We stayed at the hotel for a week of skiing. We had a standard room with shower that was quite spacious. Very comfortable bed and nice decor. Water was hot and plentiful. We were half board and both breakfast and dinner were of high quality. Breakfast in particular was an excellent spread of anything you might wish for. If you take the half board option, you choose between a meat or fish main dish, along side the two entree and dessert courses for dinner. But there is nothing to stop you going the whole hot stone or other speciality. Portions were generous. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Always a great welcome in the dining room. |The piste access was easy on day 1, following a big dump of snow As the week went on and the snow disappeared, it was still possible to make a quick exit on to the piste. Skiing back in was a little more challenging, but totally possible. Easy ski down to the lifts in the morning. I would say the hotel was well positioned for skiing and for the bus into Les menuires, (It is on the end of the line).|We very much enjoyed our stay - and will be seriously considering a return next year.

From the first step into this hotel we were surprised by the helpful team, with our suitcases and skiing equipment, with the welcoming drink and happy faces. The location is perfect, ski in, ski out hotel. The rooms were clean. Breakfast very good. |All the best to this hotel!!!

This hotel ticks most boxes to be honest. The views are amazing from our room, we had one of the four amazing rooms on the top of the hotel. The children loved the buffet at dinner, the food was all amazing for both adults and children. The staff were very friendly especially the reception lady who gave us maps and note on where are good places to go out and eat, we did not go out to eat because we felt that the food was exceptional for the half bored. The only thing I would say is that when we came back after skiing for a day we found a not saying we couldn’t use the shower because they had to do some maintenance on it and it needed some drying time. Maybe they could have done it when departed I don’t know. Also the other thing I could say is that the kids were in ski school and although you can ski in + ski out we had to walk along the road which was not amazing but we made it happen

Have stayed in a few places in les meniures. This is the best place. Great reception staff, lovely bar area, spa, and loved the ski room with individualised locker. The room was amazing, plenty of space, a safe and great products! And the view…. Just wow!||Only minor thing is that it is a 20-30 minute uphill walk from the main village area to the hotel. There is a complimentary bus that goes up and down which makes eating out a bit of a challenge. Luckily the Hôtel restaurant is very good with a wide selection of wines!

This year I returned to Kaya after such an enjoyable stay in 2024. This time I was in a junior suite with two friends. I was on the "third bed" and despite being a tall male found it comfortable.||Overall, the hotel has a lovely warm feeling. The rooms are very nicely furnished. The food in the restaurant is truly excellent, and the service is excellent without being too formal.||The ski facilities are great, the ski room is large and has lockers for every bedroom, and a water point. Also, since there is a ski shop attached to the hotel, collecting your hire equipment is super easy.||Access to the slopes from the Ski room is on to the "Blue" Boyes piste. Personally I find this a bit much first thing in the morning, as the slope is quite steep, and tends to be very busy. Fortunately there is a more gentle Green piste called Montagnette which is a 5 minute walk from the reception level. Alternatively you can take the free shuttle bus from outside the hotel down a few bends to a stop further down the slope and access the Boyes piste lower down.

This was one of the most comfortable, thoughtful and beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in (and I have traveled extensively). We are a family of 3 with a teenager, and we rented the suite with a king bed and a bunk room. First of all, a king sized bed is nearly impossible to find in Europe so that was amazing. The room was enormous with a huge bathroom and separate water closet. Everything was new and fresh. There were plenty of hooks along the walls to hang ski gear, etc. The entire staff - from front desk to the valet to the breakfast staff etc - were simply lovely. So cheerful and helpful with any request. The breakfast buffet was high quality ingredients with stunning views from every window. The ski rental shop attached had beautiful things to buy at reasonable prices and the guy who fitted us for our boots and skis treated us like royalty. Absolutely loved this hotel and could not recommend higher. (One thing to note... there is virtually no nightlife here, which was fine for us but may not be for everyone.) We made a lasting family memory and truly hope to be back one day!

Lovely rooms. Staff on the reception were fantastic. The restaurant was not so good. Vegetarians still poorly thought about in France obviously. |Spa not inviting with a very loud air system running while trying to relax. |The ski shop next door was delightful

This hotel has great friendly staff , close to the ski slopes and on them when the snow is good. Reception welcome was great with Maryanne ! Restaurant service with Sofia excellent as well. Breakfast is great , large choice for all tastes and friendly management . One point of note is the restaurant in the evening or lunch for kids slightly limited , lack of veges to choose from for those healthy minded parents. Not many soups to choose from either but a minor issue. |The spa is great , large steam , sauna and swimming pool. Great for after ski relaxation.|Rooms lots of different sizes to choose from , ideal for families ! I would only add a working desk for those that want to do a little work while spare time allows . Comfy beds good linen and great room stewards who fix anything (in our case the remote for example ).|Kids camp area , a little hectic but great for the younger ones . Our kids loved it.||We would come back for sure.
