Chalet Hôtel & Spa Jeu de Paume

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

We had a truly amazing stay at Hotel Jeu de Pomme in Chamonix! The hotel is full of charm — cozy corners, warm design, and rooms with stunning views of Mont Blanc. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible team. Julie, the manager, goes above and beyond with genuine care and attention; she made us feel right at home and handled everything with such kindness — including finding a doctor for my son and personally taking care of every detail of the appointment. The whole team was just as lovely: Lucie and Romane at reception were charming, friendly, helpful, and always remembered us by name. The service felt personal and thoughtful every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend ♥️

The hotel is very nice, with a welcoming atmosphere and exceptionally friendly staff. It’s located a bit outside the city, but in a peaceful area. The SPA isn’t extremely luxurious but still ok. Parking is available in their garage, which is convenient for guests traveling by car. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is decent, offering a variety of fresh options. Overall, it’s a great choice for those seeking a quiet getaway with good service and comfortable amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A hidden gem. if you are looking for a quiet place with nice rooms, superb breakfast and dinner this is your place. Great and friendly staff. Difficult to find something to complain about.

a perfect view, excellent service with a gourmet restaurant. The staff is young and attentive. There is no better place to stay in comfort or for a great meal. Its a beautiful place and spa. We took in the hot tub looking out at the mountains, The price is reasonable for the service, attention, location, and restaurant. I wish I was there now.

We cheked in at 22.00. I asked where was possible to leave our lagguage after the check out. There was no a safe place, just the ski room. We had to leave at 07.00 for a ski competition. Breakfast was still closed and it was not possible to organize a pic nic. When I asked for a croissant in the morning they answered that we didn't reserve any. We couldn't use the swimming pool after ski in our check out day. Zero flexibility for a 4 stars hotel. In Switzerland this hotel would have 2 stars. Best

Jeu de Paume is a lovely little wooden chalet style hotel situated up in the mountains only 10- 15 minutes drive from Chamonix. We had a delightful room on the second floor looking out over the mountains. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food and there is a cosy bar for drinks before or after dinner. On recommendation from the lovely guy on reception, we hiked up to Le Chapeau - about an hour’s walk uphill behind the hotel. Well worth it for the stunning views. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
