staff made our stay really pleasant. They were friendly and helpful, and often went above and beyond. I recommend Chaka ranch for families visiting this area. I think it would be great for adults traveling without kids as well.
