We had a great stay overall. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very homely and cosy. You can come to the breakfast in your slippers :)
breakfast was of good quality. Coffee wasn’t nice (cappuccino had hot chocolate in it as well so was too sweet), but great selection of breads and pastries.
Half board is only two dishes - either starter and main or main and desert. Even though we paid for our kids as for adults (as we had 3 rooms) we still were charged extra when they have ordered from adult menu for at least 3 days, until I have brought it up with reception . Food overall was good. We loved beef bourguignon and the pizzas, onion soup was also great.
Rooms had great view , were cleaned regularly. Would be great to have some extra hooks to be able to dry your skin clothes.
The ski lockers are very retro style. There is boot heaters for just 10 pairs of boots.
Hotel is about 100-200m away from the ski lift.
Spa is very small and has a sauna and a hammam, there is no window, so you can’t enjoy the view.
We loved the cinema -it was great to watch “night in the museum” with kids after dinner. Would be nice if there was a playroom for younger kids.
